Very quick to take your money and very slow to do the work. Left my property a complete disaster - nails and shingles everywhere (still finding them months later). A pallet of extra shingles sat in my driveway for 2 months, took forever to remove the dumpster. Now we have a leak and nobody will return our calls. Sadly, both of my neighbors also had terrible experiences. Find another contractor- there are plenty who understand decent customer service, work ethic and accountability.

I had schedule an appointment for an estimate and thanks God they let me waiting 3 times ! Now reading the reviews I see that Im lucky because I save myself a lot of headaches. The people at the office are very polite but I think the reps should be fire for not showing up for appointments. If thats what they do for an estimate I can only imagine whats gonna happen with the actual work!

I worked with Edgar and he was fantastic. He was super helpful and explained everything very clearly. He worked with my insurance and was able to get full coverage from the damage. As my roof needed to be fixed over the winter it was hard to schedule as they need to work a above a certain temperature, but they were able to squeeze it in and get it done. They workers did an awesome and got the job done in a day and a half. They cleaned up after themselves and the new roof looks great!

WARNING: Built Right will communicate with you until the second you sign a contract for work. Worst communication by a company I have dealt with in my entire life. Matt the representative in charge of communicating time-frames, schedules, etc., will disappear. YOU are now Matt. You will be in charge of calling the owner and the foreman almost daily. When the owner (Ryan) does happen to pick up the phone, he will let you know incorrect times when the workers are coming. You will move your schedule around to accommodate; then they will not show up. Over and over... and over again.After they finally put a new roof on, excessive damage was found by an inspection conducted by myself. Yes! You are now an inspector as well. It then took Matt aka myself, an ENTIRE MONTH to have them fix the damage. During this time you then become the foreman. You will be on the roof, in the attic, and monitoring the perimeter. Their only saving grace was one worker named Junior, he was the only person who explained anything to me and above all, he did FINALLY do a great job.If you sign on with Built Right, get ready to start 3 new jobs as a representative, inspector, and foreman.To continue with the truth, I will admit once they finally finished, the work was good. However, Built Right will be the pain in your temple every morning when you wake up.Godspeed to you all.

I had initially contacted BBB to check on this company before contracting with them- since they came to the door offering their services and it all seemed too easy. They had a good record then and we are also completely satisfied.Built Right was patient with my questions & concerns and helpful from the beginning with referrals for Insurance liaison referrals to selecting the right products for our home.Scheduling was a potential challenge but with their personal attention & commitment - work was started even while we were on vacation. This company did an outstanding job stripping two layers of roof shingles and installing a new roof. Joe managed the project from start to finish. Looking for a company to install a new roof is not easy as this was my first experience. Joe explained the project every step of the way and knew all the code requirements. I was so happy with the work I hired them to install windows and trim. Again, a super job!!!

He have a high complicated roof. The company did an excellent job with the roofing, and also installed 2 solar attic fans and replaced a large skylight window. Another crew replaced an ornate front door and panels and redid the rubber flooring and decking on a balcony. The workmen were careful with yard and shrubs. Special thanks to Joe, Shawn and Luis.

I was very happy with the work that was done and with Joe Liptak in particular who noticed that the reason I needed a new roof was that shingles had blown off in a recent storm. As a result it was covered by my home owners insurance. The work was done neatly and I had no mess when I came home. There were some minor glitches in terms of communication as to when the project was to start but I would highly recommend this company

We had storm damage and found the company Built Right Home Solutions online and set up an appointment with Edgar to come out and look at our Roof. It’s a free service too! He suggested this was a possible covered loss under our home owner’s policy. He worked diligently with our insurance and got the entire roof covered. (Saving me $30,000.00) They handled everything with our insurance company making my life that much easier. Edgar is very professional was always available to answer any questions I had. During the install we had another storm that blew the tarp off causing minor interior water damaged. (These things do happen under major renovations) Built Right was quick to respond and repaired any damaged leaving it better then in was. I highly recommend Edgar and the entire Built Right staff.

I highly recommend Built Right Home Solution! I had a great experience with Matt. After a storm in February I noticed that there were roofing shingles/material in my yard. I saw that there something was missing from the roof and discolored. I found BUILT RIGHT HOME SOLUTIONS on the internet, called the company and quickly heard back from Matt D. Matt made an appointment around my schedule to look at the roof and to see if there was anything to be concerned about. Matt did a full assessment and actually got on the roof (I contacted other companies as well - no other roofing company did this which I found odd given you can barley see the damage from the ground, we have a 2 story colonial home). Matt explained what the damage was by showing me photos, the approximate age/condition of the roof and what can be done to fix it. At this time Matt told me he was a restoration expert and I had a possible coverable insurance claim. I never knew this was even possible given the fact my roof is fairly old and would need replacing in the next 3-10 years. I was skeptical to say the least but followed their advice and made the claim. Matt guided me through the process and was there when the insurance adjuster came out. To my amazement the insurance not only covered the claim but an entire roof replacement. Matt negotiated with the insurance to get proper settlement and took care of everything. He was very professional and knowledgeable and saved me thousands of dollars. Built Right installed a beautiful new roof a few weeks later, the crew was friendly and did a great job cleaning up after so much debris came off the roof. I couldn’t have asked for a better company or service. They did everything they said they were going to do. I highly recommend working with Matt and Built Right Home Solutions!

Terrible communication once you sign on for work. Had to constantly follow up with salesman and then owner to get timelines. Days to weeks to get resolution to issues. Had to follow up several time to get the dumpster removed. Some of the work was questionable and only given an explanation after questioned. Waiting almost a month for someone to fix an issue they caused. If they learned some customer service and communication skills they would be in a better place. The workers were solid but it takes twice as long as they send a two person crew. Would not recommend based on the headaches involved.

Put a deposit down Nov 2nd and was told that windows would be replaced before Thanksgiving and I have to keep texting down these people. They dont even have the decency to call and apologize for the delay. Mind you the window is broken in my 9 year olds room with cold air and now snow coming through. Had I been told from the beginning that there might be a delay I wouldve taken my business elsewhere. If i dont get these windows replaced this week I will be calling The BBB. Ridiculous!!!

WATCH OUT. These people get their leads from scammers (the ones with a foreign accent that call you daily). Kept getting calls from a spoofed telephone number about receiving home improvements. Finally, discussed the services and the caller was very secretive about the company (Home Improvements) he represented and where they were located. Finally, he gave me this companys name as the one that will do the work, even though they are over 125 miles away, or a three hour drive each way- as long as my credit is good and no claims on my insurance. Birds of a feather... came to mind and I did not book an appointment.

I was very pleased with the guys at Built Right, from the initial knock on the door to personal contact with Matt to meeting Ryan for inspection to all the great guys who performed the hard work. Despite the bad weather for a couple days, they did a great job. It took longer than expected, but a great job done by all.

I had a terrible experience with this company, I did my research before going with them I noticed they had good reviews but it seems like it was on the roof jobs and I hired them to do my siding. The job was done terrible I had to complain several times to fix there terrible workmanship and it seems like every time I turnaround something was done wrong way, if I could go back I would not have gone with this company. Customer beware do not use this company it seems like they do a good job on roofs or maybe its because you can see what they are you doing up there.

The day i got my estimate (though quite excessive) I felt they would do a good job. So we agreed to have the job done august 29th. On August 29th they didnt show up, so I called. I was told that a week earlier they had an issue with my credit card. He specifically asked for my atm (not regular credit card which I thought was odd but would rather pay cash anyway). So I call my bank and am told because it was more than $1000 i had to give permission to the bank. But after thinking about it, wasnt happy that they didnt contact me as soon as it happened so I cancelled the job. So that Saturday (Sept 2) I get a call saying I was getting charged for a delivery fee. I asked delivery of what. She said they had a picture of them delivering the materials to my house and they had to charge to pick it up. I told her that I never got a delivery of anything and actually other than when I called to ask why they hadnt showed up, I had not heard from them since original contact. The woman said it was delivered to 15(my street name) and I said I live at 154. The day the guy came to originally look at the roof he called and said he was at my house, i looked outside and he wasnt there. I asked what number he was at and he said 15....i said im at 154.So obviously they delivered the material to the wrong house. She called me on the 2nd ...today is the 8th and I just got a call pretty much accusing me of stealing the material. I did hire a new company and I gave them a check..they bought the material..and it was delivered the next morning. But I have a receipt.I do not like the tone of the guy that called me today. He even mentioned calling the police, which I really couldnt care less about. He asked for the new contractor I gave him the number, and they also said he sounds as if he were accusing me. But if I told you a week ago.that I never got the material..and that I dont live at 15 ...shouldnt they have checked before Now?. I really do not like the way I have been treated in this whole process. And then being accused basically of stealing FOR THEIR MISTAKE ... i would never use this company for anything ever again. And in the way the world is going right now, accusing a black man of stealing that didnt steal...not a good look for you or your company
