I called and barely could understand what they were saying. I asked them to call another person to let them know we were running late, as a courtesy and that did not happen. Customer service goes a long way, but apparently only in my mind.

General Manager was a Straight and to the point kind of Person. Very easy to deal with after having some serious issues at the U-haul on Airline Blvd. Will definitely go back to this one in the future.

The entire Uhaul experience was horrible from start to finish. I moved from Florida to Virginia, made a reservation online, then spoke to a rep on the phone to be sure everything was in line. I rented a truck and was offered a free month of storage with my rental so I accepted and requested that I return the truck at the same place as the unit, a 10 x 10 climate controlled unit. I stressed climate control and was assured that my unit was reserved. When I got here, the unit was a 10 x 15 NON climate controlled. The manager was very snooty and insisted that I had reserved it and no cc were available. I had to leave my stuff here for a few months as I was in an accident. I just spent $250 to move my things to a different storage facility because my things were filthy, water had gotten in and mildew was on some of my furnture. There were also tons of dead bugs in my things. I rented a truck from this location to move - arrived to find they had cancelled because I was not there at 8 am. I told the (again) very rude and condescending manager that I was not made aware that I had to be there at 8 and she was short, cut me off, insisted that her employee said that, lectured on and on. Absolutely zero customer service. Turns out there were other trucks available, she could have apologized for the misunderstanding and made for a positive experience. I would not recommend at all. There are plenty of other storage facilities around here. For the record, the other employee was very polite.

The truck was clean, but the gentleman named “Sir Wil Mccail” was very rude. He didn’t greet myself or any other person. I asked him a question and he answered it very aggressively and rude. Not good for business.

Convenient location for loading and unloading trailers. Samantha was a huge help with my move from Washington state.

The customer service here left much to be desired. The staff member seemed to be in a bad mood. Maybe it was because he was working alone. Also, he did not wear a mask the entire time inside or outside while dealing with customers. He was very quick and efficient. The truck was also very clean and the process went smoothly. But it seemed like me picking up my truck inconvenienced the staff member.

Parking lot not easy to navigate with a large vehicle to park rented trailer. Business easy to find. Scanning of license application didnt work. If you are out of state license they want multiple peoples contact information. Employees were nice and helpful to get around the issues

Picked up a U-Haul trailer. No issues.

I went to this location 7/7/20 to purchase boxes for an upcoming move since I booked a U-Haul for this location. First, when I walked in three employees (two makes and a female) are all sitting at the front counter and not one of them got up to greet me. I’m asking questions about which boxes (sizes, prices, bundles etc.) I should purchase and instead of the employee getting up to show me, he tells me to count from where he is sitting to know which box is which. No one asked if I needed help or what additional products I may need for my move. I decided to get a bundle box set for $40 which was pretty big and heavy. I asked for assistance and the employee comes over and says, “it’s not that heavy”. Not once did anyone offer to assist with carrying it to the register or to my car. This was definitely poor customer service and it must be nice to sit at the front counter all day. I will be switching location for my U-Haul pickup.

Samantha, Tyler & the rest of the crew here go above and beyond! A wonderful experience. You won’t fully understand until you meet them!

Alisa and Samantha went above and beyond for me to make sure my long distance move was a breeze. They made sure both truck and car carrier was at the location so I wouldn’t have to travel to another location to get a car carrier I was so Grateful for them both! God bless them🙏🏾. Thank you ladies 😊

The lady was so helpful with everything. Never towed a vehicle and was moving alone. She helped through the process and eased my nerves getting my car hooked up and good to head up the road. Very thankful for her and her help.

Had to put my items in storage for a month very secure safe staff was helpful friendly . Only thing if u go at night there no lights inside your unit. Have to use car lights . They said they did it that way cause some people forget to turn it off and may cause a fire. But great location

I went in to buy boxes with my toddler and the lady at the front desk was super nice and helped me she took the boxes to the car for me definitively going back there

Been there a few months with no problems and paid on time. But if you can not get there before business hours end you can not access your storage unit. $104 dollars a month and they want more money so you can access your property after work hours.In Virginia its against the law for anyone not to release your property when you do not owe money. But its in the contract so read it well.

I have only gone there physically two times. Both times lead to a great experience. The customer service is excellent. I just hung up the phone with them for a rental and again it was all great service.Thanks U-Haul

My bro rented their U-haul truck. Customer service was great overall., rented for three days.., and returned today after picking our baby Camry Toyota., the place is so hidden, had hard time looking for this area ..but service was good.. Id recommend anybody to this place..

You can check in online are the only thing you have to do is paperwork whenever you get there and then you can bring the trailer back and they have a drop off box for the paperwork.
