When I tell you I was literally less than 2 blocks away from the auto shop to get the car fixed and then it shut down on me at a car lot of all places. This company didnt let me down. There was communication from the initial call up until he dropped it off at the shop for me. Very professional and respectful. I got them on speed dial if ever needed again and definitely will recommend to family and friends

Really great customer service! These guys were quick, efficient and super friendly. My car stalled on the Norfolk base and these guys met me outside the gate in less than an hour after me calling them. They drove me quickly and safely to my destination and even gave me a heads up that my tires need to be replaced soon. I had set up a towing through my car insurance but they never showed. I was waiting for 5 hours before I called my insurance back to let them know the tow company they set up was a no-show. I was on hold for 45 minutes before they called 7 Cities Towing which wasnt even in their coverage. I waited all of 30 mins before Mr. Angel came. I needed my car towed from my house to the dealership for repairs and Mr. Angel had it hooked up ready to go in no time. I had an appt for the next day but couldnt make it so Mr. Angel dropped off my car, my key (so I didnt have to make an unnecessary trip there and back), and sent me a picture for verification. I didnt even care that I had to pay out of pocket because they were the only ones to come and help me. Thank you so much!!

On easter sunday on the way home from a trip to obx we had a flat tire. We were more than 200 miles from home. Angel came to the rescue and went above and beyond. The company was polite and got my car where it needed to go without any issues. If you are on base, you need to ride in the truck with them to help them get through, but they can tow on base. It was a little hard to hear when I called the number, but other than that, I would use them again.

I had received a flat tire attempted to fix it on my own and my jack couldn’t fit. I was on the side of the road on a bridge IN THE RAIN and couldn’t find any help. I came across this company and they came in less time than expected and did amazing and quick work also helped with recommendations on tire places. I usually forget to write reviews for deserving companies. This will be my go to place if I need a tow! Very friendly and personable staff. Competitive prices for sure. They even went out of their way to come and get me, when a ball joint snapped and I was stranded on the highway. My advice is don’t waste your time calling around, just call them.

The towing up a raider went straight to work, but he found time to talk to me and make me at ease about the vehicle being towed. 7cities towing is a great company. They treated me with kindness and respect. They responded to my calls/texts almost immediately, when the tow company I had called previously didn’t respond to any of my calls/texts and had over a two hour wait time just to even give me a quota for towing me. 7cities towed my car on base for me and when I forgot my phone in the truck they came back to base to return it to me in person instead of telling me to pick it up at their office. If I could give them more then a 5 star rating I would!

Two tires slashed so not a great way to start the day. From the time I called until the time my car and I were dropped off at the tire store I received great service and follow ups on when the driver would be to me and what the charges would be. My tire had gone flat in a parking garage. I called 7 cities and they explained that instead of towing my vehicle out of the garage they could change the tire while in the deck still, since it was close quarters in there. I spoke with Angel originally around 6 am he answered all of my questions then we set up to meet at the parking garage at 9:30 am before the parking deck got too busy and he was early ( which was wonderful.) When he arrived he was extremely professional and helpful his service was fast and efficient. You could tell he really knew what he was doing. Awesome company. They offer reasonable prices and quick service. They towed an old 91 camaro for me and the driver was very knowledgeable and took every precaution to ensure that there was no damage done, which is difficult with a car that has very low clearance in the front. Also, just a cool guy to talk to. I will definitely call them again if I need to.

This guy was great, he had to tow my antique vehicle that broke down on the bridge tunnel, due to no visable vin number. It took a few days for paperwork to go through, and me to get it together. Awesome. My husband was in an accident with our vehicle in base the day before going underway and it was not safe for me to move it off base. I was also unable to contact the base security or pass and ID to figure out how to get base access to the towing company selected by my insurance company. 7 Cities has base access already because it is run with retired military personnel. Their customer service is fantastic and the person who towed my car for me was extremely kind and considerate. Their pricing is very fair as well. We had a minor miscommunication about the time of the appointment and they gave me a discount because of it, which was nice and wasnt necessary. If anyone needs towing services on any of the bases in Hampton Roads this is definitely the company to call.

My car broke down on Norfolk Naval Base, while I live on NAS Oceana. I had no way to get out there to hand the tow driver my keys. These guys went completely out of their way to obtain my keys and drive all the way to Norfolk to tow my car, while keeping me updated throughout the whole process. I dont know any other tow company willing to do the same for barely any extra cost. The total was completely affordable and surprisingly cheap for all they did. A very professional and caring company that I will gladly go to again for any future towing. Thank you Angel and Wanda!
