Drivers the GPS address is not the entrance.When you exit on to battlefield Blvd.north.Follow. just pass military trail over pass then look for Estes trucks on left.UPS doesnt have a sign.

Box damaged from water and opened! Employee threw on porch and went swiftly back to truck. No ring of bell to let us know of damage! Poor customer service!!!

One of the worst shipping experiences I’ve encountered. Company refused to deliver goods because of a long hanging tree in neighborhood and when told there are three different methods routes to my house refused to redeliver. Made all of their problems my problem. Unprofessional attitudes and zero ability to solve problems. Had to drive to their facility to pick up goods. Would avoid this company at all cost. Lazy and backwards customer service.

They can’t deliver even though I paid them $300. Apparently the “driver doesn’t feel like the truck will make it”. Weird since there are semi trucks daily in my neighborhood. Andrew the dispatch was unwilling to try to come up with solutions for me other than for me to “meet the driver immediately to get the 600 lb item and take it 1/4 mile back to my house”. When I asked to speak to the manager he refused. When the manager finally called after I called corporate Don (the manager) YELLED at me and hung up on me. Saying they wouldn’t deliver my daughters Christmas gift and that it would be shipped back for a refund. I asked for alternative solutions and tried even helping to come up with ideas. Seriously the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I escalated to corporate and filed a report on both of them. I’ll be contacting the BBB as well. If they know they don’t deliver to my neighborhood why even request payment??!! They STOLE my money and my playground for my daughter.

UPS freight left me a message stating they could not deliver due to the fact they could not get down my street .I live on a wide street with no obstacles in the way. When I called to find out why I did not receive my delivery the person I spoke to on the phone was rude and Stated that there will be a re-delivery charge and they would not be able to deliver until Monday.This caused the work crew that I had to install what was to be deliver to leave delaying my install. I’ve had a lot of things delivered to my house by fed ex never a problem always on time :-) friendly Drivers but never again will I use UPS freight

I missed the called to schedule delivery. Called back 40 minutes later. To asked when the delivery will be made and was told the next day, I asked what time and was told to call back tomorrow for the time. Called back the next day at 9AM to find out the delivery time and was told it is locked up for the weekend and I would need to wait till Monday, since no one was there to take the item off the truck. I already took time off work to be at home for the delivery and now I am not even sure if I will get delivery of the item when they say it will be delivered. It is best to just go and pick up your item or ask for a different freight company to deliver your item. Customer Service sucked, the experience left me feeling as if I was wrong to call and setup a delivery time for the item I paid their company to deliver.

Completely rude male dispatcher. I booked with my typical broker for a shipment to Canada. I paid the broker, then UPS billed me, then the dispatch call at 4:20pm the day of pick-up and refused to pick-up unless I provided a quote number from UPS. I will never use UPS Freight again. R & L is incredibly professional and always on time.

Really?... was what the driver said to me, before he ignored my questions I asked him about whats wrong? What did I do? Apparently being handicapped and taking more than 30 seconds to answer the door is unacceptable to UPS. On the rude drivers way off he decided to call me a handicapped cracker beneath his breath, which totally shocked me beyond belief. I examined my package he so kindly dropped from 4 feet off the ground onto concrete at my door and it was shattered and broken. UPS wont deliver to my home anymore, packages get dropped off wherever and whenever the driver feels like it. The local UPS store, and sometimes they ride around on the truck for 3 days and get sent back to the sender. No sorry I missed you notices on the door, no delivery attempts made anymore. Calling to complain gets you nowhere! Managers at dispatch say theyll take care of it, yet I see the driver drive past my home with the same route. This behavior probably got this guy a promotion. Dont use this service. Fed Ex or even DHL will treat you like a human being, not just an inconvenience to the bitter, incompetent, and UPS(et) with their own lives. I will never use UPS again, a reasonable resolution would be to ensure the driver is doing his job correctly or fire him and get someone that will treat the very customers they serve with professionalism and respect. Thats what brown can do for me.

They cant even make it on time when you give them a 7 hour window! I scheduled them to come between 8-3 today, here it is 430, still no truck. The drivers all say its the dispatcher, who literally told me that they couldnt make it on time because we were in a rural area. We are in downtown Virginia Beach. SMH. Looking for other options

Not only did not deliver on time with a four hour window and two time-frame changes, but when we have tried to discuss the concerns of waiting until past 8 oclock for a delivery that was supposed to be here by 6 pm we have been met with rude customer service.
