I have called, stopped by and emailed trying to find out about an order I placed over a year ago. The last time I stopped by was in the spring of 2021 for the order I placed in the early summer of 2021. Very disappointed not to have heard back from you after all this time.

I had my older 1130 Bernina serviced with them last month. I am overjoyed with the results. Not only does it work perfectly, but they replaced a few items at no charge. The ladies in the shop are so helpful and knowledgeable.

Got my Bernette b79 here. Later beefed up to a B480 Special Edition. I’m so happy with my machine and the owner of the business was there and gave me a extremely favorable trade in value for my bernette! I can’t wait for COVID to be over so I can go to the store and do some free sewing!Amazing and knowledgeable staff. They women there take the time to explain everything to you and give you some great tips and tricks!!!

Went today to pick up my bernina that I had serviced. I havent used my machine in a while and was talking to patty (hope I spelled your name correctly) and expressed that I could use a refresher course on the machine. She said if you have time I can do it now. I know she spent 30 minutes with me going over the basics of the machine from winding the bobbin to showing me all the important functions of the machine. I was genuinely impressed with her and just want her to know that her customer service was the best. A special thank you for your help.

Staff was super helpful and went out of their way to help me as I figured out which machine was the right one for me. Kathleen even came in on her day off to help me when I picked up my machine and today (a week after I picked up my machine) called to give me a tip on a feature of the machine that she has been using that she thought would be helpful for my current project!

I came looking for fabric for my son’s Halloween costume. The staff and even the other customers were extremely helpful. The associate shared her experience making a similar Batman costume and helped me pick out exactly what I needed. She obviously could tell I wasn’t a skilled haberdasher so she even gave me exact instructions on how to do what I was trying to accomplish, suggesting iron-on materials that made the job 1000 times easier and at a great price. Overall a great experience!

The customer service and knowledge of this shop goes way beyond outstanding. Never once had I ever had a bad experience. They really do try to help you in many ways!

Went here to find a new sewing machine. The lady who helped me was friendly, knowledgeable and listened first to what I wanted a sewing machine to do. She then showed me the machine I ended up buying after she demoed it, answered all my questions and told me the differences between it and the next models up and down. No attempt to push me into anything. I had a great time and came away with all ny questions answered. Today I got some basic instruction at no additional cost from another lady who was also very good. Well I could go on, but suffice it to say, this was the right shop for me and both times Ive been there it was clear that others find it so as well. Highly recommend!

Not a large inventory of fabrics, but the selection is excellent, and high quality. Big selection of batiks which is what we were looking for. Staff friendly and knowledgable. Bernina supplier.

Stopped in this afternoon for my first visit to A Different Touch. Bought some pretty fabric, some marked down 50% and was happy to have meet Patty. She was kind and gave me a good idea of upcoming classes that were being offered in the store. Im hoping to be able to sign up for a May class.

My granddaughter and I stopped here looking for fleece. They didnt have any but have a wide array of cotton bolts. The lady that asked us if we needed anything was very helpful. I think she could tell I was kind of clueless about how to measure for what we need, etc, but thats ok. I am, lol. She was very nice and gave me an idea of what I need to look for and do elsewhere.

Very helpful. There are lots of classes and clubs. Great for all ages. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about sewing. You do not need to own a Her mind to take classes there. Love this store!

Horrible service. My Mom bought some bobbins for her Bernina all so the cashier could go back and start complaining they needed to order more bobbins and acted like cutting fabric was just asking too much!! Wont be back or sending any friends there.
