Nikki is an awesome realtor. I have bought two houses using Nikki and sold one with her (just 5 days on the market and it was gone). She is SUPER helpful during the buying and selling process. She won’t hold back on your builder; makes sure you get what you are paying for. During the closing walk through with her, expect her to use a lot of blue tape for things to be address and fixed for you, she’s not shy! After the buying of selling process she stays in touch and usually every month a gift shows up on our door from her.
