I have an older home that had moisture damage. They ripped out and re-built my entire exterior bathroom wall in a day. The workman were on time, friendly and had a can-do attitude that was reassuring since I had a 8 hole in my house at 11am ! Job completed by 3:00pm including clean-up. I am very pleased with the work and the price. Outstanding customer service from the office personnel, Inspector to the service techs. I think I even met the owner; nice fellow.

He did a thorough job of inspecting under the house. When I first moved into my place I started to notice bugs almost every day from baby roaches to earwigs, I was ready to break my lease and move. The property manager called Diamond Pest Control to try and fix the issue and let me tell you they are the best! I haven’t seen a single roach or earwig since! I see an occasional small bug here and there but they mostly die as soon as they enter my home or reach my patio. This company has been a life saver, and the staff is beyond friendly! This is the only pest control company that I trust, I highly recommend anyone to give them a try!

We have used Diamond Exterminators for ant and mosquito treatment. I cannot recommend Diamond enough... their technicians were knowledgeable, professional and courteous and we have not had any further issues with ants or mosquitos.

I do not recommend this company for a home inspection. We had an inspection done we had no termites and they would not give us are report unless we showed proof we had treatment, which we did, then the story changed to they needed to know what chemical was used. From my wife they were not so pleasant to work with, especially the general manager. He told my wife we had no termites and then told me we did have termites. Also told my wife we would not get are inspection report unless we get the termite treatment that we didn’t need. I feel like they were trying to take advantage of my wife and our situation. I can’t rate them on any other service, but if any of there service is like the one we had, I would and will not go with this company.

We have been with this co since we built our home in Sept 2005 and treated it initially. They have been great to deal with. The office help is cordial when setting up annual inspections and the inspectors have always been on time and respectful of the interior of our home after going underneath the house!

Ive had a contract with Diamond Exterminators for almost 15 years: typical pest control, termite inspections and treatment (contract), and as of 2019 season mosquito control. I always feel taken care of, almost like special attention. I like that they started the mosquito control in the 2018 season; I tried Mosquito Joe in 2018, but they were not attentive, so switching that service to Diamond was a joy too. Throughout these years they found termite problem once -- and did the core drilling and treatments free as part of the termite guarantee contract.

We bought our house a year ago and at the time the previous owner suggested keeping Diamond Exterminators due to their wonderful experience with them. We went with their word and have been totally satisfied with this company. Everyone from the front desk to the field technician is friendly and professional. They do a fantastic job and I highly recommend hiring Diamond Exterminators.

I met Vice President and General Manager Will Cobb at a business networking event. I was looking for an exterminator company to come and service my home and after talking to Will, I decided to give them a try. They were very fast to set an appointment. When the technician showed up, he was very respectful of my home (he even put shoe covers on before entering my home). He did an awesome job and even pointed out issues that I was unaware of (like an ant hill located close to back deck). He told me that if we saw any insects or other rodents that he treated for within the next 3 months, I can call the office and they would come out and retreat for free. He did such a great job that I signed up for a quarterly services contract on the spot. I have had another service call by another technician and he was just as professional as the first one. I am completely satisfied with their service and would recommend them highly.

All of the people we have delt with, from the administration department to the technicians that come to the house have been courteous and friendly.
