Where do I even start?! I rented this bouncy house for my little brother. He loves anything to do with sports. Upon browsing the website I found it very easy to pick what bouncy house to rent and they even displayed the banners on the bouncy house on the website! So I found this cute sports banner! The workers came a good 2 hours early which made my brother happy because then he got more time alone before his friends came over. They showed me all the ins and outs! The lady doing paper work went over every single bit of information with me and made sure I understood everything. Very kind people and very fast! I highly highly recommend Virginia Beach Inflatables!

We had a wonderful experience with VB Inflatables. This is the second time we’ve used the company and plan to use again in the future. Great service! We had to move the party due to weather and Cindy was very helpful and made the whole process easy and stress free. The kids had an absolute blast in the large bounce house with a slide. We especially appreciated that the slide was inside the house so the children didn’t have to re-enter each time they went down the slide. I would highly recommend this company!

At first the service was good and the employees were friendly. We rented a slide and two bubble machines. One of the bubble machines didnt function properly. We spent several hundred dollars renting equipment. After demonstrating the bubble machine didnt work the employee said they would remove the charge. The charge was never removed. When we inquired about it, they would not remove the charge and that we were being untruthful.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

We rented a bouncy house for my sons 5th birthday. It went really well. VB inflatables was there in plenty of time to get everything set up, the equipment was clean and well maintained. There was even a soft mat to get in and out which was a nice touch. They were very efficient in setting up and taking everything down and the kids had SO much fun!! Well definitely use VB inflatables again!

I rented a backyard combo inflatable bounce house for this past weekend for my daughters 5th birthday. It was so much fun and so easy doing business with VB Inflatables! They were so detailed when they called the day before making sure everything would run smoothly. Showed up on time for delivery and reassured me that the pick up people would make sure they were not early for the pick up since it was right at my party end time. Worked out great and the kids (and some parents) had a blast on it!

The inflatable was clean and easy to use. All the neighborhood kids has a BLAST using the Tiki Obstacle Course we rented. Booking it online was a bit overwhelming because of all the selection so I called the office and the woman there was overly helpful in getting us set up with the correct bounce house that met our needs! We rented a small bounce house for our 4 year old’s birthday party. Due to their busy schedule for the day, the notified us they would need to set up the inflatable earlier than anticipated, which meant our daughter had more time to enjoy the bounce house. Hooray! The unit we rented was like new condition and the kids had a blast. They were informative throughout the process, came to set up quickly, trained us on the proper use of the bounce house and cleaned and sanitized the unit in front of us. They were a joy to work with. Our grandbabies came for a week visit this month, and my husband got the idea for a back yard inflatable slide for them. I had heard from Kim Shipman how wonderful VBI was at her sons party, and called Cindy in April. She had a weekend special where you pay a days rental plus 50% and get to keep it 3 days, so we booked the Mickey Mouse double slide for 3 weekdays. They are so very easy to work with! We put down a deposit, but were told we could cancel as late as 5pm the night before in case of inclement weather. The night before, Cindy notified us of the delivery time window, and the next morning, Hannah and Chloe arrived, and anchored the slide, having it set up in 20 minutes, safely, with an inservice of the system. IT WAS SO CLEAN. IT WAS SHINY WHITE, RED AND YELLOW. We were very pleased, and the kids ran up and down it for 3 days, at least 100 times a day. Keeping it over a day was great because they had it into the evenings, and they removed it carefully with no damage to our property. I highly recommend this company for your childrens fun!!

I had to get an inflatable on short notice for a party involving at least 15 children. I was able to use my phone to order the perfect inflatable on a Thursday, two days before the party. Once the payment went through, they immediately called me, to make sure I knew the safety instructions and how to sign the contract. On Friday, they called to tell me what time they would be coming by on Saturday to set up the inflatable. They came exactly on time and set it up with no problems. The inflatable was very clean and had no leaks. The set up to install my hose (for the water slide portion) was beyond easy. Due to the setup of my backyard, they said that they wouldnt be able to come back after dark to tear it down (theres almost no exterior lighting). So they told us to keep it overnight (at no additional expense) and they would come get it the next day. My girls got another two hours to use it the next day before they came to get it. They even let my 4-year old help get all the air out. I can not recommend this place enough. Theyre very helpful, extremely friendly, and a complete pleasure to work with.

I highly recommend Virginia Beach Inflatables. We have rented water slides for 2 events so far and they have not disappointed! The slides have arrived before the event starts and they are clean and in good repair. All of the staff that I have interacted with have been super nice and they go over everything you need to know about the equipment you’re renting. We could not go on our annual family vacation this year due to Covid.I wanted to do something special for our grandkids so I planned a Nana Camp.This day was one filled with all the fun you can imagine.I rented the 19 foot Thunder waterslide .The company listened to my request to deliver it a wee bit early as not to startle our horses during the kids riding lessons.That accomadation meant so much to us as we tried to make sure the day would be safe.The SLIDE was amazing.The kids ages ranged from 4- 12.They played for almost the entire 6 hrs.The adults were thrilled for a chance to cool off as well.Very professional. Slide was clean, looked new, we might even rent it one more time before the summer ends !

5 stars ALL THE WAY! Dont even think about booking with anyone else. The products, the customer service and the experience were one of a kind. We had booked a party last year, but unfortunately the hurricane was rolling in on the same day. I called and received a rain check to use in the next year for the full amount paid. We scheduled an early July 4th party and called up and used our rain check and also ordered an additional slide. I HIGHLY recommend the Volcano slide or one with a pool on the end...the kids literally played on it for the full 6 hours. We could not even pry them off to go eat. The owners took their time to sit and talk with us and were super friendly. I will be telling everyone I can about Virginia Beach Inflatables; in this day and age its hard to find a company that will give you the amazing service they did. Looking forward to our next event!

The inflatable arrived on time, clean and the attendant was professional. We actually canceled the night before due to the weather forecast which then improved overnight and upon calling VB Inflatables early the next day- they were still able to provide everything without hesitation.
