Solomon Richardson cleans both of our locations (at our request). He is very attentive to supplies that are needed, things that need cleaned, etc. He has even been kind enough to come and open up my office when I left my keys at home (in NC). He is truly an asset for Vanguard Cleaning.

I selected this company for a high-end apartment complex, and they have been nothing but superb. Kellie facilitated a great relationship between our staff and the cleaning crew. The price is competitive, and a much better deal than some who low-balled the estimate and then didnt follow through. The communication is better than Ive experienced with at least three other cleaning companies. The residents are happier. Apartments sell better. Cant recommend enough.

Kellie was excellent at helping my church transition to a new cleaning service. She was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions that we had. We transitioned during COVID which added to our concerns, but Kellie and the cleaning crew were on top of things. Very professional and able to assist us in making the best decisions for our church. Just had the displeasure of dealing with the absolute most unhelpful, rude, miserable employee that your company possibly has. But then again, when there’s one roach, surely more are hiding. I’m not quite sure if it’s her salary or her personal life, but something needs to be done to better her quality of life. Because of her poor custoner service skills, I will never refer any of our clients to your company. The representative that you’ve chosen to answer the phone for you ar 4:58pm May 29, 2018 should be jobless. What a waste of a pay check! She really deserved no stars for that attitude, but that wasn’t an option!

Had consistent issues of them not cleaning. Called them often to complain, wrote in the book that they gave us but nothing ever improved.

This company calls my place of work every so often. Every time they are politely told we do not need their services nor do we handle cleaning contracts for our office building. Theyre quite pushy and hang up if a name and number isnt provided to them for further solicitation. Today, they didnt even know who they called or where we were located!
