This owner is not passionate about her work, or caring about her residents! She treats all of her employees so awfully. Honest passionate people are taken for granted and not paid for weeks! Such unprofessionalism, and the residents suffer for it. This owner hires whoever will work for her because she has such a turnover of disgruntled employees. Workers who are just as messy as the owner; individuals fighting in the residents homes, using their work time to smoke illegal substances. This place is such a sad mess. And for the sake of the residents, hopefully things do a complete 180, and if not heres hoping that the state shuts it down!
