I absolutely love them. This is my neighborhood go to mailing depot. Im not from here, Im from Akron, OH and its good to go into a place that is a one stop shop! I send my packages, obtain tracking receipts, mail my letters, purchase my stamps, and get my documents notarized, what more can I ask for?!

Very rude wont be coming here anymore. She greets the white people but not the African American people. She had a pleasant voice with them, but a nasty tone with me. I really wanted to support them as they are family owned, but I will not tolerate being treated any differently because of my skin color. Absolutely ridiculous and very sad to say in 2021.

I always mail my packages with this excellent family owned business. It is nice that they always give you options for the best price to ship any particular box. If I have not had the right packing materials at home, they can be relied on to provide reasonable packing services. I would highly recommend this business.

Great family-run business. Good folks to work, very reliable. Handle all mail (UPS, FedEx and USPS) at one location with quick in-and-out. Highly recommended. I recently moved out of Chesapeake and am very sad that I can’t find a similar service in Greensboro.

Weve been doing business with this company for years. They have always been friendly and professional. Thier customer service is always impeccable. No problems with any of the mail services weve used or the mailbox we maintain with Mail Werx for our homebase business. We plan to use their services for as long as they are in business.

I had to print a shipping label today, and through having the wrong email and having my technology die, they were so helpful. They didnt even charge me for the print because one of the workers accidentally gave me the wrong last part. I was so impressed. I never write reviews, but I will for this place! I also had my two year old with me, and they have a little chair with a few toys and books that kept her entertained so I could focus!

The Fedex website says you can get labels printed here, but you cant. Theyre nice anyway and directed me to the nearest place that does.

Dont bother going to this store. Their services are limited. Service is slow. None of the employees are wearing masks or following social distancing rules.

They are always there when you need them, friendly and easy. Not sure how they can get less than 5 stars. Its not that big of a deal. People just want to complain when something doesnt go their way 150% of the time. Just do it yourself at home if its so hard for you in the real world.

This business is so convenient. I use them anytime I have to ship packages. They do it all for me. Provide the shipping box or envelope, packing materials if needed and the postage. It’s a safe place to drop off instead of leaving packages on my front porch for ups to pick up. We all pay more at convenience stores and this is what it is....a major convenience. The owners have always treated me well and with respect.

Ive purchased and shipped items from Mail Werx before and many times since. I understand that I am charged for the boxes and packing material and this is all with the final price when I am using all of their services. I have had no problems with customer service at this location. Even when I have pre-paid items from a carrier and use them as a drop off location the staff I have seen have been wonderful to me and have told me when the item will be picked up.

Hello, I would describe Mail Werx in Las Gaviotas Shopping Center as a warm and friendly place to get postal services and I would call it SMALL BUSINESS DEPOT. Any small business can stop by for office supplies, copying, mail boxes, virtual services soon to be available and of course mailing and shipping made easy. When you need to mail something do think of Mail Werx at 1245 Cedar Road first!! Go to Mail Werx, say hello to Diana and John.

I have always had stellar service at Mail Werx. They make sure what I am shipping is wrapped with care and that it arrives undamaged and in one piece at its destination.

Started with a low price and almost doubled it. Unfriendly employees. I felt unwelcome the entire time and would recommend others to conduct business in a more professional shop.

Charged me twice what a flat rate box would have cost to return a cell phone to LA. Way less than a pound. Even when I pointed it out, they just made excuses. I will never recommend them or go there again. I guess that about sums it up.
