Recruiter was extremely good at selling the position. She claimed to myself and about 5 others that the positions were guaranteed contract to hire after 6 months. They weren’t- nothing was guaranteed and it’s looking now like people will have to wait up to a year to get any kind of decent benefits.Snelling offers the bare minimum- no paid time off, a terrible insurance plan. The recruiter I worked with was extremely good at pretending to care about her candidates best interests but at the end of the day, the staffing industry is all about $$$. The less they can offer you and more they can charge their clients- the better for them.Word of advice- be transparent and don’t make false promises. You’re working with human beings who have lives- don’t treat them like numbers.
