It’s been a week now and I still haven’t gotten paid

I been with this company for little over a month. It’s been all over the places from hours available to work, to cutting pay hours all during season where people are struggling to pay bills, provide for there families and it just doesn’t seem far only time I recommend working for them is the peak season any other time is not work it.

I would not recommend this agency to anyone I worked here for two weeks and when it was time for me to get paid they told me that not only did they not complete the required documents for me to get paid but I would have to wait another week for them to do anything about it DO NOT WORK HERE unless youre willing to work for free.

I called ahead to inquire of any warehouse positions. But since I had previous production experience, the staff; more specifically, Chaevana, recalled there was an opening with a company in Chesapeake. She considerately recommended me that week and I was thankfully working the following Monday morning. The other staff member, named May, was also helpful in getting my preliminary requirements done. All-in-all, my experience with the Chesapeake branch was good. Thanks

First, I’m a very punctual person. If you have to be at work at 8:00am you need to be there at 7:45am at least. The representative gets there at 8:06, it was raining a bit, ok I’ll give you that. I’ve spoken to you many times from a previous job site and make a joke about the distance from the office to that particular site and why he’s not always there. I guess he had a bad morning because of his straight face and lack of a remark. As he is putting the key in the door he asks how can he help us. Told him we are here to register and if they have any openings at a certain location. His reply was “oh you need to come back at 10:00am we have to have our Monday morning meeting. And we don’t do registration till later on come back then.”. That’s totally unprofessional as your website says you open at 8:00 not we get here at 8:00 and have meetings till 10:00. It does say Office opens at 8:00am registration at 10:00am. NOT ACCEPTABLE!

The signing up process is easy and quick. The head manager here is polite and attentive. All of the staff is professional. They find jobs for you in a reasonable time frame and you dont have to wait long for your next assignment when you change.

My son works for them and he waits everyday to find out if he is going to be working. They will email 2hrs before shift and say we dont need you. This happens quite often. He likes working for them but the way they are treating him, is not right. They should have work lined up for the week. Stop letting him feel like he has a job and then tell him not to come in. Yes he can go get another another job. Either tell him hes fired or give him work. One day a week dont cut it. If he misses a day you hold it against the employee and threaten termination. How is that fair?

They are a very wonderful company to work through. They always have jobs available and the staff is very friendly. Especially May she was wonderful from the moment I walked through the door.

Randstad is a great company to work for. The staff is great and they work with you to accomodate your needs. I have not had any issues that were not fixed within a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this staffing agency to anyone looking for work!!!! Chaevana is always on top of any issues that come up and ensures it gets taken care of.

Randstad is a great and well established agency, with skilled intellectuals like Chaevana Douglas, May Fisiy and John Castigrioni. They helped put American back to work. I am a living example. Thanks immensely, for all your untiring efforts to humanity.

I was contacted by someone pretending to be a talent agent for Randstad via email. When I clicked the telephone number in the email to call (which showed as the Chesepeake office #) the link actually dialed a completely different number. I contacted the office directly by dialing it myself, I asked to speak to the manager/supervisor and was told I had to leave a message with the receptionist. I confirmed that the man listed in the email did not in fact work for Randstad. I explained to the receptionist what was going on, and asked if someone could call me back so I could forward the email to them. If a owned a company and someone was using my company name to phish from innocent people I would want to investigate right away. I never received a return call. I left the bad rating because this situation was handled very unprofessionally, definitely a company I would not want to work with...they obviously do not care. And the second reason for the 1 star is to make people aware that criminals are using, all though unprofessional; but still legit company names to scam innocent people.

VERY rude unorganized and unprofessional!! They lost all of my information including their copy of my DL & SSC!! THEY LOST MY SSC PEOPLE. Then wanted me to send a copy thru email! Who does that?? As much as emails get hacked they want you to send your personal info thru email which theyll probably never delete & will have it sitting there forever for anyone to read or they want you to go out your way to bring it BACK to them. Then gets offended & even more rude when you speak on their unprofessionalism & the discomfort & inconvenience theyre putting you through. Oh and they pay u minimum wage if you dont complete an assignment. So you think ur getting $12 u may really only get $7.25. Luckily I only worked one day bc one day is all it took for me to see I didnt want to be affiliated with them or the Target warehouse in Suffolk, VA they sent me to.

Im working for them now its been 2 weeks have not been paid i dnt get any help with anything but they will let you work yoself to death but no money has been paid n i want all my money

I guess when certain people has so called doien it big jobs they can just belittle others,talk to them like they dont have feelings..mrs.pam??!..I FORGIVE YOU...But i dont forget..try to learn the meaning of treating others the way you want to be treated!!!

Very vague on the human resource end little to no communication level at all. Pay was horrible. Even on a direct hire sign in they push an absurd amount of hours before hiring can happen. Be warned steer clear and get the job yourself!!!
