Whoever thought that space is enough for backing should consider a suicide. Took me 40 min just to check in with the guard and back up. Ive had to back up in very tight spaces before but this is just dumb. Im talking about the docks between 123 and down the line. If there is no other trucks is probably fine .

Place is a joke, had a load going to Nichols NY, and they gave me a Findlay Ohio load. Went to both places neither would take the load no damage. Guy checking in front of me in Nichols from here had the delivery number. Bring the product back and been setting in a door for 3 hours and still havent touched the load.

The yard dogs are destroying trlrs here. Multiple times iv seen them backing into other trlrs leaving dents and holes. Iv seen them dragging landing gear. Iv seen them dragging tires. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up. Be safe

Worst place to pickup. You have to wait hours to be asigned for door. No parking, you have to stay on the road where the sign states no parking allowed. No facilities. Keep away if time matters.

The young ladies at the gate were super professional. Very efficient in processing me through their system. Gave clear instruction. Had a door in 30min. Was out 1hr and 35min later. No complaints!

1100 appointment. Arrived at 1030. Still sitting after 1200, waiting for a door. Since I’ve been here, ONE truck has been put into a door. While, I’m sure this place will really enjoy that detention bill, I’ll avoid this place in the future at all costs.UPDATE : It’s now 1645 and I’ve finally been told a door. Now to see how long the loading takes...

Super slow,really polite guards. Waited about hour to get door and 3 hours after that they are still loading my trailer. Easy to park,huge lot.

Every time I come to this place I have to overnight on the main road because my load is never ready... for example, 09/24/20, I arrived at 13:30 for a 14:00, it is now 09/25/20@ 05:00 My load still processing!!!!!

Not the quickest, though I heard they did an internal staff restructure a couple months ago and things are running much more smoothly. Not hard to find or to get into, usually a wait in the lot inside the facility or on the street if that is full. They didnt have a problem with me completing a 10 hour before leaving.

They need better supervisors, they need to hire people that is willing to work and not be lazy. Supervisors talk to people crazy. It is so unprofessional. Hra needs to be called.

I’ve been here twice. Not because I want to but because I need a load to get home. This place will have you waiting 5 to 6 hours on average to get you to a door and another hour or two to get you loaded. AVOID GETTING LOADS FROM THIS PLACE!

If I could give a negative star i would,guards in the guard shack was very unprofessional. I had a 4pm pick up and didnt back in a door until after 7pm and once im loaded theres no parking on there property but if your unloaded you can stay as long as you like.there is overnight parking on the curb outside the gate but i have a high value load of computers,wouldnt it be safer to keep me on property until my break is up to be safe,being your the ones who held me up in the first place,hope to not return in the future.

Well we arrived to get a load they did not have the paper work for our load had to wait 30 mins for that to come out. We don’t have time to sit and wait we get paid by the mile we run not the hour this place is a joke and this place could do better

I had to pick up live load I had to back up 68 it was Quick and easy to maneuver, two lady In guards check was Friendly and professional I love it!!

Security guards nice! Pose to be a drop and hook! Dropped EMT n had to wait 6+ hours for loaded trailer. And lazy yard dogs didn’t want to pull load from door!

Well paying job but have to do hard labor and you are not allowed to leave until the job is done.

Checked in at 8am for a 10am appointment. 13hrs later still not in a door. Guard shack was friendly but couldnt provide any information about my load. Arrived the night before. No overnight parking on lot but theres off street parking if low on hours.

Not sure about the previous reviews. My appointment was at 5pm, and I got here at 8am. People at guard shack are very nice. I got the dock at 10am and they started loading around 10 30am. Maybe I just got lucky. I always call the facilities before heading there to make sure if they can load or unload me before my appointment time. Last time when I was here, the only thing that took abit longer was the paper work.

Wish I could give it zero stars 6 hours and counting still not loaded bunch of worthless people here you have been warned don’t take loads from here

One of those places you should definitely avoid. Appointment times doesnt mean much here. Get your breakfast, lunch and dinner, because its gonna be late before you get out of here.7:25pm update.8 hours and still counting. Definitely one of the top three most retarded places I have ever been to.

Previous reviews are Absolutely correct long wait times to get loaded but the yard jockey Drivers and Guards at Guard Shack are helpful and Nice.

3 stars are for good attitude at Guard office only. But, they are refusing to unload and telling it shouldnt be delivered here however, BOL and Confirmation say here. Brokers are shocked and do not know what to do. About restrooms: they have huge restroom. Lot is good for more than 15-20 trucks. So, dont know about loading&unloading time yet.

Horrible place for pick ups not sure on deliveries no regard for truckers an time on appointments an delivery of destination been here 2 times promise it wont be a 3rd regardless of dention broker pays this is reason a lot of truckers dont make it or cause an accident dealing with distribution centers that are unorganized with no regard for customer an another reason why eld is a problem with this if you come here fresh on hours you will reset your clock back no worries there the problem you are wide awake so when you get loaded your sleepy when you wake you will say Damn am not gonna make it on time 🤬

One of those places. Came in noon 12pm for app ,been here early, still waiting it’s 4:30pm .They don’t even have the load ,waiting for it ,nobody knows anything. Come here and you are a prisoner of Damco! Don’t come here , specially for Knight load !

Really???What a joke! Arrived 11:45 for a 14:00 appt. Didnt even get a door till 19:15. Thats 5-1/4 hours before I got a door, then it took over 2-1/4hours to load 14 pallets. 21:45. 7-3/4 hrs of my life wasted Harharhar!!This place really sucks!! Nobody answers the phone, and when I went to check with the guard shack why it was taking so long, all they said was they were in a meeting, and will call you when we have a door. Really??? Im a pretty laid-back individual, but this place really tested my nerves.I certainly wont be coming back...really!!!

Helpful guards at the shack.. Huge yard for backing.. And I believe they have a section for Overnight Parking.. It took 5 hours to get assigned a door and about an hour to have my trailer loaded. Long story short.. Im out of drive time, forced to spend the next 13 hours here.. These guys are ridiculous..

Don’t waste your time

Fast process small lot no restroom you can take your 10hr break outside in between the lots enough room for 3/4 trucks.

Detention: 4 PM appointment and got out 12:00 AM.Broker paid $56.25 for 2.25 hours only.Waste of time and overall horrible experience. Never again!

Arrived 1 hour early for my appt. and was immediately assigned a door. I was unloaded and had signed BOL in about an hour. Everyone was friendly, from the guard to the receiving personnel.

The company HUDD the worst company Ive ever seen! I am waiting 8 hours and still have not received a dock. The worst company ever saw. Take your food, or you can starve to death here in anticipation.

Ive been here for delivery a few month ago. And today I came for pick up 2:30pm, my appt 3pm. Got door 3:10pm, now 6:24pm Im on door, waiting BOL.Crazy
