The guy who owns the shop is great dude. The whole team was very helpful with my problems and gave me multiple different paths to take to solve it. I have all the parts I need except a GPU but they didnt have one that would be compatible. Not there fault since this is the middle of a graphics card crisis. With everything a teacher needs to be able to do for her students, the useless technology in the school system wasnt cutting it. Had a Dell laptop that was about 3 years old and was not performing in any way it should have been. I tried fixing and replacing the DC Jack myself. Thats another story, a fail to say the least. I searched for a repair shop and came across MRO and boy am I glad I did! I was very skeptical and weary about someone possibly trying to take advantage of me (money wise). I was in panic mode after my laptop started crashing. I took it in for repair - hoping for the best, but prepared for the worst. It was the best possible outcome. They were able to save ALL of my data and installed a much faster system. I never knew my computer could be this fast. I blamed most of the slowness on my internet provide - Oops, it was the laptop. I’ve been using MRO services for many years and wanted to write this review to show my appreciation for their honesty, great service and fair pricing. First, I’m a fairly savvy computer operator and understand the basics and some advance functions of various type of operating systems. My initial interaction with MRO was to have data retrieved/recovered from what I thought was a crashed and unrecoverable system. After the initial diagnostic, MRO’s team determined that my computer had a virus, and was able to remove and restore my operating system to its normal functions. I immediately subscribed to MRO’s monitoring services and haven’t had any problem for the next several years. Meanwhile, years later I brought the same computer in for a tune-up thinking that it was time to purchase a new system. Nevertheless, with the recommendations of a few upgrades, my system is running better than ever. As a result, I’ve been able to keep my computer longer than usual. Finally, you won’t find a more personable and upfront service center for all your computing needs. Completely satisfied!!!

I have been taking my sick computers to MRO for the last 10 years. I was a school teacher when I first found this company. I have left happy and have always had a happy computer. I initially went into MRO because liquid was spilled into my laptop. Not water but soda.... Lesson learned, do not let children with sodas play near laptops. We flipped the laptop over instantly and called MRO. When it was brought in they cleaned the keyboard and replaced the CMOS battery. The laptop appeared then to be in good working condition and when tested upon pickup, all was well. Because of how the laptop was running the problem initially seemed not as serious...until I brought it home and this loud persistent beep began happening. Now in most instances businesses would use this opportunity to start the whole process over and recharge me the check-in fee but when I called I talked to Mike who told me to bring the laptop back with no new check-in fee, to get an idea of the issue. The new approach for solving the issues the laptop was a little more involved, I was quoted and paid a price for the parts and left my computer with them for the repairs. I received a call when all the repairs were complete and spoke with Mike again who informed me that I would be receiving a partial refund for the parts I paid for as it cost them less than they had anticipated. The computer is amazing and works like new, they were so eager to solve the problem and get the laptop back to how it was. They answered all my questions and were very kind and informative. I hope I never have any incidents regarding sodas and laptops, but if anything happens I know exactly the place to take it to fix the issues!

I damaged my flash drive, which contained a lot of information for work. I took my flash drive to MRO Computers and expressed my need to have it repaired today, if possible! My in-laws have been going to MRO for every system theyve used in the last 10 years. I went in today to check the place out and add a new hard drive to my current system. The guy there was very knowledgeable and got me exactly what I was looking for right away when I went in. Worth the wait. After my laptop screen was broken I took it to a chain repair shop. Dissatisfied with poor customer service and flippant behavior I took my computer to MRO Computers based on a coworkers recommendation. It was a little out of the way for me, but far better. They took the time to explain everything with me and laid out all my options. Which included an option to upgrade my harddrive while they had it open to repair the screen. This turned out to be an outstanding choice as the drop had caused my harddrive to begin to fail. If I had gone with the first shop I would have ended up with an expensive paperweight or more required repairs. Thank you Mike and his team at MRO. You made me feel valued and understood. Also being Military friendly always helps.

I just cant say enough positive about MRO Computers. . I have a MacBook Pro from 2011. It was running slow. MRO doubled my RAM to 8GB and copied my slow 5,400 rpm @ 500GB to a Western Digital Black drive that is 7,200 rpm and 750 GB. It was like getting a new Mac computer for $365.00. The staff is professional and friendly. They explained everything for me. English is a second language for me, yet the staff went out of their way to be patient and make sure I understood all before proceeding. They even have a Remote Managed service for my Mac starting at just $9.00 USD per month. I live in Venezuela and they can fix my system for me. Thank you MRO Computers. I have taken 2 desktops, and a couple laptops to Mike and his crew for service. Everything from software issues bogging down my system to a hard drive crash, the MRO gang solved the problem and got me back on line quickly. Now, I was able to bring my PCs to them verse having an in-home or on-line service, but I am sure those services would be handled just as expertly. Would NOT recommend taking anything there. Owner is rude........prices are too high. Spent $465.00 on fixing my computer then called about a power cord the VERY NEXT DAY. Was informed it was either $5.00 or $10.00 depending on the type. My business partner went to pick it up........the OWNER looks it up online and sees that there is also $6.00 shipping.......SO......he tags the shipping cost on to the $10.00 cord and says well, we are like 7-11, we have it right here...........and charged me $20.00???. Then we got it home and figured out it was the wrong cord......called him.......oh, we cant take it back....says so on the receipt.........REALLY???. BAD BUSINESS. Also........go next door to Winstons and ask THEM about their experience with MRO
