We initially contacted him regarding purchasing a commercial property and while we didnt end up doing that, we did contact him later on to help us sell another property. Scam, paid $500 and did not even get one person interested. No periodic feedback, nothing. I do like Fouad as a person, but I think this is not a legitimate business broker. Sunbelt shame on you, this is the second time you advertise something that you dont really do.

Unfortunately, I am going to have to leave Sunbelt and Fouad Mohit a negative review. I listed my business through him. We had a verbal agreement if I brought a certain buyer whom I already had contacted and had a relationship with, I would be charged a reduced fee. He did not honor that. Instead, he held me to the form contract stating that he did not remember that agreement. (At the time I signed the contract, he promised to send over an addendum which he never did and which I stupidly did not insist on.) I would not recommend him or Sunbelt to anyone.
