They are very courteous and polite too you, and very quick getting you in, to checking out your automobile problem. Also they tell you everything they find wrong with the car. I like that they will give you a itemize price for the job.

If I could give negative stars I would. I took my vehicle here for a state inspection and it was rejected. I took it to another shop and they informed me there was nothing wrong and it should have passed. I called Automotive Authority to inform them and the owners response (Steve) was, well the mechanic must not know how to jack up a truck and he was aggressive with his tone. I then proceeded to take it to another inspection station and it passed inspection. They informed me that my truck was very safe and shouldve never been rejected. I feel as if Automotive Authority is willing to lie to customers to make an extra buck. Please do not take your vehicle here. I wouldnt want you to have the same experience I did.

Great. Dropped vehicle off that morning and had it back same day within a couple of hours.

I tried to kill my truck (F450) by putting 15 gals. of gas in the tank which uses diesel. Well after four strokes and two heart attacks I got up with Steve at AA immediately he calmed me down. Well, to make a long and I do mean long story short he did his magic fixed my blunder and my truck runs as good as new.

Had problems with coil, replaced it but p0304 came back, and owner replaced all 4 coils. Had problem again and called and they had me in the next day and fixed problem with no charge. They lived up to their motto of satisfied customers. Best place to go in the area. They HAVE integrity.

The 2 ladies up front were really nice and the service was pretty quick. I also like that this place calls you to let you know the job is done. Ive been to some places that dont bother that kind of courtesy.

I appreciate the honesty of this company. Brought my truck in for an alternator repair because thats what another automotive place said it was. After a diagnostic, it was determined not to be the alternator but only a bad battery connection. I will continue to bring my cars here.

OUTSTANDING! Saved the day. Heres the scenario: female driver, 250 miles from home at work conference, brakes go out--lines, rotors, calipers-- vehicle has to be towed to the shop, on Thursday of Memorial Day weekend. That was certainly a scenario where a lesser company could have taken advantage of the situation and gouged the customer. . I am ever so grateful that I found Automotive Authority. They were FAIR, HONEST and RESPECTFUL. Thank you for doing such HIGH QUALITY WORK and sending me safely on my way.

I needed a few services, including alignment, oil change, and diagnostics on why my Nissan intermittently wouldn’t start. They allowed me to drop off the car in the evening and looked at it the next morning. Ultimately needed a new starter which was around $400. The team at automotive authority used one of their coupons to get $200 off the part. I was very pleasantly surprised to learn this when I picked up the vehicle and was charged $200 less than I expected. Outstanding service, friendly, and went out of their way to help me. Definitely will go back.

Ive been using them for a couple years now for my inspections, oil changes and repairs. They are always fast, courteous and reasonably priced. High priced. Same alternator, 500 vs 300 at Silas auto repair. Ask to be sure brakes were checked during inspection. Told that they did. Month later. Brakes changed because rotors started scraping.

Ive been bringing my car to Automotive Authority since 2008 for my car inspections but Thursday was my last visit. The first issue was being told that I needed to replace BOTH of my windshield wipers, when Id replaced my passenger side blade the night before. I advised them that the new blade for my drivers side was in the back seat and the woman advised they would install it for me. I walked out of the office after about an hour and noticed a crack in my windshield on the drivers side. I walked back inside and reported this. The owner told me he saw it during my inspection (but no one mentioned it) and that a rock must have hit my car UNDER THE WINDSHIELD WIPER blade. He then tried to tell me maybe it was dark and I didnt notice the crack (I arrived around 9am). He then mentioned that the defroster could have caused the crack but could not advise how long it was tested. Long story short, no accountability was taken, when it was apparent that the wiper slammed on my glass as the technician (or whoever) was trying to change my driver side blade. The metal aligns perfectly with my driver side wiper and I am disappointed that the company did not own up to something that could have been easily resolved to maintain my business. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY.
