We have used Kathy Kretz State Farm for three generations of our family. Kathy and Wanda Makensie have taken extraordinary care for fender benders thru serious accidents. State Farm is one of the few car insurances that use new parts only on repairs. You might have to pay a little extra on premiums but you will get more “bang for your buck” in personal care and new parts. You can’t go wrong with State Farm!

We moved here almost two years ago, the service we have received since, setting our policies up and then updating and changing policies with vehicles and our home have always been easy and thorough. Sabrina the office manager, has been my right hand man so to speak with all the changes and updates. Including getting things set up while we were still living in Maryland! Way too overpriced for insurance. I have 2 vehicles insured here at statefarm and it cost over $200. Not to mention both of the vehicles are well over 10 years old. Never have I been in an accident either, go somewhere else for cheaper insurance this is not it.

They are on point. Very professional. Made sure my car was up to my satisfaction. Great follow-up. Sent authorization for repairs and rental immediately. Im very very happy with them.

I had the same State Farm agent since I was 16 old. That was 1980. He retired and his contacts were taken over by another agent. It was terrible. My wife had an incident with her car in a business parking lot where the side view mirror was essentially torn off the car. I reported it to my agent. He told me there were two deductibles for either vandalism or damage from another car. One was more $$ than the other. He decided since we did not know which it was we would be charged the higher. I thought that unfair and it was not acceptable. So I looked for a new agent and found Kathy (and Sabrina). Both are great and it brought back some normalcy I felt with the longtime agent.

I have been with this same agency since my children were babies... My youngest are turning 18 soon... If i have a question they are always there to answer. When a stream of thunder storms came threw our area and lighting struck our home.... It took 3 day for a check to come in to replace all my devices that got fried. They have covered a number of cars and trucks for us over the years... Love this company and any time i can refer them to someone i do. When my father past away they sent me condolence cards... Holiday cards... And sometimes i even get a call just to make sure im happy... And they dont push things on you that u dont want... Love love love them. Give them a shot... Tell them crissy sent ya. No harm in just a conversation that can save u a butt load of money.

Kathy and her staff are great. I never feel like I am putting anyone out when I call to ask numerous questions about our car, life, HOI or umbrella policies. My children also have their ins policies with Kathy. You cant ask for a better reference than your clients children coming to her for their insurance.
