The staff have all been very helpful when Ive had claims (unfortunately, Ive had a lot) or with finding me savings with my insurance. Its nice to deal with real people at a local location versus just using the 1-800 number. They can still handle everything over the phone when you cant get there in person, but its nice dealing with the same people who know you and they go really far to get you the best deal. Plus they know all the local car shops and know the adjusters you are working with if you have a claim and advocate for the best settlements for you. Would highly recommend Bryan and his staff.

Im active duty Military and I use Allstate instead of USAA. Agents like Bryan are why. He has gone above and beyond whats expected continuously. I never hear from him unless its a bill or hes trying to sell me life insurance or wants to know how much money I have invested. I had an accident in 2015 where my car was rear-ended and totalled. I never heard from anyone at his agency until I told the person at Allstate who was handling my claim. Ive complained about this agency directly to Allstate. I also notice that one of the five star ratings is from Robin Copeland who works for him.
