Dudes were awesome! Needed a chimney inspection for a new home and these guys were fast, professional and very honest of the state of my chimney. They made recommendations but at no point tried to sell me stuff I didnt ask for or need. They took care of what was in need of being taken care of and I had a fire that night! Ive never owned a chimney or never had a chimney guy but I do now!

I used Eli’s to cap my chimney as well as repair some deteriorating mortar in my fireplace. On multiple occasions, they did not show up at the scheduled time and did not call. When they did show up, they produced low quality work. When repairing my firebox the just slathered mortar all over the place, and attempted to leave before cleaning up the mess. When I confronted them they asked for me to provide a towel....unacceptable. After their departure I spent another hour cleaning. I ended up having to paint the firebox because they made such a mess.They also capped my chimney. A week after completion I found a peace of sheet metal laying in my front yard. Thankfully it didn’t hit a person or a vehicle. They came back to repair and slathered so much silicone on the chimney I could see it dripping down the chimney from the ground...In the end I called a reputable service to re-do all of their work.Do not use them.

I was very pleased with the level of service and knowledge Eli’s Chimney Guys showed when they came out to inspect my leaking chimney. They performed a water test and pin pointed to the exact cause of the leak. After doing the repair they performed another water test to assure that it was repaired properly. Would use again.

Knowledgeable - I had so many questions and not once was he not able to answer. If you dont believe the answer Google it I guarantee you with get the same thing.Communication - Not once did I have an issue contacting the company when I had questions or concerns regarding the job. The one time the phone was not answered I received a call within the next 10 minutes.Cleanliness - After the job was complete all they cleaned everything up so I could have lit a fire as soon as they left.Quality - The work not only looks superior but the material is top of the line quality. Got to see all products that were used in the process and had to test the functionality of the system before the work was considered closed. Not only was the price affordable, but not ONCE did Eli compare his services and quality to anyone else. Outstanding job.Affordability - I did a price comparison for several companies and this one was the top choice for the work.Training - I know there are many small companies that dont have the ability to properly train their workers but Eli was able to properly supervise and assist the gentleman​ that he is training. Looks like he already knew what he was doing but he was still able to provide more insight as they completed the job.

Timely response when we initially called on Wednesday afternoon. Came that same day (he was close by on another job) and gave the estimate. Work was completed by 1 PM Friday. Pricing was very reasonable for the guaranteed/quality of products he uses. Pictures shown to us of all the repairs needing done. We had a complete understanding of what he was seeing and what repairs were being made and how. Great experience. Highly recommend.

You get what you pay for. I wanted to go with a small business guy trying to support his family. I was assured that the grout would match (you wont even be able to see a difference when Im done), and that the horrible leak I had would be gone (it doesnt get any better than this, your problems should be over.) after replacing my cap and installing a new chimney-top damper. The grout job looks terrible and the thing leaks like there isnt even a damper there. Well see how he stands by his work, although Ive already tried to call him once without getting a return call.---- FOLLOW UP ----He stood by his work. Mechanical failure of a new part turned into a warranty repair. He never even mentioned charging me and did a good job following up via phone to ensure the repair was completed correctly. It took a few trips out for him, but the job was done correctly and the problems resolved. Very friendly and thorough. Good prices. If I have one complaint it would be that he didnt do a good job cleaning up after himself. Chunks and pieces of grout had to be picked up afterwards, and the cleaner he used left a big dead spot on my grass. Thats my only complaint. Otherwise great service and quality job at a good price.

Called a reputable company out for an inspection in which my fireplace passed. A few weeks later called that same company out for a chimney sweep. After they swept the chimney they presented me with an invoice saying that my chimney was not useable and needed replaced to the tune of $9 thousand. How it would pass one day and fail two weeks later is beyond me. I immediately called Eli who came out within an hour for a second opinion. Turns out the first company was trying to make some easy $ off of my home owners insurance. Couldnt be happier with the service from Elis Chimney Guys. On time, quality work and no hassle. Tells it like it is. Highly recommended!

I discovered I had a water leak after a severe thunderstorm. It caused damage to my ceiling, dripping water on to the floor. As a single mom the instant anxiety I felt was huge. I called Elis Chimney guys, they promptly scheduled my appt. and arrived early the next morning. They got right to work, repaired the issue and were really reasonable. I was so relived. They also gave me a recommendation of someone to repair my drywall. This company is great! I Highly Recommend!

I called Eli to have my chimney removed. He came out and looked and gave me a quote. When I called him back a little over a week later I had to remind him of what he quoted me and we set the appointment. almost 2 hours after his window of time to show up I call him to be told he had an emergency job but would be over soon. 3 1/2 hours after that I called again and he said he was just getting ready to call me and was waiting on another worker and would be on his way. I said nevermind. The fact that he never called me to let me know he was going to be late, let alone over 5hrs late was enough for me. Im not going to force my money onto someone.

What a great experience we had with Eli the chimney guys I had a leak in my chimney that was dripping down into the hearth Eli came out diagnosed all the problems and fixed everything very quickly and expeditiously he is the one you want to have fixed your chimney problems highly recommend.

My chimney was damaged in the storm and I called for a repair estimate.The guy that answered the phone said he was busy and he would call me back....that was days ago and no call back.
