Excellent experience working with Brian Uzsel in purchasing my third John Deere from this dealership. Just got a Z915E to replace my old Z925A. Brian helped me out on all these three purchases through the years. He always do his best to explain thouroughly each machine Im interested in, and ensures I get the best deal.Their Parts and Service Departments are also excellent both in customer service and technical knowledge. They are always professional and polite with their dealings with me.

Great deliver last year. Had an issue and despite how busy they are, they picked it up quickly and got the warranty to cover the repairs. The customer service here is amazing and something most companies have been lacking lately! I’m a customer for life!

I called about getting my X300 serviced about the middle of February at that time they said there was a two week wait. I scheduled my mower to be picked up on the 2nd of March, they told me I would get it back in two weeks. Three weeks later I called to check on it and was told that they didn’t see it in the system and would call me back shortly. I didn’t receive a call back that day so the next day I went in with my receipt from the pick up and was told they were three weeks behind this was Tuesday the 23rd. I explained that they had already had my mower for three weeks Mike said they would get my mower done that week. So on Friday I called about 3:00pm to check and it still wasn’t done, Mike said it would probably be done on Monday or Tuesday. When I called on Wednesday they said they were waiting for approval from me to replace the coil and a gasket, I said do the work. If I hadn’t called I would probably still be waiting. I finally received a call on Thursday April 1st saying it was done. And it was delivered back to me on April 6th for a grand total of 5 weeks. If you plan to have a service done you should call the next day to make sure they have you in the system.I’m updating my review I was able to mow my yard this evening and my mower ran great so I am pleased with the service work. . They should have put my mower to the head of the line once they found it.I want to update what has happened since my review. The manager called me to apologize for what happened and he took responsibility for it. I appreciate his sincerity and will give them another chance.

Poor service do not recommend. On 5/13 Stood in showroom looking for assistance. Had to look all around for help.Ended up talking with a man through a plexi glass window untilI let him know I was interested in purchasing a tractor.All the sudden he seemed interested in helping until I asked about a tractor in the S100 series.Said sold out everywhere, good luck finding one.Didn’t Offer to order didn’t seem to be interested in myBusiness.Went to HD and a young man ended up helping more thanThe John Deere rep.

Great service. The last time they completed its service, my tractor ran beautifully! Everything just hummed and purred - if I closed my eyes, I thought I was driving a BMW which had a special capability of cutting my grass. :) Very satisfied.

Total lack of Customer care or service!! Took 7 chains in to be sharpened August 14th, went in to find them not touched on August 21st, called to follow up on the 24th and the Representative told me he would call me back with their status with no returned call! Finaly drove over to the store today (29 August) and asked about my chains, would you believe they have never even touched them!!! I can guarantee you I will never go there again let alone refer anyone there!!

Deck drive belt broke on John Deere X300 mower. Called East Coast, they came and picked it up to replace the belt and do yearly service while they had the mower. I queried for 4 days about how much it would cost to replace the belt, no one was willing to tell me. They finally call with a quote, 825 dollars. Of course my mower, which was running perfectly except for the broken belt, now needs pulleys, spindles, tensioners, other belts replaced etc. I asked for a service and belt replacement and needed my mower back and running ASAP as the grass was not going to take a growing break while the mower got fixed, not an overhaul. So I went off on the phone and said replace the belt only, period no service nothing, just replace the belt and give me back my mower. Yes sir, no problem it will be ready for you today. Well, as I write this, its the next day and I dont have my mower nor do I as of yet know what they are going to charge for the replacement of the belt. They operate much like the nightmare garage that we have all taken our car to, you take in in for brakes and they want to replace the whole engine. I am even currently worried about what condition my mower is in and hope other things dont magically go wrong within a month of having it returned. I will never use this company again. I should have been smart from the start and for the price of the belt(55$ online) and a you tube video later, replaced it myself......live and learn......never again.

The initial interaction with the woman behind the counter was great. She was very helpful and informative. She told me to take my lawn mower behind the building and drop it off with someone back there. I waited 10 minutes in the back and no one was ever seen. I pushed my mower under the Do Not Enter chain with the tag attached then proceeded back to the front. I informed her no one was back there and she said it was fine. I hope my mower gets fixed and not put aside. Without doing a proper handoff, Im a little worried.

Friendly, knowledgeable personnel, maintenance service is seriously lacking. I scheduled pick up and repairs on my JD lawn tractor 3 and a half weeks ago. Im still waiting for it to be returned. I cannot recommend them for this type of service.

Went there to get blades for my mower. I asked for blades for a 54 inch deck. When I started to replace the old blades I discovered that they sold me the wrong blades, too small. Another trip back to East Coast Equipment. The service manager did offer a 20% discount on the correct blades which had to be ordered.

I bought my tractor here 5 years ago. When I need replacement parts they never have them in stock or they give me the wrong part and I have to go back and then they have to order a different part. The tractor is only 5 years old. It should not be that hard to stock a battery, belts, pins, etc that fit the tractor. I bought the Deere because I thought I would have quality service that would justify the extra cost. Very disappointed.

Went in with my husband to talk to a sales agent about purchasing a new tractor or skidsteer. Were told by the man at the front desk he only had one sales agent working and he was on a call. He asked us to wait while his sales agent finished up. While waiting the man at the front was hollaring back and forth with a man in the office adjacent to him about restaurants. We did not mind waiting until they began dropping the f bomb and not seeming to care. When you go to a place to spend a large amount of money on large equipment you expect the service to be respectful and on point. No one seemed to care we were leaving or about the language they were using. Would not recommend doing business with a place like this.

Went in and purchased a new John Deer Lawn Tractor from Mr. Brian Uzzell. Had a great visit, he is extremely knowledgable, answered tons of questions, and made a realistic recommendation after we explained what we were looking for. Got the mower and there was a slight adjustment problem that needed fixing, they picked up the mower, adjusted it, replaced a part, and returned it within a week. Free of charge. Wife and I are extremely happy with this purchase. Will definitely purchase all my JD supplies from ECE.
