Love this place. Every single employee is incredibly nice and accommodating. The dental staff are knowledgeable and thorough. Appointments are easy to obtain and never wait long to be seen. Highly recommend.

Dr. Waltzer and his staff are wonderful! First I saw Dr. Waltzer. He has a fantastic personality that immediately put me at ease. It was the most thorough dental exam that I have ever received in my entire life! Elsa the dental technician explained everything that she was going to do. It was obvious how everyone at the office is friendly and enjoy the work that they do!Then I saw Lisa, one of the dental hygienists. Lisa is a very skilled and thorough dental hygienist. Lisa explained everything that she was doing and the rationale. Warning - Lisa loves to make your gums bleed and while my gums were throbbing after the cleaning, I knew that it was for my own benefit and to prevent dental problems down the line. Lisa is very cordial and has a extremely friendly personality!I am a very critical person, but would highly recommend this dental group for anyone seeking to remedy their dental problems and improve their dental health! The staff are all competent, friendly and caring!

I was accommodated and scheduled less than 2hrs after calling for a tooth emergency. The entire staff are top notch and the office is modern. I was very nervous knowing I would need an extraction, but Dr. Waltzer made me feel at ease. He has an excellent sense of humor and made sure I was comfortable and in no pain. What should have been difficult due to the breakage was handled with ease. His skill made it a quick, simple and painless. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you Dr. Waltzer and staff for making me feel at ease. Your Covid procedures relieved my stress and your care meant the world to me.

Not only is the office super clean and inviting. Every staff member was extremely pleasant. Even with a mask on I am sure they could see my smile with having such a pleasant interaction with everyone. This was my 1st visit and Dr. Berry is legitimately one of a kind, I felt safe and comfortable along with his amazing sense of humor. It was a great visit, Im so glad I found this dentist office.

Dr Waltzer been my Dentist and have always been extremely HAPPY with their service. Well a couple days ago, I had to call and make an appointment (Monday 2nd , just after noon, got squeezed in for a 4pm visit. I was extremely happy for such short notice.) I was given a choice, Dr Waltzer or Dr Berry (I like to stick with what I am used to), However I chose to see Dr Berry (curiosity got the better of me) . During my visit, I was told that my last visit was 2017 (Hmmmm, guess they have done a great job on my previous visits) anyway, back to my Monday 2nd visit. Personality wise (Dr Berry is the younger version of Dr Waltzer, great personality) what another great, wonderful visit. Great Services, super great Personalities and absolutely Professional, Friendly Services .

My dentist recommended Waltzer Berry Dental Associates as an alternate practice for dental emergencies while he was away on vacation. I was given an appointment immediately and even though I was nervous about going to a new practice, I felt both doctors were amazing. Heidi the tech could not have been any sweeter. Jean and Elsa who were behind the desk were extremely kind and caring as well.

I cant give 10 stars to Dr. Waltzed, it only goes up to five. He is caring and considerate, and always considers my absolute terror in the dentists chair. On top of that, the man is an ARTIST. He has crafted solutions to my issues that I didnt even know were possible! BEST. DENTIST. EVER.

Dr Waltzers work is fantastic and he is one of nicest people you will ever meet, in or out of a doctors office. His staff is absolutely wonderful too. Everyone is so happy and friendly it just makes a fun place to be--which is crazy because you wouldnt think that of going to the dentist but all of my visits were actually fun. You never feel at all rushed and yet they still manage to always be running on time. I truly wish that all of my doctors offices were like this because everything from getting a quick appointment to running on time to a wonderful to a fantastic doctor to perfect work, everything is awesome!

Today I was at first taken aback that Rita was not there to do my cleaning. To my surprise Rita’s replacement, Lisa was AMAZING! Lisa was thorough and informative. I had one of the best cleanings of my life. My experience with Doctor Waltzer was great as usual.

Is always such a pleasure to go to this dentist office. I know it sounds like an oxymoron. These are some of the most professional and wonderful people you meet in a medical setting . Everyone is just a pleasure to deal with and I never have to wait for an appointment. The office is also very nice and high quality I feel very lucky to have found these guys when I moved to the area.

This place is awesome!. I called about my tooth breaking and they were able to take me in the next day. Marilyn who works at the front desk was so friendly and greeted me at the door . The staff there is so nice didnt even have to wait long to be seen maybe less than 10 minutes had to wait. Once I was brought back I was seen by Dr. Berry and he advised me that my tooth had to be extracted, which made me have a bit of anxiety because I never had a to tooth extracted before however he fully informed me every step that he would take to extract the tooth he made sure that I was 100% comfortable he took his time. He has a very calming presence and also telling me step-by-step as he was doing the procedure made me very calm and I was not anxious anymore he made sure that I was not in pain would always ask if I am OK. I was so surprised that once he started their procedure to pull the tooth I did not feel a thing believe it or not the only thing that hurt was the needle given to me to numb me up lol I left his office so happy and not in pain. He gave me very thorough instructions to follow after the first 24 to 48 hours after having the tooth pulled. The following morning I woke up in quite a bit of pain which is normal after having a tooth extracted, so I called the office to let them know how I was feeling and the receptionist put me on the phone with Dr. Berry right away (which I was suprised and happy to talk to the doctor) who instructed me that everything I was feeling was completely normal but if I want to stop by in the office so he could check to make sure everything was OK that I could come in that day. So I did, And he also told me that if I had any more discomfort or needed to reach him that he would be on call for the weekend and I will be able to get in touch with him if need be. I can honestly say I have never been so pleased at the denist before... they are so professional and so friendly and truly make you feel welcomed And make sure that youre always comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. It is as if they are your family they are truly great.

This truly is an everybody knows your name kind of place. It is not a mass production type project. I appreciate all the effort they put in to get to know me and make me feel comfortable.

Dr. Waltzer has been my dentist my entire life. I recently had a trauma to my two front teeth. Dr. Waltzer dropped what he was doing and had me come into his office (after hours) to access the trauma. From the root canal referral, to the teeth bleaching treatments, to the final fillings, Dr. Waltzer made sure I was comfortable and progressing successfully every step of the way. I received the absolute BEST service and could not be happier with the end result of my teeth. He said he would do whatever he had to do to get me smiling again, and he did! My young children also love Dr. Waltzer and his entire staff!

Dr. Berry provides very personalized service and even called me personally the next day to make sure I was doing ok.

I am such a nervous patient but Dr. Waltzer has done a great job with calming me down when it comes to my visits. He is a gem and I love that I am finally starting to feel more comfortable and less anxious like I have been in the past.

I used to live nearby to Dr. Waltzers office when I started coming here. Since then Ive moved about a half an hour away but I gladly drive the hour round-trip. The staff here is just great and they treat me like gold.

One of the most impressive things about Dr. Waltzers office is how up to date he like to keep it and also all of the new technology he has to make my visits easier. Dr. Mark is such a kind man and he cares about his patients more than anything.
