Excellent all around. I had a foam board printed and it took about 3 days from start to finish. Great and fast communication. The finished product was fantastic in quality. Will definitely use their services again!

We have had to request rush orders and the staff is always helpful, highly communicative and willing to work with our budget and time frame. Fastsigns located on Haddonfield Road, Cherry Hill, NJ is a great place to get your signs done. You do not have to wait a long time for signs. Christine is professional and will work with your schedule. Let them know what you want, when it needs to be done, give them the artwork in the form that is needed, and you are good to go. Also, the finished product is excellent!So, if you needs signs that look great and spiffy, go to Fastsigns and get them in a jiffy.

This company has been HORRIBLE! I ordered a sign for my business back in March. It took 42 days to get my sign when it advertises 5-7 days. The woman I had been working with was awful! She never kept me updated whatsoever about my sign so I had to keep calling to figure out if I’d ever get a sign! THEN, my sign is installed and it’s the WRONG COLORS! These colors are mandatory for the plaza my business is in so my landlord lost it! Calls of Fastsigns and this woman tells my landlord that I requested the different colors 🤬. So I call to discuss this and she finally admits the the proof of the sign and the actually signs are different BUT BLAMES THE VENDOR. So they offer to replace the sign. Still getting no updates so I keep calling. Now 64 days after I purchased my sign I still have no sign. She is still blaming everyone else and that the vendor lost the shipment and blah blah blah. Unless you don’t need you sign for 6 months and you want to deal with HORRIBLE customer service, DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. I have yet to know when I’ll get my sign, no compensation or anything for the hassle and aggravation they have put me through.

Unprofessional, seems like team is not keen into taking up projects. Never respond to emails or even try to help you at all. You are pretty much on your own. Find some other fast sign location. Owner needs to keep an eye on his/her team else this place will be shut down soon. I went there in jan for a project had the same treatment then wanted to give them another chance thinking they may have improved but unfortunately not. Taking my business somewhere else.

I noticed their shop because, (no big surprise) they had a big sign out. I stopped in that afternoon, and have been there three times so far.Ill be back again, Im sure.

We are the regional headquarters of a real estate company and we service about 2800 agents. That said, we have some pretty big events and things can get hectic. FASTSIGNS has consistently provided prompt AND friendly service. I was a graphic design major so Ive had some pretty frustrating experiences when it comes to 11th hour printing. Never the case this with this team. Weve even had some design emergencies that caused late delivery of files and STILL our stuff was printed in time for our event.
