Thought I would stop by and take a look at their big sale on jewelry I found some beautiful pieces and the price were 60% 70% off which was great only thing is they will be closing down that site at the end of febuary

My husband bought a necklace for me 1 year ago. The diamond in it fell out 3 months later. I kept the necklace in a box and this is what it looks like. We will never go back there. I will support a small jeweler in my area

Do not shop here poor customer service and they do not honor the care plan for diamonds. Very unorganized please see my email to the manager and I’m waiting for corporate to get back to mePer our telephone conversation this afternoon. Please forward this complaint to corporate and i will follow up with them via phone.To whom this e-mail may concern.I brought my engagement ring (which was purchased in 2008 at the Media, Pa location which has been closed) and my wedding band (which was purchased in 2011 at the Cherry Hill mall location) to get maintenance at the Springfield PA location as well as the Cherry Hill Mall location in New Jersey and was told i was unable to get any work done to my rings. I went to the Springfield location a few years back to get my wedding band fixed and re-dipped as the structure was cracked. I also ask for my engagement ring to be sent to get dipped and fixed the diamond that was cracked. I was told on several occasions that they could not locate the purchase. I told them it was purchased at the Media Mall in Media, Pa and they stated that stored closed and that was the reason why and i had to bring my receipt back. They should have had the records even if the stored closed. Neither location is close to my home so the distance was a problem. I did come back with my receipt and then they told me i needed the log that showed i had an inspection done. Not every inspection i received was logged as some were done when i was casually at the mall shopping and stopped in.The issue yesterday at the Cherry hill mall was similar Allen told me there is nothing corporate can do and we will not fix your jewelry because you have not been logging inspections every six months. Littman jewelers would not do my inspections and continued to give me the run around because the store my husband originally bought the ring had been closed and they didnt have the records in the system.This is very frustration and each employee at the store lack compassion and empathy for me as this has been going on for years. These are rings that i have to wear for the rest of my life that is a bond between wife and husband and has sentimental value. My husband proposed to me when I was sick. The ring has aged and the gold is fading, and it damaged and a diamond needs repaired.Why would we pay for insurance and not be able to use it on both rings. Both rings have the lifetime loss damaged guarantee and the lifetime jewelry care plan that i have not been able to use.I remember visiting the Springfield mall location with my husband a few years back to get the same work done and the manager told me i should wait as the ring wasnt that old and it would take long to get it back.Please consider this a formal grievance complaint against Littmans Jewelers.I look forward to hearing back from you and hope that i can go to the nearest location to get my rings repaired with exceptional customer service.I am a customer that has bought rings, necklaces and earrings and have been treated very impolitely

We paid for protection for our wedding jewelry and when we took them to Neshimany Mall they moved an didnt tell us so we took to Cherry Hill litman had for 12 days known they closing due to virus. Also the staff are not friendly.

Customer service at this place sucks. Once they have sold you something, its all over. When you bring a piece in for repair, they dont call when it is ready because they dont do that anymore. You go in the date promised. Jeweler also messed up a repair and sales team blamed us for the defect. Never buying jewelry from this place again.

I was given a ring that was rather large so I visited Littman to get a bridge. Elise was very friendly and quickly added a bridge to my ring so that I can actually wear it! I had hundreds of questions about features of a few other pieces and, after answering many of them, she invited me to talk to the experts at an upcoming precious jewelry event next month.

I would like to thank the staff at Littmans for salvaging my anniversary week! Awesome people! I rushed in to the store for a surprise gift for my unsuspecting wife who was waiting in the car. After hearing my short story, two of the 3 processsed my purchase, gift wrapped all 3 piecces and explained the warranties, all in 10 minutes. The third employee didnt participate that day, but was there when I returned for a minor issue two days later. She remembered my story and quickly fixed my issue. Just wanted to drop by and commend these guys for their excellent work!

The workers are extremely rude and no help. They do not call you when your order is ready and make up an excuse why they did not not call you. They also give you an attitude any time you ask a question. I will never go back to this jewelry store.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CONS!!!!!! If I could give NO stars I would!!! I went in to Littman at the Cherry Hill Mall. Myself and My Husband wanted to replace the columbian emerald in my wedding ring as we have just pcsed to Mcguire AFB and I broke my ring during travel. My ring was 4500.00. They quoted me 5200.00 for the emerald replacement alone. I am well versed when it comes to emeralds, their value, the authentic vs the fakes/lab created. They wanted 5200.00 for a LAB CREATED emerald. Trying to pass is off as a columbian emerald. Thank God my original stone is an authentic columbian emerald and I know the difference and their value and she was unable to fool me.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LITTMAN!! I purchased a bracelet for my fiancé a little under 2 years ago and to date I have gotten it repaired 4 times and replaced once already. I recently had a repair made, because a link broke and had to take it back less than 2 weeks because another link broke. When I asked for the store manager and/or district manager information they refused to give it to me. They wanted me to come out of pocket for a repair even though I have their protection plan. Again, with the subpar product and horrible customer service. I would recommend buying jewelry from anywhere but here.

STAY AWAYWould never buy from Littman Jewelers ever again. They offer the worst credit program ever. Their sale reps will try to sell you anything they can and will push you to get in their credit card program with no interest until certain time but it only sounds good.Their credit program service is the worst ever. They tell you one thing and do the other. Liars Liars. Worst experience ever
