I rarely leave comments but I had to today. Crystal did an AMAZING WAX. I have having to shave certain areas AFTER a wax, especially since the costs of a wax is not cheap - Crystal did an AMAZING JOB!!!! Very very very pleased with her service. Very professional and got the “challenging” spots with no problem and I didn’t even have to ask her either!!! Awesome service

This was my second time going to the European Wax Center in Cherry Hill. Both times the staff that checked me in and out were great. The first time I had Chloe and she was great!! She was quick, clean, and very chill. The second time I had Veronica she was nice but for a $200+ wax it was not a great experience. She was messy getting wax everywhere and made me feel so rushed and didn’t even wax me properly!! I came home with literal PATCHES of hair that was “too short to wax”. However, when I heated up my own wax and tried to wax the parts that she just left, the hair came out easy. It’s frustrating because I wasted all that money for a rushed, unprofessional wax only to come home and go through the pain and waste my time and energy to wax parts of my body that she didn’t do. Like what did I come there for? I didn’t come there to give my money, waste time and then just leave with the hair still on my body that was supposed to be gone when I left only to go home and do it myself. I need a refund for the parts that she didn’t do or I need to go to someone who can finish the job for me. If you do plan on going, go to Chloe she’s great.

This establishment gets zero stars for me far as management Anna Hickey lacks professionalism on every level shes never on call, she has her favorites that she changes shifts for to accommodate not giving other Gsa knowledge of schedule change, she only hire younger women, very messy with employees, she showed camera footage to staff of my self that I had conflict with a client that was no longer to get service at center, I confronted her and she asked if I wanted to see the footage as if it was ok to show camera footage period to a GSA and wax specialist very unprofessional its a NO for me she needs to be reevaluated because she should not hold a managers position. And yes I did work there put in my 2weeks very bad establishment far as management and front desk.

I go here for my Bikini and eyebrow wax and they are so professional and always polite to each guest. I always schedule my appointments with Cheryl she is absolutely the best. Highly recommend EWC and Cheryl for all your waxing needs

I had Ronnie and she was amazing. Definitely made me comfortable and was laughing with me during my wax. We talked the whole time and she asked me how I was feeling throughout. Definitely will book her again

Came in personally to book my appointment so that there would not be any discrepancies. Booked my appointment for 12:45pm. I come in at 12:45 ON THE DOT. The receptionist tells me that my appointment had been taken because she “accidentally” pressed the “no show” button on her computer. I am absolutely upset since it is my only day off and I’m going away right after my last day of work this week. Horrible!

This place has become completely ghetto. I am not sure if management has changed passed the years but the front desk is completely unprofessional. I have not experienced that in the past with them. No longer will be coming to this place.

They are really good with keeping up with their appointment times. Every time I go I never really have to wait. They associates are always friendly.

I went there on time for my appointment and I had Jackie. She was very professional, nice and made me feel very comfortable. It went by very fast honestly about 10 minutes; I had gotten the full brazillian. It really didnt hurt at all. However Jackie did leave bits and pieces of the wax on me after 😅. The place was clean and cool.

I have been a customer of EWA for over two years specifically at the Deprford location. I moved and I am much closer to the Cherry Hill location. I went for a Brazilian and I was left with patches of hair. I then called to schedule a touch up, the manager answers and I expressed to her how i was left with a lot of hair behind and that I felt rushed and her response was “well the waxers only have 15 minutes” and was acting like me scheduling an appointment was such a bother to her. I didn’t even feel comfortable going back for a touch up after our conversation. $70 down the drain.

My experience today with Monica was extremely unprofessional and unsettling. I got a brazilian and it was extremely uncomfortable, rushed and extremely painful. Im not new to brazilians and ive never had one this painful due to her VERY poor and careless technique (she was not holding skin taught and not applying pressure after pulling). She had zero professionalism, no sorry for hurting you or getting wax on your shirt, nothing. When the wax was done and I was getting dressed, she was impatient to get me out of the room because she was standing over me, so I told her she doesnt have to wait for me (meaning give me space to get dressed) and she had the audacity to say I have another guest now. If you want an awful experience, then book with Monica

This place is amazing but they are handling covid terribly. I was standing outside for 10 mins after my apt time in the cold. I texted the number to go in and it did not work i then knocked on the door and the women did not bother getting up. Once i got waxed it was worth the wait but the people at the front desk are terrible and very rude.

Ive been going here for years! I drive from Philadelphia to NJ just to see Amanda. She is so personable. Never feel rushed. She makes sure youre happy with the results. Happy to make the drive. Im always treated wonderfully

Showed up to the place today and was not seen after waiting for hours. At least Barnes and nobles was nearby.

I had a 1pm appointment and came a few minutes earlier to check in. I expected a longer wait time because of Covid precautions, but I didn’t expect to wait more than 2 hours to not even receive said services. During those two hours, not once did I see a single person at the front desk. I called the center several times without a response. I am beyond disappointed.

I get my eyebrows done here, and it’s hit or miss. They change staff frequently. Sometimes my eyebrows look really good, but other times they do not. Last time, the skin under my eyebrows were burnt.

The front desk staff are terribly rude. Every time I call I’m placed on hold for a “brief moment” and then no one picks back up. They talk to you as if you’re a bother to them. I’m over coming this location. Tell your staff to be considerate on the phone since first impressions are everything.

I’m not one to leave reviews a lot, but I really felt like I should credit Myra for the great job she’s been doing on my brows the past year. They always come out looking great even though mine naturally grow in a little lopsided. Highly recommend her for brows!!

Very good technicians wax your unwanted hair away. I highly recommend Cassandra who is a great person and does magical work! The only downside is that they are always trying to sell their own products...terrific over all!

I have been waxed by 3 people here. A young girl, older woman, and Linda. Linda is extremely patient friendly young woman. She makes the waxing process quick, efficient, safe, and comfortable. The room is clean and the front desk workers are friendly as well. However, if you have issues with being on time for appointments; furthermore, you should go at a time that you know you can commit because your appointment will be canceled arriving after the 10 minute grace period.

First appointment for my first Brazilian was a couple days ago. I went in so nervous and self-conscious despite knowing they do this all the time for people of all shapes and sizes. Carissa was my wax specialist and she made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. She was quick and thorough and kept the conversation going to keep me distracted and relaxed. She did a great job and Ill be heading back for continued maintenance. The rooms are kept very clean and the specialists always wear gloves--the environment is very antiseptic.When I checked out I was given thorough instructions on how to use the post-waxing products and booked the next appointment.I saw some complaints on here about discount promotions not being honored and late grace periods not being disclosed. I have to say I either talked to one of the better schedulers or the business read their reviews because everything was explained to me and I didnt even have to ask about the first-time 50% off certain services offer, because my scheduler offered it to me. Overall a great customer service experience both on the phone and at the appointment.

It was my first time going and the reviews seemed fine so I booked an appointment to get my eye brows waxed. I’ve had them done before so I knew what to expect. The women put the wax on and I thought it was hotter than usually but didn’t think anything of it. When she ripped the wax off it was pretty painful and by the end I realized she ripped my skin off both eye lids. She told me it was all irritation and should so away in an hour or two. Nope. My eye lids were bleeding and scabbed up later that night. It took about two weeks for the bruising on my eyelids to go away. Definitely would not go back to this location.

I love this wax place. My lady name is Kara. But she know longer works here..i was scared when I first came here because I didnt know the pain level of it. But she was very honest with me and she also told me over time the less it would hurt. And that part seem to be true. She always have great conversations and she actually remembers who you are. Which can make a person feel great and just not another client. I havent gotten my wax this month because I dont know who else is there that can take her place and do an amazing job like she do. But if anyone recommends some one or if any one had Kara and now have a new person thats good please drop there name below thank you so much !!

Taylor the receptionist is very rude sounds like she doesnt like her job or doesnt feel like being there. Should change her attitude when speaking with customers. Other than that loved my experience there will be back for another wax!

I went to the European Wax Center on 10/13/2014 for my very first Brazilian Bikini Wax. It was one of those things that I always wanted to try for the purpose of saying that I had done it at least once in my life. I was scheduled with Kimberly and she was great. She answered all of my questions and made me very comfortable. My visit was quick and easy. Minimal pain and the results are great. No burns, no bumps. Im very pleased. I thought I would just do this once, but European Wax Center has a friend in me! Ill be back.

Waxer was great only complaint is price went up. Not worth the money.

This place is a total joke. You make an appointment no one bothers to tell you, that they have a 10 minute late grace period. I arrive according to them 1 minute before the 10 minute grace period is about to elapse. So I am told that I have to reschedule. But here is the interesting part, I went in person when the place opened today to make appointment, I told the rep I could be 5 minutes late for my 9:30am. HERE IS A THOUGHT!! TELL THE PERSON AT THE MOMENT ABOUT THIS GRACE PERIOD OF TIME. I WOULD HAVE BOOKED ANOTHER TIME. I WILL NEVER ENTER THIS OVERPRICED, RUDE PLACE AGAIN!!

Nicole is where its at, I have been going to Nicole for 4 years and some change now. Although I didnt start out going to Nicole the moment I got her I would not go to anyone else. Super clean place, the reason this is getting 4 instead of 5 is the prices are a little high. If it were up to me though Nicole herself would get 5 stars.

ROOMS NEED TO BE MORE RELAXING had nowhere to put my clothes or purse once they were off just a Lil stool type chair and my purse kept falling off FRIENDLY STAFF AND GOOD RESULTS

Im not a fan of this location- its dingy, they have (at least last time I went about a month ago) a male receptionist who was not only rude to his coworkers but made me feel very uncomfortable when he was checking me in by listing my services out loud in what was a clearly male approval voice. Gross. He then proceeded to aggressively flirt with a coworker, one of the waxers in the back. She was not indulging him and he got even more aggressive. When I mentioned it to my waxer (who was lovely, this review isnt about her) she said that theyve had repeated issues with him and management ignored it. When I was leaving I did tell him directly that his attitude and behavior were very clearly harassment and that he would be smart to change it. Medical centers should be a safe zone from sexual and emotional harassment for both the employees and the customers. I hope that the other employee spoke up for herself and put an end to that nonsense.

Love coming to this location I travel all the way from philly just to get my Brazilian done by April only shes always fast and does a awesome job. And the front staff are always friendly.

I just had my underarms done for the first time and it was quick, easy and relatively painless. My usual problem is that my hair breaks easily but this time it worked great. Best of all....free for the first time. European Wax Center Cherry Hill is the best, Ill be back.

April did my Bikini Brazilian and she was very quick and thorough. This was about my 5th wax, but first with April, and she exceeded my expectations! The facility is immaculate! Love it here!

You can see all the employees know what they are doing, I felt like I was in a luxury spa.I have some ingrown hair problems and Linda gave me advice to get better.She explained everything, and was extremely careful with my super sensitive skin.Room was super clean, highly satisfied with the service and their knowledge.

Do not get your eyebrows done here!!!! The lady I had completely busted up my eyebrows leaving a bald spot my left brow and left it crooked. She messed up my eyebrow shape completely and I tried filling them in and that wouldnt fix the problem either because she completely screwed up the shape of my brow. DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS WAXED HERE! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Had my eyebrows and lower legs waxed with Linda. The place was very clean and all the staff I spoke with were really nice. They explain everything they are doing, including how theyre going to shape your brows (where they should end in the middle, where the arch should be, etc.). First time getting my legs waxed and it hurt but not too bad. The eyebrow wax I barely felt at all. Already booked by next appointment!

So I have been a customer for a couple years now on and off. But I’ve been more consistent with in the last almost year or so. My current waxer is Dayana! She is so sweet she is so nice and she really knows how to work with each type of hair. She makes you feel very comfortable with your services. The front desk is just OK. Not very friendly but not rude either. But I am starting to get very sick and tired of going to appointments that I know I have made and then I get there and there is nothing in the box for me. Anytime I am canceled the day of my service they can never seem to squeeze me in as a courtesy to the customer for my services. Either I have to break them up into different days which I hate doing or they offer me to see someone else which I don’t want to do. This past Wednesday I went there thinking I was going to get some service is done and I had proof on my app that I had made the reservation for that day and they said I was not on schedule.

Bought my mom a gift card cause she wanted to get her eyebrows done and was told they did a service that they didn’t do and I found out the day of my moms appointment. The girl was super rude to my mom and I. When I called to complain they putMe on hold forever. Will never go back or recommend.

No one can do eyebrows like Shannon, she is the best. I refuse anyone else to touch my brows. I have had other people do it and shes just on point. The best!!!

My first time getting waxed it was pleasant more pleasant during my waxing than at check out. April provided great customer service and she talked to me the whole time and gave me insight on what to look forward to and recommended the right products. If you go to this location April is a good choice.

This place is horrible. Ive had a couple of scheduling issues at this venue. Most recently i was circling the parking lot for parking for 15 minutes and arrived 10 minutes late for my appointment. Tori had already allowed a walk in to take my appointment. Appointments are made to reserve that time. If the time i reserved was going to be given away i should have received a call. A complete waste of my time. I will never go there again.

I like this place ALOT! I used to get waxed at another location and as a waxer myself I really appreciate how many really skilled waxers there are at this location. This makes scheduling a breeze. The call center and the guest service girls are quick and all appts. run timely. As a new mommy my time is especially of the essence and I wouldn’t visit here if i had to choose time over quality. We all know that sometimes that can be the case. My fav waxers here are dayana, amanda, and j... jessica or jackie. I always forget her name. Her waxing left a great impression unfortunately baby brain wins again.

While I LOVEEEE My Waxer The Receptionist Always Have Nasty Attitudes.. They Always Act Like You’re Bothering Them Whether It’s Over The Phone Or In Person.. In My Opinion They All Need To Be Let Go..

Kim was great....She was a tad nervous at first but once she got going she was really personable and made my first time very enjoyable and relaxing. (Relaxing as it could be...it was FIRST time getting a Brazilian ). Also the receptionist Kim was earning and very inviting. Overall great experience.

This was my first bikini wax and it was so easy! Kara made me feel so comfortable and was a total professional. The wax used made the experience less painful than I expected and since it was my first time at the center, I was given 50% off services. Ill never shave again!

I showed up 5 minutes prior to my appointment time and checked in. More clients came in after me, and were immediately taken back. My appointment time came around and I still waited. 15 minutes after my appointment time I was still not seen, but a receptionist finally addressed me. The wrong client was taken back for my appointment and I had other obligations, so I couldnt wait around any longer. I asked to reschedule for later that night or the next day, but there was nothing available. I told her to cancel my appointment and I would figure it out. She could care less that I was not going to be able to have my service done because of their mistake.

Ive been a customer since 2011, and I love my service and atmosphere. This is the best place for a Brazilian Wax.

I cannot recommend April enough. My Brazilians are a thousand times easier and quicker since I switched from regular strip waxes to EWC. The front desk staff are always friendly, though phone calls to book or change appointments tend to be less pleasant. April is efficient and professional.

I have been coming here for at least a year now and have always had services done by Lauren. She is FANTASTIC. I have been to other EWC and have experiences with other estheticians, which have been a mistake. I will only go if Lauren is there now. Staff is always friendly, and the wait is minimal. I will definitely keep coming back!

Pretty good waxes, but front desk staff is disorganized and can be rude. Scheduling through the app often conflicts because it does not update quickly. Save yourself the hassle and go to the Mt. Laurel location.

As with all their locations, the staff was friendly and the facility was spotless. However, I just got my brazilian done and came home to realize it is EXTREMELY patchy with tons of hair still outside of my bikini line completely untouched. In fact, she even left a chunk of wax on me that I had to rip out on my own - not fun.Ive called to complain but was sent to some call center that cant really do anything for me so theyve sent my info to the manager? Who knows if it will even be received. Ill update this review if they get back to me but who knows how long that will be.Hopefully theyll do the right thing, Ive trusted European Wax for a long time and really dont want to find a new place to go just because I moved :(

You have to find the right waxer for you, they are not all evenly skilled.
