Storm Master Gutters installed 40 of gutter across the front of my new home that includes a downspout on each end. Unfortunately, they were not able to find the middle of the 40 to place the highest point. They also were not concerned with the random and excesses amount of slope coming from that high point. The left side has about 1.5 and the right side is about 2 of slope when only 1/2 is needed. As a result, any decent rain misses the gutters that are too low on the ends and erodes the gardens below. Instead of correcting the gutter installation as requested, Storm Masters took an easier route and added a 3.25 splash guard to each end diminishing the curb appeal even more. To date, I have been unable to resolve thru the builder or directly with Storm Master. I gave them a chance to correct this prior to this review and I am still waiting for a call back. If you care about the aesthetics of your home, workmanship, or customer service, Storm Master Gutters would not be a good fit.

I am very happy with the work from Storm Master Gutters. I had several companies come out for quotes and all were pretty much in the same ballpark price wise. Bob Brooks stood out as super professional, very responsive and Storm master was able to start right away while others were 10 weeks out. I wanna give a shout to Edmundo and Alfredo who did a fantastic job in a very short time and cleaned up completely.

Contacted as part of the home warranty with Keystone Custom Homes. Gutters have been over flowing and the solution was to screw one random deflector into my roof without discussing it with me prior. Now I have gutters that still overflow and holes in my roof.

I dealt with Robert Brooks and cannot say enough good about my experience with Robert and the company including the installers. Robert gave me an estimate very quickly and upon submitting my acceptance per email he had me scheduled within days. They removed all the old gutters and installed the new gutters. The installers did a very clean and a very professional job. Robert did not try to sell you anything you didn’t need like the typical salesperson would. He listened to your information on the project and what you wanted and gave advice based on that. Would recommend them to anyone for new gutters on a new home or replacing existing.

Excellent company. Storm Master was the contractor hired by Hovnanian to install gutters on our new home and I am glad they did. After moving in I noticed water was not fully draining in one of my gutters. They responded within a day and checked and leveled all my gutters. This Spring I hired Storm Master to install gutter guards. Sales rep came by that day and gave me an estimate and then emailed me a contract. Installers were on-site 2 days later. Job was done in a few hours. Installers were efficient, professional and cleaned up afterwards. A few Days later there was a storm and I noticed water getting behind a gutter. Called on Tuesday and tech was on-site Saturday. He repaired the area of concern and also checked out and adjusted all my gutters. I am extremely satisfied with Storm Master and highly recommend them. Very responsive, thorough and reliable. Excellent support…they stand by their work.

We had custom gutters installed on our 100 year old log carriage house, which now looks as if they were original to the 1920s period! Aside from the custom look and color, the service was professional and exceptional from the competitive price bid through the installation. Even when our project was delayed by other contractor delays, they worked with us on scheduling. They suggested a design and gave us visual aids to help us finalize our ideal dream! The best recommendation is we plan to hire them again for the main house!

I had original gutter removed and new better gutters installed. I got excellent service from knowledgeable professionals. One end of a gutter was detach from house by a tree branch then twisted and left hanging by high winds. We decided to replace the original gutters and go for larger gutters for faster drainage. The main installer explained the mistakes made by the builder of the house. Flashing wasnt done properly and this created a drainage problem. The original gutters were not level for fast drainage. He also noted an original duct was not optimally positioned for drainage and created a need for flashing. He corrected the drainage issue by repositioning the duct and eliminated any need for flashing.

During a time where finding reliable contractors of any kind is near impossible, Storm Master proved to be the exception to the norm. From the initial meeting which was no pressure to the point where we moved forward, the team was professional and genuine. The installers came and did what they promised, answered questions and were clean and on time. I have not seen professionalism like this in a long time. If you dont use Storm Master for your gutter needs, you may need to have your head examined :-)

Saw the truck driving around and decided to call and get an estimate. Bob responded and explained everything and recommended on getting 6inch gutters cause I still had the 4inchs gutters, got the leaf guard too. They came on time and did a great job. Storm Master Gutters did an excellent, professional job of installing gutters on our entire home. The Two men who did the work were a well-oiled machine, each one working off the other efficiently. They even cut out the bigger opening that was needed in our deck because we didn’t get a chance to do it before they arrived. We were also pleasantly surprised that the yard was cleaned well of all debris. We definitely would use Storm Master again, and we highly recommend them!

Bob Brooks came out and did the initial evaluation for my gutters. He recommended 6K gutters to replace my 5K gutters. He was very professional, knowledgeable and had great ideas on how to reroute my gutter system all around the house. As opposed to other contractors who do roofs, windows and gutters, I ultimately decided to go with Storm Master because all they do is gutters. I got all the gutters on my home replaced. Bob was great from start to finish. I requested a consultation online, Bob contacted me the next day to set an appointment for consultation. He was out to my home just a few days later. He did not try to sell me anything I didnt need. Once I decided to go with Storm Master Gutters, which was on a Thursday, I was contacted the following Monday. My appointment was that Wednesday.The workers were professional and did not require me to move my Gazebo on the back deck (another company told me I would have to move it). They were done in a matter of hours.The Gutters look great!!! Bob followed up and informed me that if I wanted anything changed, like the direction of a downspout, to just give him a call.Excellent service, and the most affordable of the 3 companies I quoted.

They were able to come and install the gutters in a very timely manner, the installation team was very professional and highly knowledgeable. The quality of the work was very good and installation, including tie ins to 6 underground run offs was done in just 1 day. And the price was right. I have a very difficult house for gutters, with very long runs with a difficulty getting pitch, but Storm Master took the time to develop a plan, showed up a few days before install, measured and game planned the install. They were more interested in putting the right size gutters on my place, than maximizing the sale, which I very much appreciated. We went with 6 inch gutters, which after a few rainstorms, work awesome! the quality of the install greatly improved the look of my house with a great attention to detail. Customer service has gone way down with this company. They are sloppy and they stepped all over my new rubber flat roof and left boot prints on the fresh roofing cement (asphalt muck) which seals my rubber roof. These guys should know better than that and should not step on those dark black areas of roofing cement. What kind of professional would do something like that? I think they should pay to fix that damage! Never going to recommend any to these careless gutter guys.

From the estimate to the installation everyone was professional and clear about what to expect. I replaced all my gutters and had gutter guards installed, work was completed while I was at work. When I arrived home after work was completed, all I can say is wow. No trash was left anywhere and the work looks perfect. I would recommend this company to anyone. The pros to this company are pricing is very competitive, they are professional, work can be completed when you are not home and the job is left spotless no trash left behind. Cons are: none. I would give 10 stars, if I could!

Professional work and friendly staff all around! Even though the gutter installation was a small job, they treated me from start to finish as if I were their largest client. Highly recommend using them for your gutter needs.

I am not sure how the work they do is. I would not hire them based on how dangerously they drive, if they take risks on the road they will with your house. This truck almost ran my family off the road twice from the driver being on his phone then reaching around the truck. The picture was taken at 75mph (from passenger seat), the driver is not changing lanes they are just that bad. This driving behavior went on for 15 miles until it was safe enough for us to pass them and get to safety. Delaware Rt 1 4/6/20

Quality professional work at an unbeatable price!

They would get zero stars if that was possible since they didnt show up for scheduled appointment. Scheduled an appointment for 8:00 to 9:00 AM and took time off from work to meet their estimator. It was supposed to be their first appointment for the day. No show by 9:05 AM so I called and found out that there was a miscommunication in their office and their scheduling person had scheduled a crew for the last appointment of the day. Not only was it the wrong time but it wasnt supposed to be a crew, just an estimator.

Jobs were OK but they didnt do good job cleaning up after themselves. They left nails and debris all over the place. I found pieces of metal and nails in my bushes and plants. A piece of gutter was left on my porch.
