Ive found the people who work there to be very professional and always respond in a timely manner. They do their best to find the right fit for me when applying for a position. I have always found that they are polite and extremely informative.

My son was called to come in for a warehouse job. He asked on the phone were there any age requirements because hes 16. He was told there were not any. We went to the office where he finished the application process and provided his I.D. by using his BIRTH CERTIFICATE and another form. My son was able to allowed to work an 9 hr shift. Today he was told that he is not able to work in the warehouse any longer because he is not 18! He asked and was told several times that he was able to work this position although he is 16. Apparently these ppl did not pay attention to his age even after taking and making a copy of his birth certificate. Just a mess. This was like a 3 day process between calling my son, him going in and signing paperwork,& actually going to the job site. 😑😕.Edit 9/15/2020My son still has not been compensated for his one day of work.

Gave me assignment went to work for 1 day was told come in at 5:30 next day by the supervisor gave me her number to call I arrive but the supervisor is still in the shower at home until 7am couldn’t even get into work ..super unprofessional

Yes i have contacted your office and spoke with Sue she stated that she was the manager i then asked to speak with her manager and she said an exact words were oh you want to talk to him wait till you get a hold of him. This is the worst temp agency that i have ever come accross. They need to teach there employee customer service.

They post technician jobs that have salaries of 50,000 or hourly wages of 20 to 25 dollars. You send your resume and they call you back stating that they received your resume. Then, they ask if they can submit your resume to the client for consideration. Is that not the point of me applying for the job through Indeed?? NEWS FLASH! There arent any 50,000 dollar positions. The recruiters are trying to keep their jobs by meeting their weekly quota! A PIECE OF GARBAGE!!

The best experience ever with Mrs Susan defrancisco... So i have worked there for few days... Well just wasnt working out whencame time to get paid sue told me day before i couldget my check thurs well thurs i asked when can i get my check.. Told me 9 to 5.. I drove up there an they mailed it after telling me it was there....which is unprofessional not to say suean looks like aman the bulldike

Well nothing change about jbr gosh cherry hill very slow with hiring people never had a issue getting a job at a temp service wanting to hire people well they will hand pick whoever they please never really picks up the phone when it rings just a terrible place to try to get a job or evening applying there hash tag color issues there at that place Im very upset at jbr staffing unacceptable
