Extremely nice, professional, an energetic staff. They made me fill out a large questionnaire, take a test, and interviewed me personally, which is an excellent way to understand every prospect. My experience with staffing agencies is very limited, but J&J left a great first impression.To make things better, they got me an interview within 24 hours and within a week I was already employed. Granted, Im sure its not the same for everyone, and that was a huge blessing for me, but J&J Staffing was an instrumental part of that equation.Highly recommended.

I have worked with J&J Staffing since the 1990s, with assignments ranging in length from one day to one year at companies/sites ranging in staff size from fewer than 10 to over 750. Kelly, Lori, and the other staff in the Cherry Hill office have always tried to find me suitable positions to fit my skills, availability, and preferences. They respond promptly to questions or concerns, and throughout the year extend personal touches to show their appreciation. I havent yet used the new paid-time-off policy, but the previous paid holiday benefit was a perk other agencies did not offer. The Cherry Hill office has even helped coordinate assignments for me through other J&J offices (e.g., Princeton). Some of the best jobs I have had, with the best colleagues, have been through J&J.

My interaction with J & J was exceptional. I would highly recommend their services. I called their office first and Sara was so kind and so helpful. I filled out an application with J and J on a Monday. The called me the next day with an assignment. Two months later, and I have been hired full time with the company they placed me with. The staff at J and J were always professional and extreme helpful. By far the best staffing agency I have ever worked for. I worked for J & J Staffing Resources (Less than a year)ConsYou have to call in and say Im available for work everyday when you are not on assignment. It got annoying after a while b/c they never sent me out on assignment. After I stopped calling they actually called me out of the blue with an assignment; about 4 months after I stopped calling. You never know when you will have an assignment, so make sure you keep looking dont rely solely on them if you need the money. They offered me lower pay than what I applied for; assignments advertised on their website pay between $13-$15 per hour for the same tasks I completed on similar assignments and they only paid me $11 per hour :-( When offered a full time position at the company I was temping for, my responsibilities increased but J&J continued to pay me $11 per hour for the next 6 months until the contract ended between J&J and my current employer.ProsAlthough I went a few months without being offered an assignment, once I worked for them they sent me out every week. Opportunity to work for great companies that only hire through staffing agencies. They are flexible when you need time off. Great liaison between you and the employer they send you to; they listen to your requests and advocate for you. Consistent weekly paycheck/direct deposit.Overall, I like the staff at J&J and I would work with them again as I would not have found my current job without them, but next time I will be firmer with my desired pay rate.

Had a really good experience . Recruiters are always willing to help. They are by far the best temp agency i ever worked for. If your looking for something just to make extra cash this is the place to go.

A great temp agency but if you dont have a car it will be difficult for them to place you friendly staff also keep in mind they have a lengthy application process takes about an hour or possibly longer
