From my initial inquiry of an open position, Joseph was dedicated to making sure he got to know me and some of my interests so that he could get me into a company that I would enjoy working for. Aerotek is actually the first temp agency Ive been employed through i came in with doubts that it could actually land me a good job but I was wrong. My recruiter Kyle Parks got me set up immediately with a job with a wage and a company I was more than happy to be employed by. He gave me options for my schedule and the orientation that Aerotek gives you before you begin your assignment will really have you set to go. Youll be able to walk on any job sight with confidence they do a great job with going in depth on the company and the equipment youll be operating. My mother informed me about Aerotek shortly after my graduation during a time when it seemed my job applications were being ignored by just about every company i applied to. Upon walking in the door, I was completely blown away by how friendly and supportive the staff was. Recruiter (Alissa Lloyd) didnt show up for our interview at Starbucks. I called her after I waited there, she said she had a staff meeting in 5 minutes.She said she left me a voicemail (she didnt). Pretty bad. Oh well, I have another recruiter Im using that is reliable and honest.

First off I want to say thank you Aerotek!Not only did they find and reach out to me, but they have been nothing short of amazing. They were able to find me a job not only closer to home but with better pay! Aside from them helping me find a job they have made my transition very smooth. Weather it was setting up appointments for me to go to their office or to my new place of employment. That might not seem like much, but I work overnights and sometimes it may be difficult to contact and or work with me. They were very patient, and would always take notice as to my sleeping arrangements and schedule. Considering that I have worked for other staffing agencies, and have been contacted by others before, I must say Aerotek is one of the best.

When it comes to getting you a decent job fast, Aerotek is hangs down one of the best in their class. However, if youre looking for benefits(i.e. vacation time, sick days, or paid holidays) Aerotek cant really help you there. I had the misfortune of getting a 9 month contract that was extended to 1 year 1 month. Imagine working for over a year without a single paid holiday, sick day, or vacation day.Please dont misunderstand me, I loved how willing all of my agents were to helping me. After my first contract(the year and a half one) ended and the company I was working g for decided to go a different route and hire someone else, my Aerotek agent went above and beyond to find me another well-paying job in the area within 1 week. I lost my job one day, 5 days later I interviewed for a similar position and started working 7 days later.Aerotek is great at what they do and I would recommend them to anyone, just make sure you negotiate for a short contract.
