This group was very helpful in getting us established with the purchase of software for our church. They always returned my calls or emails and were very knowledgeable and courteous. From my experiences, I would recommend them.

Being a former Marine, who was a communications chief of Company C (charlie company) 1st Radio Bn. and received a Navy Marine Corps Achievement Medal for my work this company did not provide me with an interview after setting up a time to do so. They must not review resumes and just say come in to everybody who applies. They had 6 people waiting in the waiting room and after waiting the better part of an hour I hear my name called and told Ill hear back from them. That is not how professionals work. Dont set up an interview if you have no intention of having one. The sad thing about this company is I doubt they have somebody who can write in multiple computer languages. Youd be better off dealing with geek squad than this MSP who surely overcharges and cant even handle setting up appropriate times for interviews. Ive never seen so many candidates waiting. Learn how to manage your time and not waste others. This review is labeled in the not professional category so it shall stay up on google reviews. Would love to hear your reasoning on how your companies conduct toward me was professional?P.S. I didnt use my phone like other candidates prior to me who were called in....and the questions have no relevance on how a situation would be handled...For example what does it matter if i know what an OST or PST file extension off the top of my head? Especially when you dont even use exchange servers. And if by some crazy chance you have one client still on an exchange server Im pretty sure Id be aware of the difference.What does it matter if I know the ports for HTTP and HTTPS? Do you periodically block those ports on your firewall like it has no relevance....You asked the difference between Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol and Domain Name Services... like smack my head those two have nothing to do with each other.In closing:Im glad you can take time to respond to google reviews yet your company cant take time to conduct a scheduled interview.You can say I did poor on my assessment, but youre assessment was poor. I could sit here and ask obscure terminology to you but that doesnt measure your working knowledge of servers, networking, or anything. I appreciate you getting back to me but I recommend you look into your hiring methods a 6 year old with a phone can google your questions. Im sure youre getting the best hires based on your arbitrary assessment.PS: PS: i could form a company with misfit toys and you are so dumb u ask your people to positive comments... Im stealing your businesses at 1/3 the price sharing profit with all employees 100 profit sharing your business model is putrescent... i will 100% share the profits i guarantee 3 years out of business and bankrupt i own my property you have a mortgage.... lets see how it works...

Initially very nice and approachable but execution on SEO services hired for was extremely bad. No monthly updates, no emails, no calls, no visits. Didnt have a single discussion what keywords to work on or anything. Wouldnt recommend at all.

This Sunday morning when I called TechStarters, I was in despair. I had not been able to edit my site since my host GoDaddy had seemingly cleared up my website from hacking many months ago. GoDaddy assured me that they cleared up the hacking, then migrated my website to some arm of theirs that is dedicated to managing wordpress websites, Since the hacking on GoDaddy and the migration to another GoDaddy dedicated wordpress website arm, I have not been able to edit my own website. Yuck. I got no help from GoDaddy even though I called two or three times, GoDaddy kept giving me the run around until I finally felt so inept I was ready to give up. I do not understand computers or much about how websites work, even though I have used my site for about 6 years, but that was before I let GoDaddy host it. At first they just covered my domain name. So when they kept giving me bogus advice, I did not know any better and thought it was my fault, not theirs.Talking to TechStarters was indeed reassuring, as in the beginning of our conversation I was indeed weary. The representative responded to my hesitations, questions, and frustrations with care and grace. TechStarters assisted me knowledgeably and faithfully over the glitches I was experiencing and was sensitive and authentic about the issues I presented to them. After TechStarters did the initial trouble shooting I had a better understanding of the mess I had been dealing with and understood my predicament more fully. I am sorry I got scammed by GoDaddy, but glad TechStarters was there to help me get up and running again. I now have TechStarters hosting my website and although I lost my investment with GoDaddy, at least I will not be given the run around by GoDaddy anymore.GoDaddy never really invested in me, and TechStarters did. I felt as if they were with me all the way and so I trusted, even though initially resistant that I could count them. TechStarters went way out of their way to help me. And, it was not expensive. I thought I would be financially scalped again, but I believe now that the price I paid was well worth it.
