We didnt want to have someone at our home that could damage or even steal or belongings. Alex Cleaning Services were highly recommended by 3 or 4 people and we called them soon after that. When they cleaned the house for the first time a knew they were the cleaner weve been looking for.

The cleaning staff that came were great, friendly and thorough. However, the staff was an hour late to their appointment and the only reason I found out about it was by calling asking where the cleaners were. I was told that they would be an hour late and that he “meant to call.”My other issue is that when I initially called for service the guy on the phone told me that it would be $25 an hour. Come to find out after the staff finished cleaning, it was actually $35 an hour. On top of this, the guy sent two cleaners and I had to pay them both $35 an hour. This was not explained to me when I first made my initial call. Seems like they are unorganized and withhold information from their clients. Will not use again.
