❌‼️STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY‼️❌What a horrible experience dealing with this company, never again. I don’t even know where to begin. From start to barely finish, at this point we are extremely frustrated and broken down. Lack of communication from Jermaine, owner.Our cabinets had been at their warehouse for over 3 months and when it’s time for installation, our wine cabinets went missing, so therefore, their sub-contractors couldn’t finish the work. Jermaine stated it went “missing” and found it “sitting at their warehouse” but I honestly think he was just trying to change the narrative of the story and he forgot to order it (I was told by one of his staff that Jermaine ordered it that morning, first day of installation). The wine cabinets, moldings top and bottom and our island back panels still hasn’t been finished. It’s been 2 weeks now and we had been MORE than patience. Our kitchen is still not completed. This is NOT acceptable, especially paying over 15k for this. Jermaine is well aware of what’s going on with our situation since he had been at our house personally. Because of his mishaps, everything got backtracked.We are renovating and hired our own contractors but they can’t do more work until the kitchen is completed (see pics). The floors will be installed on the August 2nd and the kitchen is not yet close to done. I tried to connect with the “manger” but he seems very dismissive and kept interrupting me during our call this morning. This will be our first and LAST time dealing with this company.** Oh, I would also like to add that they drop off your cabinets at curbside. The cabinets that I paid 15k for and apparently they told my husband that it would be a curbside drop off. I was at EVERY consults with my husband and Jermaine (owner) NEVER mentioned, not once, that those cabinets would be dropped off at curbside. Let alone those poor delivery boys (young adults) told us that this “happens way too often” about customers being upset about this situation.Update: 7/31/21The contractors was supposed to be here today at 9:00am. NO SHOW. Jermaine didn’t like my honest feedback about him and his company so he threatened me and my husband via phone to take this post down so they can come out and finish. I told him personally that I wouldn’t unless the job is done. He didn’t like my response and he became very aggressive and hung up the phone on me. Per our contract, kitchen installments is two days. It’s been well over two weeks and our kitchen is in disarray.** Project started 7/15

I dont typically give people 1 star. But the staff here decided whether or not I could afford their stones. Like, wouldnt show me the stone I asked about. (It was behind a bunch of others.)Guess I cant 🤷🏼‍♂️ 🤔🧐Ill have to find another place to buy my stone.In other news, they dont have a huge variety and are stacked, so you can only peak at the top.

I am extremely happy with my new countertops. Everyone I dealt with from the showroom to the completion of the job were extremely knowledgeable, professional and so very accommodating. The selection of the granite was unbelievable. The installation was done with attention paid to every single detail. I had a granite countertop and granite backsplash installed. The pattern on the countertop flows and matches into the backsplash. I would high recommend KOL Marble and Granite, LLC to anyone looking to update their kitchen. They are one stop shopping. Everything you need at a reasonable cost.

Manager was very unprofessional. Did not measure correctly and then tried to blame other contractors. Installers did not speak English and rushed out the door

Today Kol installed my new granite counter tops in my kitchen. As well as an under mount sink that might i add was free with purchase! The quality of the stone as well as the finish are amazing. The guy who came out to measure for the new layout was very courteous and knew exactly what he was doing. The installers that came here today were very neat, careful and had everything installed in a little over an hours time. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for new stone countertops!

This company installed my countertops in 2015. Originally, at the seam where they joined the countertops together to make one, there was a breakage line that I could clearly see, which I addressed with the installers. They used what looked like to be some sort of pen to make the breakage line blend in. Now, today it appears to be coming apart where you can see the seam again...after only 5 years! I contacted Kol to request the repair and was told it would be $250! I know other homeowners who have granite countertops and have had them way longer than I have, and they do not have this issue! I would not use this company again and would definitely not recommend them. The work does not last!

I specifically created this Google account to be able to review Kol Marble and Granite. Everything about our relationship with this place has been positive....the Showroom in Cherry Hill is beautiful and the staff there are completely professional, courteous and patient. Their awesome group of installers were a pleasure to have in our home...they work rocket-speed fast, are very careful and excessively clean...which I love...plus, they are sweet, personable, friendly people.

Never responded to the email they requested when I called. Disappointing.

I used them for a kitchen project and was very satisfied. This time when I used for them for our bathroom, I was really dissatisfied. I bought a piece of quartz—which they sold to someone else. Also, the vanity templater went out of his way to make a recommendation and gave us horrible advice. Unfortunately we took it and it looked ridiculous. I ended up paying to have it fixed because it looked awful. I attempted to discuss this with the manager and was ultimately insulted and dismissed.

Kol Marble & Granite is, by far, the best granite place around. We have ordered granite from them twice now, and we have had an amazing experience both times. They installed granite for our downstairs dry bar, and most recently, they installed granite for our entire kitchen, including a large island. The quality of the granite is outstanding, and they have a huge selection of different types of granite. I am beyond impressed with the quality of their work. Installation was very quick from the time the granite was ordered, and their staff are always kind, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend!

OVER THE TOPI am very critical of work done in our home i home of 40+ years and have worked with many contractors. I do my research and can truly say I made a very wise decision in choosing KOL MARBLE &GRANITE. They exceeded my expectations based on the following:Easy to work with - Had many questions and no difficulty getting answersPrompt response timePROFESSIONAL AND RESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES - The caliber of their employees was exceptional. They were prompt and respectful of our home. If there was an option on something, always checked with us and explained. Always cleaned up after work performed.QUALITY OF WORK - Exceptional!!! THREE times the WRONG cabinets were ordered! It wasnt a big or overly special order. Just a couple of simple base cabinets that needed a false drawer front. A hack crew tried to do a quick fix the first time and ended up completely ruining them! After numerous calls and obviously being avoided, we asked for a refund.

I NEVER write reviews; however, we are so pleased with the work and product (quartzite) we received from Kol Marble & Granite in Cherry Hill that I wanted to do this. The guys that did the install were fantastic, professional, very neat and friendly. We had a large job (counters and backsplash). Measurements were spot on. So thankful that everything worked out (for a change)!

Competitive pricing--not only matched but beat competitor. One slight issue with final pricing after install but Kol resolved it to our satisfaction in a timely manner.

I just remodeled my kitchen and used Kol’s Granite of cherry hill. They were very helpful in helping us to decide on color of cabinets and what type of counter top we wanted. Their prices were also reasonable. They sent out a person to make a template for the counter top. The staff person arrived on time and answered all of my questions. They brought the finished counter top back two days later and installed it. It looks great and you can not tell where it is seamed. I am happy with everything they did and would recommend them.

Kol M & G recently replaced my kitchen countertops and it was a pleasure dealing with them. They helped me select the material and installed the tops within a week - all at a great price. The guys who installed the tops were prompt, polite and professional and they did a great job! I would highly recommend Kol Marble & Granite!

Buyer beware. Kol will get your business with low price and then you may not be happy with the work. We had a kitchen redone by Kol and these are just a few observations about the experience. First they scratched our refrigerator and scratched/dented a washing machine by stacking a case of tile on the top of it. Worst was their response where they blew it off and did nothing about. Now a couple years later the tile floor has numerous cracks and grout coming out. We are told by other flooring professionals that shouldn’t happen unless the floor was improperly installed.

What a great company !!! My granite was installed three years ago and i was not happy with the way it looked recently. i called and Kols came out the next day, refinished our granite. It looks great !!!! They stand by their product.Thanks

From start to finish we had a good experience. We were hesitant when we read some negative reviews but it seems all granite installers have some negative ones. We called to set an appointment. A young man came out to measure. No obligation. No hard sell. We had already measured the square footage and it was real close to Kols measurements. We went to the showroom and took time to go up and down the rows to look at the granite at the different pricing levels. Again, no hard sell. We were left alone to browse and free to ask questions. We chose level two and were given pricing for the granite per square foot. Extra costs were clear - $150 to cut out out for sink (sink included in price); $250 for a plumber to reconnect but you could do it yourself or have your own plumber do it. $250 seemed high but we went with it to have the package. We set an appointment for someone to come for the template. We paid one half at that time and the other half when the job was done. The workmen came out within 1/2 hour of appointment and did nice work.The plumber came later that day on time. He replaced a couple PVC tubes under the sink and a weight that was missing for the pull sprayer. The plumber left his number in case we had any problems. We had a very good experience with them and would use them again and recommend them to others.

Kol did a complete makeover of my master bath. I was satisfied and happy with the end result (my bath is shown on their tv add on some of the home flipper shows... ie: fixer upper. But now the caulk between the ceiling and crown molding is cracking and pulling away from the ceiling and destroying the ceiling paint in that area in the entire room, also opening a 1/8 to 1/4 gap (so unsightly). I am 74 and am unable to repair it myself. I called and was told someone would get back to me. I am upset because their work is very good but something went wrong in the caulking department. So hoping they will respond. I have recommended to others.

We hired KOL to perform a total kitchen renovation. They beat Lowes/Home Depot by a significant margin on every aspect of the pricing, including labor and materials (flooring, backsplash tile, granite, cabinets). The job came out great and they completed it in just 12 working days. Workers showed up on time every day (we live more than an hour from the shop) and barely took any breaks. Great experience overall. Would definitely recommend them for a kitchen/bathroom project.

Thewoman that helped us was the best. She is great and they are lucky to have her. She was a skinny pretty woman with a russian accent. Very helpful. Price was decent. HOWEVER, the marble was delivered without the sink grid so i went to go pick it up. The big guy that helped me gave me a dirty and used sink grid and said it wasnt dirty or used. But it had scratch marks and rust. He would not give me another one and I saw newer ones at the bottom of the sink. I went back in and he basically said no we dont have any more. The thing was very dirty and i will probably have to buy a new one anyway. So i guess thats what they mean when the marble comes with a sink and grid. I rather of not gotten one then of gotten the dirty old one they got. So for that I would go somewhere else that actually cares and appreciates their existing customer who just spent thousands of dollars on marble from them.

Overall a 5 star experience. Start to finish, we got a great deal, they were timely and helpful, and installation went off without a hitch. Definitely recommend.

After looking for months at different granite options for our kitchen countertops, I have enjoyed my experience with KOL. Everyone has been very helpful and patient with all of my many questions. The showroom is beautiful with different options for backsplash design, and the granite selection is great quality. From the in home measurement to selection of our granite choice, the process has been wonderful!

We had KOL marble and granite install our granite counter top and backsplash. Each of these installations too only 1 day each for maybe 4 hours. They were quick and easy. The prices are fantastic. I like Home Depot and Lowes very much, but they are way overpriced. I truly suggest KOl !!

STAY AWAY! The Manager told me I was a horrible person and HUNG UP the phone on me when I asked for an issue to be resolved!!!We had our kitchen counter tops replaced by Kol and paid an extra fee of $250 to have Kol Marble & Granites plumber come in after the counters were completed to re-install the plumbing under our sink. While the plumber was there, everything seemed fine until near the end he started grunting and telling my husband that it was not his fault but our faucet was leaking under the sink. He left our house with bowls and towels under the sink to catch the leaking water. He then asked for my husbands cell phone number and within hours began texting him pictures of new faucets that he could replace on the side to fix the issue. This plumber also tried selling my husband on updating our recess lighting - WAIT isnt this guy a plumber, now hes an electrician!?I contacted Kol Marble directly to resolve the issue and I am SHOCKED at the poor level of service I received. I spoke to the Manager of Kol Marble, who told me that if I could prove his plumber created the leak, that they would fix the issue. (How am I supposed to prove this? I dont have videos of my sink not leaking before they came). Otherwise, I was responsible to purchase a new faucet and have it replaced. (He kept telling me my faucet has a lifetime warranty and I need to contact the manufacturer of my faucet and they will send me a new one. I explained back to him that Kol Marble is responsible for breaking my faucet, and they should provide me with a new faucet and they can take my old one and retain the warranty, but that I SHOULD NOT have to be dealing with this issue at such a level.) He said that faucets have defects and my faucet has a defect, and they have nothing to do with it leaking. However, there was no leak before Kol Marble un-installed our faucet and then re-installed the faucet. Comparable faucets are nearly $200, and I do not think it is fair that as the homeowner, we should have to now replace a faucet that was perfectly fine before being handled by Kol Marble.After dealing with this very aggressive manager, on the phone for about 15 minutes, going around in the same circle that they would not be replacing my now broken faucet, I told him this was BAD BUSINESS and I would be reporting them to the BBB. He then told me I was a HORRIBLE PERSON and hung up the phone.I work with contractors daily and I have never experienced such poor customer service. All I expected was that after paying nearly $3000 for counter tops (including the extra fee to have their plumber come in and re hook up all of our plumbing) with Kol Marble, that they would take responsibility for my now broken faucet. I thought this would be an easy conversation, but it was the exact opposite.

Had Kol come out to do a tile back splash in our kitchen because they did the granite when we redid our kitchen. Happy with the counter tops . Men who did the back splash wore a tool belt while doing the tile work and scratched our cabinets severely. After one year still fighting with them to replace the fronts. Beware

The price was great, the craftsmanship was not. After delays occurring on my job, and lack of communication from the contractors about when they would be showing up, I was just happy to have them out of my house. I would not use this company if I were to do this again .

They are terrible.....installed granite in my new home that was full of scratches. They refused to resurface or replace.
