I went in as a walk in. Levelz definitely has a reputation that it lives up to from Tone at the top (now retired) all the way to the beginners like Jagger (student-barber as of this review in September 2021). I got my shape up with Jagger. I have dreads and I really dislike when barbers cut the dreads to “make it look better” causing thinning dreads on the perimeter areas of my hairline. I spoke out about this with Jagger and he was very attentive and detailed to everything I asked and requested in regard to the services he provided me with. Aside from “just a cut” Jagger was able to give me an experience that I hope to be able to come back and have over and over again. And the quality of his work was astounding it wasn’t the run of the mill “student-barber” it was a barber who earned his apron to cut amongst the elites within the Levelz Barbershop to better harness and cultivate his craft as a true professional . I highly recommend going here for anyone. The overall quality of the shop felt great too it was a nice welcoming relaxing moment in the day of all the busy I had to deal with. When I left I felt refreshed and recharged not just feeling good but looking good too! Thanks Jagger and Thanks Tone the establishment you built is phenomenal.

First and foremost, when you walk into this establishment, its clean and well kept. Secondly, everyone you encounter (from the front desk person, barbers, other patrons) are all friendly, kind, and courteous. And last but not least, the haircut. Its an experience within itself. Tommy Tapers is my go-to. He is very detail orientated and diligent in the way he cuts hair. This place is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Brought my son to the Cherry Hill location for a line up. We are extremely pleased with the overall cleanliness, service, skill, professionalism and hospitality. Matt to great care with my son and even made sure to schedule him in for a follow up the next day after his hair was retwisted to be sure his lineup was still crisp before prom. Manager Sam is doing a great job with this shop.

My husband had his haircut by Tommy. It was a very enjoyable service, Tommy is very easy to talk to. . At the end of the service Tommy apply a warm towel to his neck and he hasn’t had that since he was a young man. Tommy did a great job, great experience, and if anyone needs a haircut Tommy should be their first choice.

I’ve been going to Tommy for a few months now. I was going to a place in Washington twp before this and one of my friends recommended Tommy. After one cut with him I stopped going to my other place. He cuts and fades my hair perfectly every time and trims my beard the way I like it. On top of it the shop is a super relaxed laid back atmosphere. I leave with an awesome cut every time feeling great.

Switched from my old barber a year ago and Tommy is the best barber I’ve had out of all of my barbers, just tell him what you want done and itll get done💯 The place itself is really clean and stylish and overall a good barbershop

Dont write many reviews however Levelz @ Cherry Hill is an exception. A few months back I decided to make a change and try them out and Ive since been there. Brian K has become my 1 and only barber. Perfect cut each time, takes direction if I have an issue or change. Perfect manor. Great conversation. Now with Pandemic their Covid protocols are above reproach, always feel safe going there. Tommy I believe is the manager there always makes a point to welcome and say goodbye to every guest. Shop is always clean. Maintained through out the day. Great music always. Brandon at front continues to maintain the shops appearance while being a great host for those coming in. Online or Mobile app for appointments make getting a haircut so painlessIf you are looking to change barbershop or new to area. There is none close to the greatness of Levelz. Ask for Brian, however I doubt youll be disappointed with any of the talented Barbers there.

I’ve been going to Levelz for a very long time. Started in pennsauken then switched to cherry hill since closer. The app is great to book your appointments and confirmation notification is a plus. I’ve been cut by Dru in Pennsauken, Tommy, and now Brian in Cherry Hill. All top notch barbers and they take more time and detail then any barber I’ve dealt with in the past. Environment is friendly and TVs going with sports or a current movie which is nice. Since the pandemic they have also taken the right steps for safety for the customer and themselves. Some people may be wary to switching to a new barbershop but Levelz will make you feel comfortable and exceed your expectations. Will continue going here for years to come.

Went to try these guys for the first(and last) time today! Went in to see their ad listed saying an adult haircut is $25 and in little letters (beardwork extra$5) and kids haircut $20. Not bad, but I dont want beardwork so I specifically say no beardwork. They do mine and my kids haircut, then when its time to pay I notice they have $5 coupon pamphlets for customers to take and use, I ask to use it and they say yeah. They then proceed to charge me $30 for my haircut and $25 for my kids. On top of that they did not take off the $5 from the coupon they said theyd accept. I went back in asking why the prices were what they were and they said they charged an extra $5 for each haircut for doing extra sheerwork that they did not ask us if we wanted or explained we would be getting that and be getting charged for it. They didnt even respond to the $5 coupon not being taken off. For me its not even just about the money but the way they went about that, Id rather not be unknowingly charged extra,(even after tipping) for average haircuts as good as any other old barbershops. Might as well go to a smaller barbershop, pay much less, not get charged extra unknowingly, and get the same haircut. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk.

I was a walk in today. They set me up for an appointment and had me in a chair very quickly. Excellent haircut, courteous and fast, Matt did a very good job and was a joy to talk to. I definitely recommend this barbershop.

Lets see,Not punctual. They changed my original appointment on their own. Fine, no big deal but when I got there I had to wait maybe another 15 minutes before I got my hair cut. Also Ive never had a barber who doesnt clean up the neckline of the beard with a razor. You set the cheekline with a razor but not the neckline? Also have never stepped in any barbershop that doesnt tell the client that something will cost extra before doing that task. Snake oil salesmen and highway robbers have more decency and integrity.Wont return to this place.
