Specifically would like to call out Mitchell for his no-pressure attitude (seriously - never once did I feel pressured to purchase), Ezra for his fantastic & deep product knowledge, and Yosef for really going above & beyond to make the purchase work for my budget. Even after delivery when my car needed a quick adjustment in service, their service department was second-to-none and had everything fixed quicker than I thought possible and provided a loaner no questions asked. I think a lot of Cherry Hill Volvos success is its long history & pride of family ownership, and it shows. Would highly recommend making your next purchase here or taking your vehicle for service - they are well deserving of their high rating.

Ive had Audi, BMW, LR and Volvos and the Service Team at Cherry Hill Volvo is second to none...hands down. When you schedule service they are never over committed so you get in on time and typically are done faster than expected. They are professional and set clear expectations and will almost always leave me feeling like the value of what I get for my service dollar is more than with any other higher end vehicle.

Kellen is always professional and helpful! My car is returned vacuumed and washed. They help me keep my car in good working order.It takes me an hour and change to get to the dealership, but it’s worth it to get Volvo service with this team.

A long, long and somewhat unbelievable and sad story about a flat tire and cracked rim that ended in the very best way after six weeks of frustration with after market wheels that didn’t work. Having purchased my car last year used from another dealer, this was my very first Volvo service experience. And like many, I was skeptical that they could do what needed to be done at a reasonable price. But they did, with great care, detailed explanations and speedy service. And each and every person I worked with was open, respectful and, with that elusive quality these days, very kind. Thank you to all.

Jeff was my Sales representative and was extremely helpful and not at all pushy even though I took up a lot of his time and didnt purchase at that time. My family purchased a vehicle here in late 2017 and the process was seamless - we agreed on a fair price over the phone, scheduled an appointment, and completed the paperwork and delivery the next day. Very easy to do business with. For that reason, when my mom was in the market in 2020, we returned and were treated to the same kind of service, including a very polite and no-pressure check in from the owner. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was looking at different cars, and while I loved the Volvo, it was the considerate, hassle-free environment at Cherry Hill Volvo that really helped me make my decision. I recently bought a 2011 Volvo C70 from a family member. I brought it to the service department here for an analysis and service. The team is very helpful and thorough. I feel confident knowing I am using Volvo factory parts and trained Volvo service technicians. I plan to have this car for years to come. And the team there has been very helpful showing me what needs immediate attention and what can wait, understanding my budget, etc... I was even able to get a shuttle home while my car was serviced. I’m a happy customer and will always consider their service department first for all of my car’s upkeep.

Had to reply after the salty response. I came in twice, spoke with the sales consultant Mitch both times. I have his card and everything. It was clear he wasnt taking me seriously and he also failed to wear his mask appropriately. If there is no record of my being there, apparently I was right about not being taken seriously since the rep didnt even bother to add me as an opportunity in the sales system.

Highly recommend this dealership if in the market for a Volvo, the staff and facility were 5 star. After checking 3 different dealership inventory in NJ I went with Cherry hill Volvo because of the service Ezra in sales provided to me over the 2 week process. He followed up with answers for all my questions anytime I called and really left a great impression after the initial process of looking into Volvo.

There is a pleasant, intimate quality to the waiting room for service, with attendants on hand to update you and answer questions. I brought my car in for regular service plus a small repair. It all went very smoothly, and I was out on schedule.

Once again I was up in Cherry Hill shopping and had just passed the Volvo dealership when I received a message on my dashboard that stated “No oil pressure-engine will cease- stop safely”. I turned right around and went directly back to the dealership! They listened to my situation and asked me if I could wait while they took a look. They checked and resolved my oil problem.I told them about the missing 3 bolts under my car which was causing a part of my drive shaft to hang down while I was in north Jersey about a month ago and had another mechanic up there fix. They put my car up on the lift to make sure the work was done correctly! This made me feel better but I am still wary that three bolts of 4 backed out and caused such a problem. Scary!

Rick was very courteous, professional, and prompt in explaining the process involved in fixing the damage. He was very proactive in dealing with my insurance company, and kept me thoroughly informed. The end result was super amazing where no one can tell something happened to my car. Plus, Cherry Hill Volvo helped me with a loaner car while my car was in the body shop. I went in for service for a recall on my 2018 S60 and left with a brand new 2021 S60!!!!I was waiting for my car to be serviced and met Sarah, a lovely sales person. I told her my lease is up in June. She proceeded to tell me how Volvo will pay the remainder of the lease if you have 6 months or less remaining. I then began looking at the inventory of new sedans.I LOVE the new S60 and have admired them since they arrived...I got a brand new car and had wonderful service from Sarah. She is kind, knowledgeable, and definitely no pressure, no hypeI have had numerous Volvos over the past 20 years. Each year, I make my annual visit to Cherry Hill Volvo for service. Getting ones car serviced can be hassle, but I usually look forward to it b/c the staff there are so friendly and knowledgeable and the waiting area is really comfortable, clean--a great place to wait for your car to be taken care of. This year, I wasnt quite sure what the deal would be with COVID, but true to form, Cherry Hill Volvo had it covered. The seating is socially distanced, masks are required, the bathrooms are cleaned several times a day, theres hand sanitizer, etc. They make it work, and I felt very safe and comfortable there waiting for my car with my dog, who they always welcome. The wifi is also really great, so if you want to get some work done while you wait, you can (theres also always coffee!). Also, while I was working, one of the staff asked if I wanted to work at a desk, which is very thoughtful. Also, Kellon is the best. Truly. Every year, he breaks down the info on whats being done and how much it costs in an accessible way. And he and the rest of the staff, again, are just so friendly. Top notch customer service. Also, Im grateful to them for making sure my now 10 yr old Volvo continues to run very smoothly. Highly recommend!

I brought my car in yestetday bc indicater said all 4 tires were low pressure at once. The technician , carlo, was extremely nice. However, i had to pay 40 dollars which i think should have been a courtesy. Pep boys checks air pressure for free. My tires had exact same psi leaving as prior to going in. I know tires are not covered under my extended warranty but please! Same going in as out. I shouldnt have had to pay anything to push reset button.

By far the best car shopping experience I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the Team at Cherry Hill Volvo not only met, but exceeded my expectations. My wife was in the market for a new SUV and after looking at multiple dealerships, we decided to take a drive over to Cherry Hill Volvo. The best decision I’ve ever made when it comes to buying a car! To make a long story short, we left the dealership that day in her new car. I was so impressed by Sharon and the management under Andrew that the next day, I drove off in another Volvo. Yup, not even 24 hours later, I left the dealership for the second time in a new car and it was solely because of Andrew and Sharon. Sharon was an absolute delight working with. She’s a phenomenal sales professional who was friendly, knowledgeable and made the experience feel nothing like what I was accustomed to in the past- especially with other dealerships in the area. This dealership has to be by far has the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a car dealership place ever. I understand dealerships can be busy but I guess because Im not Caucasian they couldnt take the time to even acknowledge my presence for the good 30 minutes that I stood by the receptionists desk. Oh this is the SECOND experience like this at this same dealership. Unbelievable! You ask why I keep coming back here ... I have to bc this is the dealership my company selected I go through locally.I will say once I was connected with Susan she was extremely pleasant and helpful and apologetic for the rude behavior of her colleagues on the sales floor. Absolutely appalled by the service we received from the sales department. My husband and I went in looking to test drive and likely buy a car. Granted, we went in on a busy afternoon, but the service department acted like they couldnt be bothered giving us the time of day and were rude. No one who worked in the dealership was following appropriate COVID precautions - I watched managers and sales reps walk around the showroom floor with masks down while plenty of customers were there. We had to ask a sales person to wear his mask correctly while standing close to us. We finally test drove a vehicle and then were told there was no one to talk with us, and were asked to come back in an hour, which we agreed to without issue. When we returned an hour later, the sales rep that was supposed to meet with us was busy (despite being the one to say she would be available to meet with us in an hour) and we met with someone else who literally knew nothing about any of the cars. He was googling information in front of us that we already knew from our research ahead of time. Couldnt give us any pricing information and took his time getting back to us to us follow up the following week. After we left the dealership we immediately called the Volvo dealership in Fort Washington and reached someone knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up buying an XC90 Recharge from the Fort Washington dealership a week later (even though it is twice as far from where we live) - were really happy with the car! The service there was MUCH better and we were also offered a MUCH better deal (honestly, the people at Cherry Hill didnt even feel like they were trying at all). Save your time - the Cherry Hill Volvo dealership seems incredibly poorly run/managed.

We had a great experience here after our car was hit in an accident. They were very proactive with my insurance company and kept me in the loop. The car looks great (even the inside) and they had a setup with the rental company so we didnt have to return the car when everything was done. Thanks for the help and the loaner!!!

I would like to Thank Cherry Hill Volvo Cars for such excellent and professional service I have been having for more than 4 years. Definitely recommend warranty services and tire protection - you never know what could happen - and I just had an incident where I damaged the tire and that was replaced with no extra cost. Servicing my car here always worked pretty well with flexible scheduling, reminders and Loan services- you never have to worry about getting home if the car needs to be repaired.

My sister and I both purchased volvos in the same week, because the sales team (Joe and Andrew) were so amazing to work with! They were so helpful - and I was able to get the car of my dreams, with all of the bells and whistles! The experience far exceeded my expectations.

I would not recommend Volvo of Cherry Hill for more reasons than I have time to share. I will say customer service was very poor except for the receptionist. I recommend Volvo of Ft. Washington. Its farther away from my residence but worth every mile.

After a car accident wrecked my 2018 xc90 i acquired a 2020 xc90 a few months before the pandemic started. Since then i had my car serviced a few times and i could not be more pleased with the service at the CH dealership. On Tuesday I happened to drive by when the low tire pressure light came on and I discovered a nail stuck in my tire. I have the tire maintenance plan (highly recommended) and stopped by unannounced. About 90 minutes later the tire was replaced and my car washed.. everyone there was eager to help and minimize my wait time.. highly recommended as always.

Well, fortunately or unfortunately (time will tell), we decided to choose another brand, but HAD we bought a Volvo S90, we would have bought from Cherry Hill Volvo simply because of Sharon Russo. No BS, no hard sell, great follow up with status of availability and possible options via email. No pressure tactics. The ONLY car salesperson who took the time to walk us through the technology features BEFORE we test drove the car. And that includes the other brands we visited. It was a tough decision because I personally love the look and feel of both the S60 and S90.I strongly recommend calling and asking for Sharon Russo. Nothing worse than walking into a dealership and dealing with a lousy salesperson and walking out as I did a couple times. Best to Sharon.ps. GM (Andrew I believe) assisted nicely. Im sure had we decided on Volvo, the entire experience would have been good. Maybe next time.

I took my Model 3 to Cherry Hill Volvo for a bumper scratch and the level to detail and service was amazing. My car was returned to me better than brand new and was also washed and vacuumed! The service manager could not have been more customer serviced focused and made sure I was kept aware of progress throughout the process and made the pick-up process easy as well. I highly recommend this body shop for anyone looking to have body/paint work done, for any make or model.

I decided to purchase a gently used 2018 Volvo S60 T5 Inscription with 12,000 miles. I needed safe, reliable transportation for my weekly jaunts to the beach house. The luxurious side of the S60 was obvious with its well-appointed interior, but I never really took notice to its sportiness, until last weekend.Traveling down the Coastal Highway, on a beautiful Saturday afternoon, with the moonroof open and windows down, I unwittingly had the vehicle up to 90 mph. The maneuverability was amazing! To use the word shocked, would be an understatement. This is not your “father’s” Volvo! The S60 seemed to drive itself, with an effortless ease, down that lonely stretch of road. “Volvo For Life” is no longer just a slogan, it is my reality!

Sarah was amazing. We communicated entirely through email, at my request to accommodate my schedule. All I had to do was show up and sign papers. In and out in 30 minutes. Would recommend to anyone.

I want to Thank Cherry Hill Volvo for providing this Link. Which is all they provided as I pulled my XC60 from service after being informed that they would not honor the Warranty. While I understand the policy fully and this was not a financial decision. But when the Service man (name omitted as I dont like throwing individuals under the bus) tells you that the Salesman will tell you anything to sell a car makes you think In addition the salesman is no linger there to confirm. SO ... either Cherry Hill Volvo hires salesman who are seedy and they know that. Or the salesman left because the deal did not support them. Either way the Dealer should make good.So much for buying 2 vehicles there within a year.

The Volvo dealership “did not do any repairs” on my volvo as their response says below and “NEVER touched” my Volvo as they admit below and yet they still charged me $395 + tax for a total of $421. PLUS 2 hours of my time just waiting there for nothing - which as you see from their response they clearly agree with, that they did nothing! I’m sure the employees may be great, but I wouldn’t know because they did not work on my Volvo and I still got charged. Thank you for the honesty at least that no repair was done at your store at all but I should not have been charged.

What an attentive, dignified and respectful dealership. You get service here as if you are buying a car twice as expensive. John Davis was fantastic and we were able to close the entire deal over phone, text and email. Financing completed in 10 minutes online and I even insured the car with the VIN before leaving the house so I had possession of it within 15 minutes of waking through the door. After sales service is just as attentive. The only problem is that their strange phone system rejects phone calls from some Verizon cell phones and it has been a bit of a headache to use alternate phones to call them.
