Across the street is a beautiful building which holds other part of Heacock. This location is primarily an office/call centre with lovely people inside. You would only come here for classic/antique/race car insurance, but enjoyable when you arrive. Very knowledgeable staff and comfortable setting. Theyll personalise your visit and understand your needs.

Agent Lisa Schwartz was useless and not helpful. Company is not responsive to customers.

I qualified to get insurance with this company. All the requirements were meet except for insurance. I do have insurance. I am listed as a Driver. I am Insured if in an accident, but yet they need me to be primary on the policy. This company did not allow me to speak to a manager or supervisor. I tried to resolve the problem the right way. I will not recommend to any of my car club members this company. There is a reason Hagerty classic car insurance is number one.

My contact person was Mrs Schwarz. She was short, rude and condescending. I have contacted her three times in regards to securing a policy for my Bentley. It has been 5 business days and still have not heard back after filling out a lengthy app with all sorts of prerequisites. Like: proof of a designated car for each member of household, proof of insurance for those cars, pics of those cars including the car in question. She also requested the actual copies of the policys of the other cars.(what???!!!) Having to stay after a rep to get back with me to find out whats going on?? I guess it is a prelude to what their service is like. (Thats scary)..I would rather pay double their quote if I have to deal with rude, short and arrogant reps. You can keep your policy my dear. I am staying with Gieco. It is higher, but never an issue with customer service,quick to get back with you and open 24 hours. I am under the impression that this is a fly by night operation/ brokerage that sells very and I mean very limited policys that have a lot of loopholes for them to wiggle out of standing be hind any possible claim.Sorry I wasted my time..I wish I had 4 hands so I could give4 thumbs down
