Used this service to book a Limo for prom for my son. He was able to coordinate the pick and drop off effortlessly thanks to the help of VIP limo. They were in an SUV stretch and had an excellent time playing their own music through the stereo system and arriving at prom in style.The driver was courteous, arrived early, waited patiently when the pictures ran late, and made sure that all were safe. Even when plans changed last minute the evening of, the driver was flexible enough to ensure that all guests made it home safely and that the itinerary was still followed properly. They will certainly work with you to ensure that you have a great night.Would rent from again. Hope to see other positive reviews from this years prom season.

***Do Not Use*** I repeat do not use! Had a signed confirmation for their limo service for my daughters sweet 16. They were a no show. No one even called to say why or that even they were sorry. My daughter was devastated.Her and her friends were standing outside waiting. The look on her face. What a horrible business.

John the owner doesn’t care about his customers at all. We had scheduled a limousine for our wedding party and he sent a poorly dressed driver in a limousine that was from the 90’s. It was embarrassing to arrived in his “quality” limousine.

I used this service last week for a surprise 40th birthday for my wife. They were prompt, on time, driver was professional and well dressed and the limo we had was very clean. The most important thing was my wife was very pleasantly surprise and it made our night! Thank you Vip for the great service!! Would highly recommend!!

I would not recommend to my friends family or clients. They need to be more upfront with their pricing structure . Have clear contracts with the pricing, hours pick up and drop off times . We told them to pick us up at at 4:00 event was over at 10 pm and We wanted to be home by 11. They found a way to charge us an extra $80 for the extra overtime hour., The driver never match mention anything and we also gave him an additional tip that was in addition to the tip we gave him in his contract.

Absolutely horrific! They ruined my daughters sweet 16 event! I wish we would have done our due diligence and done some research on VIP Limousine before agreeing to use them. I had the worst experience and the company handled their mistakes just as poorly. I just read the other reviews and felt like I was experiencing deja vu reading them.I ordered 2 limos for my daughters sweet 16 party. The limos were supposed to arrive at 8 AM. One of the limos showed and the other one DIDNT. We were panicked because we couldnt get a hold of anyone from VIP Limousine and we needed to be in New York by 10 AM. It took us about 45 minutes to finally get a hold of someone. Once we did, we were told that the driver got a flat tire and they were trying to get another limo to send over to us. Meanwhile, all of our guests were left standing around waiting. We were told that the other driver would be at our house within 15 minutes. 40 minutes went by and still no show so we had my daughter and her friends load into the limo that was there since 8 AM and began to load the remainder of the party into my GL 450. We had no choice since we were already late for our first scheduled event which was costing us money regardless of what time we were to show and we were risking missing the entire 1st event at this point. Just as we were getting ready to pull out, the other limo FINALLY showed up...an hour and a half later. We were very upset, but chose to put our feelings to the side and try to make our daughters Sweet 16 a great one regardless of the way it was starting because of VIP Limousines failure to deliver on what was promised.Secondly, when we got into the 2nd limo, you could tell that it just came from another function. It smelled badly, there was trash tucked in the seats and we found bobby pins spread out over the seats. We later found a piece of paper sitting on the drivers front seat with his work order that stated ONLY 1 limo. They never even had us scheduled for 2 limos!!! They charged my card a few days before the event, so they were paid in full. This incident was on Sunday. I called Dan on Monday numerous times with no return call. My assistant called as well and left several messages with no response. We finally got an email from Dan where he basically said that we were all square because he gave us a larger limo for the same price even though they showed up an hour and a half late. He still charged us for 2 limos for the total time originally billed. My husband and I tried to work something out with him to make up for the bad experience but he wasnt having it. We disputed the total amount charge with AMEX and Dan stuck to his story about us being even because he gave us a larger limo for the same price.I would highly recommend anyone to run from this company. It seems like them ripping people off is a common theme. Read the other reviews too. I understand in any business things go wrong, but it is the way you handle those mistakes that determine the caliber of the organization and Dan and VIP Limousine handled the situation by ignoring us...NOT GOOD.Please dont make the same mistake we did.
