Ian took the time to find the source of a leak that was going from my shower down through the kitchen ceiling, educated me about it and fixed it. Harry helped me decide where to move my ac units and completed maintenance on our HVAC system so that we are ready for the winter. Both took the time to educate me without a hard sell. Much appreciated. I will be calling this company again, they seem to really care about their customers.

Davis Home Services has been my go to Service provider for both HVAC and plumbing needs. On my most recent service they provided several options to remedy an older unit inclusive of some service options that would allow me to squeeze a few more years out of a trusty heat pump. They are super responsive and communicate often and clearly. The prices are competitive and they stand behind their work.

My heat randomly stopped working, I called Davis Home Services and they immediately gave me an appointment. Harry came out and within 20-30 minutes told me what was wrong with my heater. Our sump pump had broken down and water was filling into our finished basement. Ian was quick to get a new sump pump and pipes installed. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Davis Plumbing was recommended to me by the owner of a former business in town. We had a floor drain in our commercial kitchen that was backing up. They offered an evaluation for a modest fee and to repair it that same visit if they had the time and resources, which they did. After a long while of diligently snaking it and pouring water down it, Davis got it flowing again. Both they and I are uncertain of the source of the problem but we can rest assured theyll work more on it if within our 30 day warranty it once again becomes a problem. We only wish that they had non profit prices!

Chris was superior! I had a squirrel stuck in my pipe somewhere and he cleaned it out. It was too gross for me to look but the smell was disgusting enough! Chris handled that like the pro he is! A few weeks ago my heat stopped working. Of course it was after hours and I called a large company who said they would be there that night. My wife called to see if they could give an estimate and was told they were not going to make it. (thanks for the heads up). I Googled HVAC in the area and found Davis and gave them a call. The phone was answered by a technician who was on a call. He said he would call me back when he was on his way. Within an hour Ronnie was at my house, however the heat was now working. I asked him to check the system. He went through the system and showed me where the problem could be. We agreed to order the parts and he said they would call when they came in. Ronnie was a pleasure to work with, a professional at his trade, VERY courteous and never tried to hard sell anything.Davis kept me informed and set up a date that was convenient for me. I received an email the day before reminding me. I received a email when the technicians were on the way with an estimate of there arrival. Then a phone call from the technician himself. Once they arrived they went right to work. They were VERY courteous taking off there shoes and following Covid Protocols. They were very knowledgeable and their attention to detail was notable.I am very pleased that I found Davis Home Services and look forward in using them for all my heating, cooling and plumbing needs.

Amazing staff!!! They did an A+ job. They were on time, professional and affordable as always. They promised a one day job and accomplished it.
