This had always been the place to get new tires. I dont know about other Schwans, but the Cheney store has provided what I want in a timely manner. I will return.

Weve been a fan of Les Schwabs for years no matter where weve lived. My wife gave the Cheney, WA shop five stars today she said, and only five cuz its as high as you can go. This shop had handed her a quote, all are honored for 60 days. Now tire prices had just increased nationally by nearly 20% and yet the prior sale price and quote was honored. Could have easily been $200 more! Thats a savings of 50 gallons of diesel for our trip! Go ahead, shop around and youll see their workmanship, prices, and guarantee are worth coming back in for, cuz you ALSO get followup care for your tires thereafter FOR FREE...Like rotation every 5000 miles and rebalancing as needed...ADD THOSE SERVICING COSTS UP FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE! Great service. Great prices. Great people. Most stores price gouge, but this place is a palace of super deals. Im not surprised that this is the go to tire shop for Cheney and all the outlying areas. I was also amazed at how fast they got to me and everyone else. Im definitely going to this shop for all my future tire and even mechanical needs. When I upgrade to performance tires in the future. This is the spot Im having them shipped to because I know now that I can trust them not to take advantage of me and do the job at a better than competitive price. They really saved my behind today and Ill never forget that. Really in all actuality, they deserve a seven star rating. No joke.

They sold a new battery, and gave us a connector for it. It does everything a Les Schwab promises, which means a large are for tires. The staff was courteous and chatted with me about various phone ringers.I enjoyed my visit, but thats to be expected.

Extremely disappointed. I was told a tire change would take ONLY 3 hours if I waited, which I did. 4 1/3 hours latter I saw they had not started on my truck. I ask why they said, the morning was busy with vehicles from the night before. But they knew that when I came in! Look I understand they are busy but they need to do a better job of giving accurate info to THIER clients. And if they are late, NO NOT give me a routine lame excuse after I plan my day around THIER timetable. I left, tired are still not done. Perhaps the Spokane locations will be more considerate of my time.

Ive had many issues with a different Les Schwab in Montana but this location has always treated me well and helped me give Les Schwab another chance

They were busy, I took a tire that had a blowout, it was still under warranty so I got some credit and a new tire and got back on the road in 2 hours.

Very well recommend they try their hardest to keep there costumers satisfied. They did a wonderful job in getting me in when they were very busy they are very friendly and kind highly recommend people to go here

The people that work here are awesome to deal with when having any tire or wheel issues. Sparky is the model employee Les Schwab could only hope to duplicate at other stores. Kyle helped me with a valve stem issue and Daniel helped me get checked in, both of these people showed utmost respect for their work and provided excellent customer service.

As always Les Schwab employees are efficient, knowledgable and always friendly. They are always my first choice for all the products and services they offer. I feel there prices are a bit higher than there competitors but there customer service cannot be beat EVER!!!

They are wonderful. I got a screw in a good tire and Dave Smith said it was not repairable. Funny cas Les Schwab fixed it. It,s fiNe.They saved me 120$.I hear it changed hands. I think we have taken our cars here maybe 3 or 4 times and actually have only been charged for the oil change. They have fixed our tires on multiple occasions. I was once quoted $1200 for new tires for my car and was told I needed them changed now (from the dealership), brought my car in to Les Schwab for a quote, and they told me I didnt need new tires and showed me what to look for. All without charging me. Very professional and one of the few places I have felt is fair and doesnt try to get every penny out of their customers.

Ive been to this Les Schwab multiple times, once for a free flat tire repair and again for new winter tires. Theyre always fast, efficient, and nothing less than kind.

Showed up without notice in my semi and needed 8 new drive tires. Service writer met me at my truck before I was even out of it. Got me pulled into a bay and started working for me. Brought one of the hardest working kids I’ve ever seen with him “Justin” who has been literally running, sweating and hand busting tires to get me going. Seriously blown away with the work ethic that you don’t see much anymore. Thank you les Schwab. You all rock.

We brought our van in early in the morning trying to get two tires changed, and they were a little busy and quoted us 3 hours, 2 and 1/2 hours later they tell us that they cant start on our cars for another 2 hours. Thanks Les Schwab for lying to us. Do not bring your car here unless you like waiting around ALL day in the hot sun.

Theyve been helpful and professional, Im gratefulEdit: got a flat farther away from home, but I got a free tire patch from the manager, and they even put it back on quickly! 5 minutes and I was back on the road, NOT late for my appointment :D

I cannot compliment them enough. I purchased tires from them and moved out of town a few months later with the closest Le Schwab 200 miles away. They still managed to work out a warranty exchange for me. They could have very easily told me I was stuck but they cared more about taking care of their customers than anything else. I wish they had a location where I am now. The tires were top notch as well and priced competitively. Thank you guys!!

I highly recommend Les Schwab! My car battery died on a Monday evening, and I needed it fixed ASAP as I had work the next morning. Les Schwab was the only place in Cheney that could install my battery on such short notice! Daniel was great and walked me through the entire process and was super nice throughout! Best place for tires and car issues, friendly service and super accommodating!

Had a flat, the tire was totally ruined so the warranty shouldnt have covered it but they replaced it free of charge anyway because it was my first time :)

I dont have enough good things to say about this location. I blew a tire on the freeway and the car was not equipped with a spare so they sent a service truck which arrived very quickly and they fixed the flat and took me to there shop, which was very clean, and replaced a second tire all in record time. To top that off everybody was extremely friendly

By far the best les schwab around Spokane County they CARE about there customers and our needs, They dont want to even try to put people in a rough patch they help and problem solve until a solution is found even being clear in Deer Park I will always drive back to the Cheney location over any of them!!

Honestly Cheney Les Schwab is my favorite of the company in the surrounding Spokane area. They knew what they were talking about, and walked me around my car actually pointing out to me everything that was wrong.I have had 4 flats in the last 2 months and the staff here have been so helpful repairing my tires for me. Today I ended up replacing all 4 tires and getting an alignment. Was given a great warranty and a large discount for doing it all at once plus military.

Great customer service made us ok with the fact that Cheney had technical issues with their electronics & Airway Hts store took care of problem despite having issues with their gadget as well!

Les Schwab in Cheney, WA was AMAZING. Started telling the tech how much bad luck weve had with flats lately. He felt sympathy for my family and did the mount and balance for FREE. That meant ALOT and they just earned my future business for any of my tire needs. Thanks again Cheney Les Schwab, for doing some GOOD in this community.

Took 6 hours today to put on two used tires. Should of been under warranty they did not give us new tires just used when we pay twice the amount. I did rotate them they was all bold. They just dont make tries like they use too. Not happy!

If I could give a zero I would. I’m not the kind of person to leave a bad review. But these guys had my car for 5 days, they were supposed to find a new wheel for my car. Not once did they call me for updates or to ask what I wanted to do. When I spoke to them about my wheel on the third day they said they’d only made 4 calls to find it. So I ended up calling 2 places and had a wheel in less than 3 hours. I leave my car there for an alignment. Call to check on it. They tell me something else is wrong with my car. And they still haven’t done my alignment. The 5th day they’ve had my car I call and they tell me something else is wrong with my car. Why they hadn’t noticed any of these other problems in the days before beats me. I was informed they found this problem the day before yet STILL no one called me to inform me. Very displeased. Ended up leaving with no alignment done and just my wheel put on after 5 days. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Driving home one night my tire blew. Had my car towed to Les Schwab and called them in the morning. Not only did they get me in quick but got me back on the road quickly as well. They were friendly, helpful and made me appreciate what they did for me ! They rock !

Their service is always very professional - theyre quick to answer questions honestly, and I never feel like Im being given a push to spend money needlessly. Its great to have a place like this here in Cheney, and the fact that they treat me so well on visits where I dont spend a dime reinforces for me that Ill be coming to them when I know it is time to drop money on new tires, etc.

I went in at 8:00am today to get one tire put on a rim and mount and balanced they wanted 25.00$ to do this a job that takes no more then ten minutes, and on top of that he said it would take a while for them to do it. When i asked how long a while would be his response was well do you need it done today i was like ya im only standing in front of your store waiting for you to open. Then thats when i asked him how much it was going 2 cost he told me 25$... Blown away by the REDICULUSE price i left and will never do any business there EVER i have never paid over 15$ for what i wanted done most places charge 10$. The one time i paid 15 was because it was an emergency and needed it done right away... Just way over priced and extreamly slow service taking advantage of people up here in Cheney. Shame on you Les Schwab!

I really received fantastic service when I was here. I would highly recommend. The guys were so helpful, and even though it was a busy time for them, they got it done. I know they stay late certain days to get everybodys tires on! Fantastic

Was going to ask if I would go in early tomorrow morning if I could get my snow tires switched which they are already on rims as well.

Left my car here from 11-7. When I picked up my car it was dark and it honestly didnt even cross my mind to check the tires. The next morning I realize they never even switched the tires, my studs were still sitting in the back of my car. It was charged to my account, when I called they said there was miscommunication, the tires were faulty and could not be placed on the car. They then credited my account. They are nice here, but always very slow.

The one hour estimated time took two. My new shocks were recommended to be replaced. Im only going to the Broadway Schwabs from now on.

The people who work here are so sweet and considerate. I had a noise coming from under my car and even though they werent sure they could service it, they took a look anyway. I will absolutely go here again anytime I need tires, an alignment, or my brakes checked and I recommend you do the same!

Had a flat, dropped off my car at 11:00 , said it would be 2 hrs. Called at 4:00 said there were 25 cars ahead of us ,it’s 6:30 pm...still no word back. I realize snow tires are coming off , but what about emergency’s? Stranded.

Always great service. But almost always busy. Plan your time ahead. Recently, my daughter had a flat, drove the car some on the flat and ruined the tire. Was covered by the warranty in Seattle! Perfect. Ive come to no one else since moving to Cheney 8 years ago. Before that I was loyal to the one in Colville. All great service.

The service is great, I love having people run to open the door for me hahaha, I always forget they do that! They only have one terminal open for oil changes and stuff which is kind of a bummer, but the staff were honest about how long waiting would take, I appreciate that!

These guys are amazing the took great care of my mother in law. Also went the extra mile and did a full check of her car an noticed an issue that is an easy miss but can be a big problem. Great job guys.

Very disappointed with my experience. I went in with one tire that had low air pressure but left with 4 tires with low tire pressure. I left with more problems then with what I went for initially. They didn’t even fix the tire that had low air pressure. I had to go somewhere else where they actually know what they are doing and now it’s fixed. Just because it was free doesn’t mean it’s worth it.I do not recommend. Save your money, time and car!

Ive been to numerous Les Schwab locations and found this one to be on point with the others. I have always been greeted respectfully and helped in a timely manner. I had the front end of my wifes car worked on and aligned, after we left it worked great! All of the vibration in the steering wheel was gone and the car handled wonderfully. We go there at the change of seasons to have our winters replaced with the summers and vice-versa.

I had a blow out on my boat trailer in Cheney two days ago. I was not able to break loose the lug nuts on my wheel. I went down to Les Schwab and they sent a truck down to where my trailer located. The truck had an air ratchet and the mechanic was able to loosen the lug nuts. Les Schwab sold me a new tire and a wheel as the old wheel was rusted and distorted. The tire on the other side was old so I had them replace that wheel and tire. It so happened that the wheel bearings were extremely worn so they replaced the bearings. Im safe to go down the road. Sparky at Les Schwab took very good care of me. Great serviceThanks

I needed two new front tires. They helped me out, and got them put on quickly. However, when I was checking out, one of the gentlemen told me I was going to need some maintenance, i.e. hub replacements on both sides of my car. Estimate = $1100. The cost is really for the parts, not for the service. You should get this done soon.I was really bummed out until I got a second opinion. The second opinion being at Daves auto in Cheney. I got one side replaced for 310 bucks. I was told my other side looked pristine, and didnt need any replacement.Long story short, I will never trust the mechanical opinion of the Cheney Les Schwab. I will only get my tires there. I saved 800 bucks by going through with their horrible estimate/ recommendation.

I have had nothing but bad luck with this place. They cut a brake line in my wifes car, left the oil cap off my car and dented the frame on my work vehicle. I did get one free oil change. Not sure if it was worth loosing my car..

I went in to get my tires switched from winter to summer and pick out rims. I felt comfortable enough to go in without my husband there because the guys talked to me like a real person and explained things in a non-condescending way. They went out of their way to get me the rims I wanted to check out and then put them up on the car while I decided. And all of this after closing time! They made me fresh popcorn and coffee while I waited. Couldnt ask for a better experience.

I have been a long time customer, and will probably continue to be, but come on guys! I was given a 45 min wait to fix a tire with a nail. An hour and a half later when they finally bring it into a bay, my wife notices them taking off the wrong tire. Really??? Had to step out and correct them.

We here at F & T Transport cant say enough to share what we call OUR Les Schwab. We have been to other Les Schwab places and never got the service or have been treated great. Whenever we come in wether it be our Freightliner Dodge or our daughters car were very pleased with the quality of work thats been given. One last thing our daughter had a flat some months and sitting in the Yokes parking lot Sparky came and fixed it for her and I think it was a Sunday and that was awesome. Seems to me, the guys at the Cheney Les Schwab are in the business of ripping off out of town students. My girlfriend and I went in to get our snow tires changed and we were told our brakes had less than 2 mm left on the break pads and it was urgent we get them changed. We didnt as I hadnt noticed the breaks having any issues. Went to the West side of the state to our regular Schwab and had THEM look into the breaks, they told us they were fine and recommended they be changed in 6 months.Ripoff alert.

Les Schwab has always been there for me. I blew out a tire on the freeway and found out that I needed all new tires!!They set up my account, and got me going. $50/month when youre a single mom is better than $500 up front!!! They never asked too many questions, and always got me out of there as fast as possible.They showed me all of my options, and were kind enough to explain the differences to me.Now that Im in a relationship years later, we had another situation that required immediate tire replacement. Les Schwab was right there and got us on our way in less than an hour!!!Theyre the only tire store I go to now, and the staff is always friendly.Thanks for being there when we need you!!

Slow, took 4 hours when they said it would be one. Not very good customer service. Treated me as if I knew nothing about my vehicle. I only went because I needed a flat replaced, but I will not be going back. Id recommend not going to the Cheney location, its worth the drive to Spokane.

Taking my car in to get my winter tires swapped to all season tires has been a long, frustrating process (due to issues with my car). But shout out to Neil for his enduring patience, kindness, and commitment. The troubles were well worth it, and in the end, I really felt like I was taken care of and I left with much more than I asked or even paid for. The people there are really nice and easy to communicate with. Thank you guys for your awesome service; even when I had a hard time concealing my frustration. I really appreciate everything, and I recommend les schwab in Cheney, WA for those needing car services.

Drove up from Yakima to put on my daughters snow tires and one was flat. Dropped off at Les Schwab to get repaired and was told it would be 30-40 minutes. I politely impressed upon them it was important as I had to get it done and get back on the road for my 3 hour trip home. Went to lunch and returned for the tire and it was still untouched. This was an hour and half since the drop off. Employee told me to bolt the other three on and have her run the car in and they would have the flat fixed and bolt it on for her. 15 minutes later they called saying the tire was fixed so she ran the car down there and sat for another 1:20 for them to bolt on one tire and wheel. No charge for the repair which is appreciated but the total lack of urgency on a very simple repair and the total amount of time wasted was certainly not appreciated.

Never in 40 yrs of buying tires at Les Schwab all over went in to Cheney 6 months ago and bought 1200.00 $ worth of tires for the car , today had a nail in my tire went in no one in waiting room one lady behind counter barley looks up - what can I do dor you - I have a nail in my tire well we’re busy come back after 5 that’s it didn’t look me up on computer or care that it was on the car ! Airway Heights les Schwab jumped up looke me up new who I was 10 mins later car tire fixed. Cheney at least get out of your chair and act like you care. Oh and am not returning Cheney.
