As a print shop, it’s alright. I wouldn’t go here again for mailing things again.

This store is invaluable for the holidays and gift giving. A central place that uses most shipping carriers UPS, USPS, FedEx. Also rents personal mail boxes. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, willing to go the extra mile in order to make your packages safe for transit. It also carries lots of unique knickknacks that are useful for gifts.

Left Copy Junction in Cheney very disappointed! The service at Airway Heights has been awesome so I figure Ill try this one. I waited 30-40mins in line to get a notary and was turned away because there were other customers in line. How is this right? I waited for my turn and was turned away because there were others waiting in line. If you offer the service and it is my turn, please take care of it or don’t offer the service at all! It is such a time waster for a person to wait and wait to get seen then turned away in front of everybody. All in all, one hour wasted of my life.

Will be careful, they dont have equipment for UPS delivery with QR code. Dont spend time to visit here.

Great for copies, shipping and finding cute little locally-made trinkets. Staff has always been friendly and helpful.

I brought 8 glass frames in for packing and shipping and received excellent customer service from finding the appropriate boxes and carefully wrapping each one and helping with the best price and shipping service to get my packages to family all over the country in time for Christmas. Usually I don’t have any problems with customer service or service provided. I tend to be in and out without a problem. Today I went to mail an Amazon package back and the woman working charged me .25 cents for the used packaging. I thought this was strange because every other time I go in to mail Amazon returns they give me a box for no charge. She did not offer any statement except that they don’t do that??

Great and friendly staff, always there to help answer any questions. I am especially glad that they offer Amazon returns, it keeps me from driving all the way to Spokane. Thanks for the convenience Roger!!!

Honestly, at first, the staff was nice, however, as the year progressed their customer service diminished. One day (Tue, Mar.3), I came in and they wouldnt accept my USPS package. I would have usually blown the situation off and accepted maybe the package wasnt okay, however, USPS drop off offices in Spokane accepted the same packages for months untill I moved. My next thought was maybe a policy has changed. I drove down to Spokane to test this issue and they shipped it off, no questions asked. Copy Junction is too small town for me. Too much questions in your personal space. Not a fan, anymore.

Everybody there has AWESOME customer service. Except for the old guy with grey hair. Been here multiple times and always experienced poor service from him. I will stop coming here and go to post office from now on. It’s not hard to act like you are enjoying your job around guest. Looking through other reviews, I believe his name is roger, if it means anything.

Afraid to ship water base glycol sample because they were unsure of what they can and can’t ship. Quick to turn my business away. Must be nice.

I have always been treated well here. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, as they can get busy, but service is always high quality. You can get all sorts of services here: passport photos, one-of-a-kind greeting cards, shipping and mailing, notary and many other services. Cant go wrong here!

Copy junction is like the post office on steroids. The staff here aren’t old and ready to be retired. They do their jobs quick, don’t judge you, and they’re just so much more open and inviting.

I just left Copy Junction, and feel so much better about my morning! I was feeling very frustrated with a company I needed to send a few returns to, and Roger was very nice and calmed me. He assisted me with packaging everything up and we got everything squared away. I’m very happy with the customer service today.

They were mocking other customers in front of me. In addition the older man was incredibly rude to me when I wasnt entirely sure about one of the deals they were offering. While the overall experience was irritating and dragged out, the other employees were very nice and helpful.

Helpful but busy location. Dont expect to stand there and be helped because staff seem to have their hands full all the time. Was easily able to pick-up and drop-off packages with no issues!

Was a regular customer here until yesterday. The manager Roger said I looked like I’ve gained a lot of weight three different times. Not sure if he was intending to be rude but it was very offensive- nobody should ever make comments about another’s weight or size. Ever. I will never go back.

Fantastic store for all of your shipping needs! Im very glad that Copy Junction is in Cheney because there is nowhere else Id go to get great service in an all in one stop. Easy drop off and handling of USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.

Went in to ship a UPS package and asked a simple question about the shipping label. The employee answered in a extremely condescending way and acted like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. Driving 30 minutes to spokane to ship a package would be a more pleasant experience than going here again

I have been to this shop several times. I am usually ignored when I enter. I then progress to the counter and still do not receive any acknowledgement. This is the case with all the employees. I dont know how they stay in business.

Dont understand bad reviews, went in and they were very helpful. Happy that theres someone in Cheney to take care of all my shipping needs

Terrible terrible terrible service. Waited for 25 minutes to get a notary signed. Took them 5 minutes to get any help sort of help and was ignored for any other 20. Everyone who seems to work there is rude, especially Roger. Charged me 3 dollars to scan a set of documents and email them to myself after that. What a rip off.

One of the workers in there, I believe it is the manager or owner, is extremely rude. Every time we ha e been in this guy has just been a jerk to everyone. I dont appreciate that treatment or watching it dealt out to others. After a few visits, I will no longer be bringing my business here.
