My PC lost power, I called Steven and he was at my house in 20 minutes and had the problem diagnosed in another 10. Had some trouble getting the correct replacement part, but he was open and honest about everything and gave me a great price.

I took my 16 GB ram gaming laptop to get my mouse pad and battery replaced. Took over a week to fix and when I got back it was running an 8gb ram. Not sure if he either stole my 16gb ram or mistakenly put an 8gb. I wont do repeat business with that type of service.

I dont write many reviews, but when I learned about the 1-stars I had to speak up. Steve has been doing good work for me for the past six years. He is my go-to guy when something doesnt work. He knows his stuff, is never too busy to respond & help the same day, and gets things right the first time. His prices are more than fair. I have referred friends to him and will continue to do so. I hate when people who dont know how to build computers build them.An actual quote from this guy.I called today looking for help because after all my research putting these parts together (this is my fourth gaming pc I just hit a little hiccup) and this guy was NOT having it. Immediately when I called he was upset and demanding me to tell him every single part, basically making fun of me the entire call, i went to look up documentation for my pc to make sure of a part i had and he hung up on me in the 30 seconds I was away from the phone.Im gonna try geek squad or talk to EWU if theyll help me this guy is just mean and probably ripping people off since he seems to not know what he is talking about and expects his customers to practically fix the problem themselves, this guy and his company are rude and DO NOT GO HERE.

Steve picked up my computer on the day after Christmas and then retuned it with a new screen 2 days later! Oh, and the price was less than what I was quoted at a repair place in Spokane. Im very happy with the service... Thank you

Taylor Computing is the best computer repair in Spokane. Steve Taylor was honest, didnt charge me for things I didnt need, very knowledgable, professional, quick, and very nice. He does business and personal computing (computers, laptops, etc.). He was very communicative, giving me time and money estimates, and even texted me a picture of the inside of the laptop (which was cool to see). I had a problem with my dell laptop and he was able to repair quickly and cheaply. He can also work on Apple products for those you cant make it to an Apple store. My experience was beyond wonderful. I even met his lovely wife. Dont take your electronics to Best Buy, take it here. I cant recommend this business highly enough. Wonderful people.
