I entered my tracking number at USPS.com and it said my package was delivered to me on 7/13 @ 9:55 am., which it was not... Then they sent me to the Chelsea P.Office who was the responsible party for the delivery of my mail.. They said they would get back to me ASAP, that has not happened!!! Im out of patience as well as a lot of money..

While visiting this post office, I came in with the not-so-easy request of renewing my passport and changing my name because the first time I had done it, an error was committed on my part.Lisa and Cierra, were amazingly helpful. They went above and beyond to help me understand the additional steps of what had to be done so that my passport renewal would be processed appropriately. Not only did they help me, they were understanding and told me to get the paperwork together and they would still help me even though it would be way past the appointment time I had reserved.In addition, the whole time I was here, I saw the staff interact with a population of diverse customers, many for which English wasnt their first language. Even then, the cultural competency, patience, and support they provided was unmatched. This location is manned by an amazing crew of individuals that are not praised enough.

They never picked up the phone yesterday or today. I literally called them through out the whole day and different times. Nothing was answered. I have issues with a package and I cant resolve them if they dont assist me. Worst post office ever.

Costumer service are terrible. I just called them to see if my package was there, and told them about my problem and I asked some questions to make sure i got the information all correct,they just gave me attitude. Instead being polite, they give attitude to their costumers trying to get help. I went their in person, and asked them a question about my package, they didnt bother to look for my package. They just give me an address that wasnt my local post office, and told me its there.

I had a good experience at this location. I found the employees to be helpful and reasonably efficient. The wait time was about 10 min on a Saturday afternoon. Obviously, the prices are far cheaper than UPS or FedEx.

I have been in many post offices and all of them are much better than Chelsea post office. I went there on Friday 09/14/18 the man who helped us was rude not professional. Not smile, they look like they doesnt like their job. Poor customer service. They treat people of color and Spanish people different. However is incharge of this place really need to put more attention. Because they CANT BE RACIST

They never pick up the phone! Ive had a package that was supposed to get delivered at a certain date, and it has been 6 days and the package still has not gone out for re-delivery. This is why we dont do business with USPS... THEY ARE YEARS BEHIND IN LOGISTICS! DECADES I SHOULD SAY.

I have never had a bad experience here, but I have noticed some people that work here treat people who speak a foreign language or who are of color poorly. There is one woman who is great though and she usually works during the day.

The only reason this place is even getting one star is because, I have too in order to submit a review. This place is Literally the worst postal office Ive ever encountered. This place should either get shut down or get new employees that actually know what theyre doing not the idiots that they have working there.

Rarely do I leave reviews. But the service at this branch is so poor that it demeans the already embattled reputation of the USPS such that I, a 30-year-old man, will never choose it as a courier service again.The Cleveland Browns put up a stronger showing in 2017 than did this post office.

Its been a week that i have not recieved my mail and this is not the first time i have had this issue. I called to speak to someone who claimed they could not help me and told me to call back the next day. I have called several times and no one answers and it says they are open until 5pm. I also called the 1800 number and it says the wait time is 50 minutes. That is ridiculous. Im upset because i have important documents that should have been here days ago. So now because someone is not doing their job i have to wait over the weekend to go out of my way to go to the office to complain..

Terrible.. it goes beyond customer service.. if you want your package delivered on time this is the last place you want to go to. I sent a SMALL box from Boston to New York City on December 2nd.... I tracked it today (Dec 11th) and it said its just leaving Boston. Mind you the estimated delivery date was December 5th.. they must have sat on the box for 9 days and did nothing. DONT GO HERE!!!

Very bad costumer service. I went once an wont go again. Mean, uninformed people, some act as I must know Spanish to be payed any attention... very slow... Barked at me to go in line, as there were two lines going on ordering me to go at the end of the other line....The women was looking at me as if she is frustrated that I am there not to mention the way she replays when asked a question.... I think she was the manager on shift as the other women behind the counter was afraid to say a word.

This the most incompetent post office I have ever had to use ! I had a PO Box here and they need to refund my money for the terrible mail service ! The most headache of getting your mail is here at this place ! Never again. The staff is rude as hell for no apparent reason! Waiting in line is one thing but dealing with a rude customer service is the icing on the cake after standing in line for 30 mins bc their staff openly disappears durning working hours . I know bc the only lonely worker left to serve 10 plus people is standing there lost and dont know where the other work is! Just sad ! Then by treat you like your an inconvenience to the mailing process all bc you ask for clarification. Like the other reviews said they are VERY prejudice!

A man who answered the phone was very RUDE. Woukdnt let me get rmtwi words in. I had a package that was there oct 5th that was suppose to be forwarded to everett bcus i moved. I askd y my email said unbelievable there response was the guy working thst day didnt kno what hecwas doing? It went to providence then to boston now says its back in chelsea at post office i wanted to see if i can just pick up my package in person i been waiting two weeks. The man wouldnt let me talk at all said what city is your mail going to i said well everett but then he read me some other number real fast an hung up. Are you kidden me?? Unbelievable!!!!
