One of the cleanest laundrymats Ive ever been to and my favorite one by far. The workers are always cleaning the floor and emptying the trash barrels, theyre also very friendly and kind. If you have a problem with a machine they will always help you. One time I bought a laundry bag from their vending machine and I didnt like the color I got and they let me switch it! Open late, and on weekends. Lots of different size machines all different prices if you dont want to spend too much or have an extra small, or extra large load. I cant say enough good things.

I definitely need to speak to the manager regarding one of the rude workers in this place. 3/28 two of the are working a girl who’s nice and a guy who’s very mean & unhelpful. This is absolutely my last time in this place, unless the manager contacts me to discuss & resolve.

I love this laundromat. I come there to wash every week. There are many washing machine and clothes dryer in there. The place is always cleaned by its employees. And Im sure that its employees are very kind and friendly, especially the man, I do not know his name but I usually see him when I come.

Its definitely well kept! The staff is always cleaning all areas of the laundromat, washers and dryers are maintained and they have signs reminding everyone to use a mask. The only thing is some customers dont have common sense and still attend the laundromat while presenting cough and other flu-like symptoms. Otherwise, its a great place to do laundry.

Yeah did about 6 loads of clothes and it was no people there and I finished 1h and 45min. Beautiful place to do laundry.

Very friendly staff. However I have never done laundry here. Funny right? Well its a little known fact that if you need to use a fax machine you can use theirs 📠 The nice people behind the desk will do it....for free.🤯

Probably the best laundromat in Chelsea. Modern washing machines and dryers. Free ride... You call, they come to your house, help load your laundry in their can, transport you for free to their laundromat. When you are done....same thing...wow.

This laundry mat was okay... But its terrible and I will not be a customer any longer.My washer did not work with hot water that I paid for. I told the lady at the service desk and she just changed the water temperature from hot water to cold water and just walked away. By this time, the washer was on the rinse cycle and no longer the wash cycle. I asked a guy who was working if they were going to pay for my clothes to be rewashed and he ignored me several times of me speaking directly at him. I went to the service desk and I asked her to credit me for the wash or pay for me to re-wash my clothes. The response was well its working now. Yes on cold but I paid for hot water and the washer is on a rinse cycle not a wash cycle. I spent ten minutes fighting with the service desk until they finally paid for my clothes to be re washed. The lady at the desk was very rude and resisted giving me a manager or contact information. There is way to many laundry mats to continue business here.

Washers and dryers are great. Like to go early morning to have a table to fold on. Gets busy on weekends. Customer service is great

A lot of dryer do not work. And some staff get mad if we tell them.

So rude staff. I asked one of them politely can i have the key for the restroom? He answered without even looking at me with two words that no body can understand. Then i went to his colleague she told me that u can ask that guy then he came to me telling me: dont do that next time. I was like 😱 dont do what??? He said dont ask after i have told uThen i went to the girl i was asking to ask her about the manager so i can complain she said no English after she was talking to me in english a minute ago.I went to my car for 5 minutes and came back to the machines i am using to find them on cold after i put them on warm and hot. So imagine how good the service is 😡

Avoid this place. I tried to put 5 bucks on my card but it didnt work. The person on duty would only refund me one buck. Go to T and H laundromat down the street.

Cleanliness and maintenance are not the same as they use to be. Many of the washing machines are either out of service or not working properly.

Dryers need to be fixed, was a regular customer and last time I did my laundry the washing machine I was using broke and they didnt take responsibility and had to put my own money again to use another machine.THIEVES!

They never have hot water to wash and sometimes not even cold water (the washing goes dry), for about 9 months to a year, they have that drawback, the owner simply is not interested in investing in his business, he only wants income.
