Place has been around for a long time. The people who work here dont leave. There is two ways , THE EAGLE WAY, and the other way. No nonsense freight house. Be prepared to have thick skin at window because they are better than you. Just sayn. But there is no favoritism! If your freight is in you will wait in line and get. I like that.

Have a 8am puGot told come back at 9am .Very rude . Walked in he asked 1 question I told Im here pu freight was told to come back at 9am. Did ask to see anything else. Very rude on how he said it as he was walking away . Will not come back. Very disappointing.

IN MY 12 YEARS IN TRUCKING THIS COMPANY MAKE THE TOP ONE ON MY LIST, WORKED HERE FOR ALMOST 6 YEARS AND IT WAS ONE OF MY GREATEST EXPERIENCE IN THE TRUCKING INDUSTRY BY FAR THAT PERIOD OF TIME THOUGH ME SO MUCH, VERY PROFESSIONAL STAFF, RESPECTFUL,FAMILY ORIENTED, TREAT PEOPLE FAIRLY WICH IT MAKES AN EXCELLENT WORK ENVIROMENT FOR THEIR EMPLOYESS. BIG SHOT OUT TO DAVE AND JIM OBRIEN THE OWNERS VERY GOOD PEOPLES. WELL RECOMMEDED

Horrible customer service. Receiver Spanish girl very rude , unprofessional, I dont understand how this place still on business. Hate coming here just because how bad they are.If you are a truck driver and y you are doing a pick up here be real pacient they will treat you like trash everyone here has an attitude .eagle employees if you dont like your JOB QUIT AND go somewhere else dont transfer your frustrations to drivers.

Very busy place

These people go out of their way to do everything they can to hold your freight hostage in order to rack up charges. I paid multiple invoices from them expecting that everything had been paid so I could pick up, and each time my trucking company showed to receive the freight, they were told that there were additional fees that I still hadnt paid. My trucking company has given up trying to pick this up.

Please drivers over the road careful with the Spanish lady at checking always with an attitude problem and will make your life a living hell be prepared to argue a battle that you not gonna win
