This is by far 1 of the best small businesses around. These days everyone will try to sell you everything but when you actually need help they are nowhere to be found or you sit on hold for hours only to get transferred around from 1 department to another and never actually receive help. With Gorman they take the time to answer your questions and provide you with the assistance that you need. They always take care of you even if it doesn’t involve new business. To them it always seems like they value every client the same way not just a new 1. I needed a copy of My insurance binder last week and I had it in minutes. Gorman Insurance is the best agency Ive ever had - by far. Being a long time customer (I switched when I moved to Chelsea 5 years ago), I have grown to love their staff and prompt responsiveness. At anytime during the year if I have questions about my policy or need to add coverage, Carlos always answers right away and gives me the most straightforward and honest answer. Ive had my share of experience with different agencies in the past but this one is a true standout and I dont have to worry about them trying to sell me. They handle their business and clients with care and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family without hesitation.

Gorman Insurance is the best insurance agency l have ever used. I was unhappy with my prior agency and made the switch over 8 years ago. Make sure you think before doing any businesses with this Gorman in Chelsea. They are very rude, put people on hold for a long time when they dont want to talk to you. If you go there personally they give you an attitude. Ive never seen so many incompetent people in the same company! Run from them! There are lots of companies around that cares about their customers, this one is NOT the case.

I have been a lime customer Gorman insurance and I have always been a satisfied customer but I never truly appreciated them until I temporarily moved to Rhode Island and had to use another agency. I had taken for granted how helpful Gorman is, anytime I have a question they have always answered it. My car was hit a couple times when it was parked and I was not in the car and no notes were left and they were there to have my back. In the 6 months with the other agency I had billing issues, problems with coverage and when a rock hit my windshield that company made me feel like it was my fault and did not help. Gorman makes insurance a thing I don’t have to worry about. Anyone that I know uses them for insurance and they all are happy they do.
