It’s a great place and a state of the art dermatology center for clinical and cosmetic dermatology procedure. Dr, Khatri is a Harvard trained pioneer of laser surgery. I had very many procedures including cool sculpting. Now need a blepharoplasty and excited to be taken care by Dr. Khatri and his well trained and experienced team

SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL! I will never schedule here again! I called two weeks in advance to schedule an appointment and even left work early for a consultation. The day before the consultation I never received a call to confirm my appointment. I called to let them know I would be running late, and BOTH front desks who picked up the phone were extremely rude and sounded like they hated their lives/job. After 30 minutes of trying to find the place by the lady’s directions, they canceled my appointment. I drove an hour to get to the place and was never even seen. Terrible place wouldn’t recommend to anyone! 👎👎👎🚮🚮🚮

Going to this place was one of of the biggest mistakes of my life. Back in 2016 I had a scar removed on my left knee due to a rollerblading accident when I was a teenager. I remember my consultation with dr.Khatri was very quick and he had me in and out (which should have been a warning sign) but I was so excited to have my ugly scar removed I had been living with for years I agreed to have the surgery done with him without doing all of my research on this place.After the scar was removed i noticed my skin was very red and it looked like a huge wound but I thought it was just healing. When it was time to get my stitches out and he took the bandage off I was so upset because my scar looked even worse than before. Dr.k assured me it was “just healing” and sent me on my merry way but I knew deep down there was something wrong. I made a Third appt with him a few weeks later to tell him it’s not healing right and when he saw me again he told me the same thing the first time he saw me. I was extremely annoyed and I felt betrayed because he kept underplaying how much worse my scar actually looked. It was so ugly and red and the skin looked like it was almost not attached. Again he told me “it’s fine.” I tried to remain hopeful but a few months later I made an appt with a different doctor and he told me I developed keloids all along the incision (something I knew was happening the whole time that dr.k would never admit). I have never ever in my life have developed keloids anywhere and I have had my fair share of cuts, scrapes and stitches throughout my life.I ended up seeing my new doctor to have cortisone shots in the wound to try and reduce the size of the keloid. Eventually dr.ks office tried to bribe me to come back to them so they could try and “fix” it but I wouldn’t even step foot in that place again even if it was free. It’s been three years now and I’m still living with this huge ugly thing on my knee thanks to this “doctor.” I wish I never got my scar removed at this place. I wish I had my old scar back. Now when people ask me what happened to my knee I just have a boring old story of how I got botched. I would have been happier and would have been 500+ dollars richer.
