I recently had to get myself a new phone and I went to the corporate office of Verizon in Nashua NH and I was treated so rudely and dismissed when the sales clerk realized I was not going to buy a thousand dollar phone. I was so upset that I was thinking of changing providers...but being with Verizon for 16 years I thought I would try another store and I came to the Verizon wireless zone in Chelmsford and met Chelsea!!! If I had my own company I would do anything i could to have her work for me because her customer service is so rare in todays world..she went above and beyond in helping a 67 year old lady with her new phone and any help I needed to setting it up.. I cant say enough about her but that she is a beautiful human and bravo to whoever hired her!

Very great service I can’t remember the employees name but I remembered he was a Vikings fan and he was very nice and he helped me and my mom get 2 new phones and had a great conversation about snowboarding and he told us that we should watch a snowboarding movie witch turned out to be a great movie and it was a very busy day for him to he was the only one in there and there were probably 6 other people in there at once to 10/10 service

I don’t go to the Verizon store up in Lowell often, but service was really well/good anyways. Sarah helped me and my father in getting him a new phone, new line with an old number which was really appreciated and just did most of the work to get it ready. Thank you Verizon and Sarah 🙂

The own manager here is a con artist. Wont tell you about any hidden fee’s quote on quote “unless u ask” Grown man has to screw over a 22 year old after returning a device because he lost his commission. Returning anything all you will hear is them talking about them losing their commission. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.... especially if the manager likes to screw over 22 year olds because he lost a little money over a customer not wanting the device anymore ..... sad Ive never wrote a review before but I felt its more than necessary for this location.Thank you

Came to the Verizon store in Chelmsford today to get my phone fixed. Sarah was an amazing help with backing up my old phone to iCloud and setting up my new phone. It’s amazing how quickly she got this process done. Wouldn’t have been able to figure it out without her. Highly recommend coming to this store for any questions or concerns. I’m SOO happy!!

The only reason I put star is because google made me,Probably the Verizon store forces it. I went into this location yesterday. Such a mistakes. The female working was so misserable it was unbearable. The other customer making a purchase was much more important than me and what I had wanted to do. This place lost. Customer do to this. I had service since I got a cell phone but now I switched it to another company which took the time for me. I dont know if anybody reads this stuff, but double thumbs down from this guy. In fact I will let my friends and fanily know to.

As soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted with huge smiles. Anthony was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed! I am a Verizon Wireless customer and the other day I had, for me, a dilemma about how to transfer file(s) from the phone to the SD Card because Ive never done it before and needed to free up space on the phone in order to make room for more file(s). So I figured I would stop at Verizon located at 21 Drum Hill Road Chelmsford MA for the technical advice that I needed to be able to complete the task I had. I went into the store, met Sarah Tornstrom, and explained the situation. I mentioned the phone model name and model number and Sarah was able to retrieve instructions for me to follow to complete the process I needed. I am Very Satisfied with the Assistance and Professionalism Provided by Sarah Tornstrom.

I went to the Verizon store on Drumhill road in Chelmsford today with my girlfriend, Mary, to upgrade and replace our outdated Smartphones. We were helped by Karen T., who was extremely professional and thorough. She went above and beyond her job scope and got us hooked up with two, new Samsung A51 Smartphones. She walked us through the set-up process, step by step and ensured that the transfer of all of our data and Apps from our older phones made it to the new phones seamlessly! She also sought out some alternative methods to help save us money on our monthly bill.Karen exemplifies what, Customer service should mean! It was both a pleasure and an honor to have been helped with our purchases, by her. A shout out to Louis for his assistance in getting us past a couple of sticky points in the registration process. It is my personal opinion that Verizon hit the jackpot with these two, outstanding individuals!

Sarah was extremely knowledgeable with all the products and all of the plans and benefits. She certainly made my experience a lot easier and better than Ive had with others in the past. Her and Chris worked well together and when it got busy they were able to handle it with no long wait for anyone. Sarah even brought the liquid glass from the nashua store to the drum hill store for me so I didnt have to go out of my way to get one. She was very friendly and easy to talk to.. sometimes its hard to find that in people that work customer service.

All levels of management unresponsive and unprofessional! Had problems with pre paid penalties and promised activation credits. Called, emailed and drove to the store with no resolution. I DO NOT recommend!!!

Just want to say that Keith Wetherbee just gave me the best experience Ive ever had in a cell phone store. Came in expecting to spend 2 hours setting up my phone and he had me in and out in under 20 minutes, with my phone set up and ready to go, Whit my bill lower and a free tablet. Cant recommend Keith enough!

This is not a corporate Verizon store, they are an authorized dealer. They charge more than Verizon stores and extra fees that normally are free at the Verizon stores. I do not like the staff as they are deceitful and lie.

Dropped Straight Talk and went back to VZ. The pay as you go plan will work best for my usage and now I have reliable customer service at a convenient location. Last night on my way home from work I was stressed out because my phone was not working correctly. I was lucky enough to give the trailer a chance not knowing if it was even open and the young man there reset something and my phone was fine. He also explained I could upgrade and my phone bill would go up only $7 a month So I set an appointment with him for next week when I have more time. (( If this is your favorite VERIZON store like it is mine don’t worry the trailer will be open until they have the new building ready ))
