I brought a white blazer here for dry cleaning. It had some dirt marks on the sleeve and coat front from it raining the night before and getting some dirt on it while wearing. They didn’t even clean the places - and I specifically pointed them out to them when dropping off they said “no problem.” I counted 6 areas (see the pics) that were STILL dirty when I picked it up and they said “best effort”…and still charged me! I would never bring anything here - first and last time using them.

Very good cleaner. I sent my clothes there and they cleaned the stains that other places didnt do. Also very nice people. I like it.

1)I only gave three because I don’t know how the dry cleaning is but DONT COME HERE FOR STITCHING! They charged me around 100$ for two dress stitchings! They will stitch but in a way that you barely recognize the difference from BEFORE AND AFTER.2) I’m Asian as well but please have someone who knows a little English. The lady who stitched our dress could not find the words to say to us because she didn’t know how to say it in English.THIS IS A FREE COUNTRY and you can speak any language but I think you should know a little English to communicate to most people who do speak it . I hope you understand . Sorry if this sounds rude ,but I want to warn others ...thats all

They are kind and polite and do a good job cleaning our clothes. On the downside, they have lost several items which is a huge detractor!

They pay attention to the tags on nice shirts

We love this dry clean because the owner ther very caring for customer and also we think ther do the best dry clean in the ma . I have a drass i token to other dry clean ther can not clean than i went to mr kim and he did we call hem doctor kim

Was charged $14.40 today for dry cleaning of 2 men’s shirts, usually $3 each,shame on me for not checking ticket when I dropped them off, but has always been $3—won’t happen again as I will take my business elsewhere

Lost all my clothes --- go anywhere but hereterrible
