Horrible ..every time I go there its always a different stylist they dont last long here .. I went in recently to get hair cut a woman older woman with long white hair didnt get her name she was not friendly , her demeanor said it all . She was quite rude and I sense some jealousy and prejudice issues ...I asked her to take 2- 3 inches off my hair she didnt listen and took off 5-7 inches off my hair .she then watched while I paid I only gave a $1.00 tip on my card only because it wouldnt allow me to give less , she didnt deserve it .Save yourself the headache and dont come here

It was a pleasant place to go but after two days of doing getting my hair cut I decided to straighten it.. my hair was horribly choppy I wanted layers but it’s so choppy and just so bad I will never go back there again! I will need to regrow a inch or two to fix it. One side is longer then the rest of my hair I just don’t Recomend this place at all. Staff was friendly I will say that!

Made a reservation and arrived on time. When there was told that even though I was on time and had a reservation they were running “a little behind” and had to wait an hour. They had barely been open an hour. When I said that was unacceptable, they had accepted my reservation for that time I was told “well that’s your opinion” after which I left.

Took my 2 young boys there. They both sat very still yet they BOTH got cut by the Clippers from two different stylists. One of them had a decent haircut, the others was horrible. The place was dirty too. Will never go back.

Low key place to have your hair done. I didnt have an appointment and was seen right away. The people seem to be nice and work hard to do exactly what you ask the to do.

My hair stylist Rosa, is great! The staff are all friendly and professional. Its best to make an appointment, at times its very busy. Get on their mailing list for a few bucks off coupon.

Ive never been in there before I had a coupon so I figured Id give it a shot since I just colorer it by myself and had some split ends I walked in I was approached the girls are very friendly I had no problem using my coupon girl that was cutting my hair offered me a few suggestions on how should cut my hair which was very helpful and I let her cut my hair the way she thought it would look nicer overall I was very happy with the service my cut and the kindness of the employees loved my haircut

My sister was told after her haircut that if she didnt like it she could come back in that week to have it fixed. That was a Sunday. They were closing and it was hectic and we too had to get home to get the car to our mom so we left. My sister didnt like it. She knew that kind of immediately, but we didnt have the kind of time or want to inconvience them when they wanted to close. Besides! They had told us we could come back, and itd be fixed. SO almost first thing the next day we pack ourselves back into our car and go there, explain the situation, and their showering us with no no nos and telling us we cant do that and how the haircut that my sister got looks similar to the picture that she showed (it really really didnt, in my opinion, but what do I know?) so now were being faced with having to pay with another haircut, and my sister is literally in tears in the chair because she cant handle confrontation or feeling like this is her fault because she has anxiety. Overall, very negative experience. We were told we could come back and get it fixed free of charge. That was a lie. Im not sure Ill be coming back here any time soon.

Had my kids hair cut, she did a great job.. Definitely will be back, but Only downside is she didnt wash or dry their hair, maybe its extra or they dont do that to kids, idk.. Ive been other places and they do.. thats why I only gave 3 Stars..

It use to be a very nice place a few yrs ago. Now its very dirty, the staff has changed out and the place feels just very sad. My son has gotten 2 very bad hair cuts from here.

This is an anonymous review thats why its from a weird account. I hated my experience. Not to be anti liberal or anything but there was a woman with facial hair whos just bad at haircuts, not because of her facial hair. Shes sassy and acts like she knows what I want for a haircut better than I do. who are you my mom? On top of that, my sideburns are uneven and she didnt even ask how I wanted the back to be she just did it. Im going to Supercuts next time.

Absolutely worst staff! Totally unprofessional!!! They give you an appointment over the phone for a haircut but when you go in and people with no appointments are waiting, they say its company policy that we take walk-ins first even though you have an appointment..only if you have a shampoo+haircut then they will consider else no!!And attribute that to company policy Added to that the lady who spoke to me was extremely rude. They did not even offer an alternative solution to the problem.. I had to cancel and go back! Would never recommend to anyone!!!

UNETHICAL BUSINESS!!!I would give this HORRIBLE place a ZERO star if its possible.First of all, my mom and I came to the salon and asked the lady, her name is Dorathy with 1 year experience working at this salon (I dont even know if this is actually her real name because she lied to me the whole time). I asked her if she could get my moms hair done just like the picture we showed to her. She told us she definitely could do it. I just wanted to make sure my moms hair would look exactly like the picture, so I emphasized my request, and also asked her what if the hair turned out differently. She promised us that my mom could leave the salon only when my mom satisfied with her hair. Then, I asked her how much would it cost for everything (hair correction, full foil highlights, and curl) and she answered it would be $198.00.When Dorathy sat us down, she has the strong smell of cigarettes, she also went outside to smoke during her shift. My mom kept asking me to give her napkins to wipe her forehead and face because Dorathy kept brushing the chemical mixture to my moms face. My moms face even got so many red dots after that.Our first result, my mom hair was really red. I told her the base was totally different from the picture. She told me that after highlighting she would tone my moms hair and it would be okay. Before Dorathy did highlights, I mentioned that my mom wanted to have thick highlights. The second result, my mom hair and her highlights were now turning blonde and we could barely see her highlights. Then, Dorathy started to blame me and my moms hair that she relied on what I told her to fix, and also my mom hair could not get that color since a half part of her hair was dyed before. All I asked was just having the exactly what she saw from the picture I gave, thats all!!! Nothing else!My mom decided not to curl her hair at this salon. She also could not leave with her blonde hair. Dorathy ended up with giving us a new deal that she would fix my moms to darker tone, if my mom still does not like that. We would have to come to the salon next time to dye the hair to BLACK color (which means you can never dye your hair to other colors). She argued with me, then she said nothing she could do about this anymore. I told her that she should have told us from the beginning she could not do that, and we would happily go somewhere else.Her co-worker explained to me the reason why my moms hair couldnt get silver highlights, but yellow highlights because my mom is Asian. What the hell was that?We decided to get out of this hair salon as soon as we could. My mom didnt even curl her hair yet, but the total was $188.00.When I wanted to speak to the manager, Dorathy and her co-worker (Mary) both pointed to Dorathy and said she was a manager here. I told Dorathy that I did not think she was a manager and she would never be a manager everywhere with that attitude and unprofessional customer service. Of course, Dorathy said she was just kidding, she was not, but she could not give me the managers phone number. All she wanted was to let my mom and I leave and never come back to the hair salon again. Yep! That how she solved the problem, and treated her customers.Ridiculous!!! I would definitely not gonna be back there ever again.

Scheduled a time online... came in at my time and was told it would be at least a 45 minute wait even though there were 2 stylists and a total of 2 customers not including me.

I hate this place! Actually i hate the hair stylist that I end up with. Shes an older lady and the whole time she was pushing me to get a color while I just want a haircut and she cant even get that right. I never want to come back here again and you shouldnt either unless u want to regret it like me.
