Hello World, this place was nice to visit looked at a lot of characters. Didnt choose any but to each his own. The knowledge of the carpet man was outstanding. Maybe if I have future projects I might buy a carpet from them have a beautiful and blessed day come check them out yourself. ❤️

I was in a bit of a time crunch remodeling my sons bedroom. One day while riding by Custom Carpet Center on Walden I decided to stop in to get some pricing and some advice on a good carpet for a 10 year olds bedroom that wouldnt cost me too much.Mike was extremely helpful. Not only did he save me time but he also saved me money by making a recommendation that was just right for what I needed.The team that came to install the carpet was quick, efficient, and had great customer service! The entire team at this company worked with me to get this carpet scheduled and installed within a very short period of time and I couldnt be more thankful.Even when there was a hiccup with the scheduling, the lady that answered the phone was extremely pleasant in spite of my sense of urgency.To say that Im a satisfied customer is an understatement.Thanks guys (and gals)!

I looked online and in stores, but Im so glad I went to Custom Carpet. Mike D is a pro and answered all my questions! I purchased the same-day and referred a friend too! I wont go anywhere else for my carpet and flooring needs. THIS PLACE IS THE BEST WITH THE LOWEST PRICES TOO! Make sure to talk to Mike D., hes awesome!!

Salesman Steve was very helpful and professional. I picked a carpet for the master bedroom and flooring for two bathrooms and our kitchen. Steve told me after paying $50 someone would contact me to come to the house to measure. I waited 2 weeks and received no call. I called the Orchard Park office and was told to call Steve, my salesman again. He said I should be called shortly. After another week and a half passed, I stopped and asked for a refund. Steve apologized for the delay. He seemed as frustrated as I did. I have found another flooring store that is much easier to deal with, measuring right away and laying product ASAP. . I feel sorry that Steve lost a sale because the company never sent someone to measure so products could be ordered.NBC person who was suppose to measure never called me.

Custom carpets was great from beginning to end. Steve was very helpful with finding a carpet within my budget and patient with me being indecisive about a color. They installation went great and I love the way it looks on my loft area.

From the start, Manager made sure everything was ready and confirmed installation time and date. Install crew showed up on time and introduced themselves in a friendly and professional manor. Install progressed rapidly and they kept me informed as we went. They cleaned up themselves and left within the estimated time they felt they would need upon arriving and assessing the project. Would highly recommend them.

Went into Walden Avenue location to buy an area rug. I bought the wrong color and without issue was able to swap it out. Also was explained in detail the proper padding that should be used.. mark and Gail were great!!! Thank you for your great service!!

Just had a beautiful new kitchen floor installed and it looks terrific. Manager Mike was very professional and even took the time to come out on his day off to make sure the install went right. Great customer service!

Bought a custom sized remnant and they did a good job. Id give them 5 stars for that.I then spoke with Mack McKinney about getting a smaller mudroom floored and set up an appointment to get an estimate at time of rug purchase. Took a couple weeks to get to my house and since the estimate Mack has not returned one call or email. Its been over one month. I even left Mack a voicemail saying if the job is to small I understand. Still no return call. Id give that experience 0 stars.

I will never use Custom Carpet Centers again! We ordered carpet from them for two rooms being remodeled. They held it in stock for a few months until the remodel was finished. When they brought it to install, it was the wrong color. No one bothered to check if the right carpet had arrived. They reordered the right one, and it is NOT the same carpet we ordered. I know because we kept a sample of the one we selected. It was close enough, so we had them install it. We could wait no longer for the right one again. This is our fifteenth house in three states, and we have never had a poorer installation. Within a few months, air pockets appeared (glued down carpet), and after 12 months the seams are unraveling. We have to put throw rugs over the seamed areas. Thankfully, we are building a new house and have found a great carpet store to work with. Also, thankfully, we will be rid of this carpet when we sell this house!

I will NEVER return to Custom Carpet. My situation is way too long to explain on here, but they dont live up to their Callahan Promise. And its a shame because the installers were great.

For three years I was searching for the perfect flooring for my house, I knew the look I wanted and wanted something durable, waterproof, ect. I would find the look but lacked the durability or being waterproof. I refused to settle to say the least. I was recommended by a friend to go check out the selection at Custom Carpet and I am so glad I did! As soon as I walked in I was pleasantly greeted, not overbearing or pushy, I explained exactly what I wanted and that I am extremely picky. Bruce (Salesman at the Walden ave location) helped guide me in the direction of the quality and type of flooring that I sought and I found exactly what I wanted!!! Now I had several variations to choose from so he helped load up my car with all the samples. When I came back to return the samples, I scheduled an appointment to have my floors measured , the gentleman that came out took the initiative to point out things that may possibly be a concern, the pros and cons of the layout, their guarantee in the product and insulation, it clearly was important to them that I am completely happy and my expectations were met. He went above and beyond to explain, review and make sure I understood each and every step….. We discussed money saving options and getting the most value for my money. When I scheduled the installation I explained that I am and extremely picky, I won’t accept anything less than perfect and that is exactly what I received, that was second nature for them from the moment I walked into the show room to the completion of my flooring installation, they exceeded every bit of my expectations.I had two different flooring styles being installed, the first crew came and were friendly and went above and beyond and made sure everything was clean and that I was happy, and I was ecstatic!! The second type of flooring was installed by Vinny, and he was absolutely exceptional, he clearly is a perfectionist like myself. Again, my expectations were exceeded, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I had searched several flooring stores in the WNY area over the past three years, I did my homework, read reviews and wanted to make sure the money I was investing was exactly what I wanted. I finally found the product that I wanted, but it was the service that exceeded my expectations. It’s the service behind the product that will make or break the relationship and Custom Carpet exceeded my expectations with each and every interaction and will continue to utilize them for all my flooring needs . I highly recommend Custom Carpet.

I went to custom carpet center on walden ave and was greeted and treated great. I ordered new carpet for my home. They came out and measured and was very knowledgeable and professional. I went to the office to pay and was treated wondefully by both Gail and Mark. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied and got everyhting I needed. Billy came out to install my carpet and did a great job. He wasAlso a pleasure to work with and I will be requesting him for my next install. I will definitely use Custom carpet centers again and will without a doubt reccomend them to any one getting new carpet. I had a great experience and they are a great place to do buisness with.-W.
