I reserved a truck at spot near me and day before got phone call to pick up 1 1/2 hr away!!! Wth and moving out of state??!!!???? Very disappointing

Walking in to get the uhaul was a pleasant experience. Jenn, the service manager, was wonderful. Coming back to rent a storage unit with Dave, was awful. He is rude, disrespectful, and frankly very bad at his CUSTOMER SERVICE occupation. He is a bad example of customer care and gives your company a bad reputation. He had major attitude problems & was extremely unprofessional. I will be moving my storage unit to a different location because of how uncomfortable he made us feel.
I had a unit and got truck from them. Dave and Jen were very nice, friendly and wonderful. I dealt with Dave mostly and he was always helpful and pleasant! Would recommend to anyone who needs storage or a truck!

Went here to store my nice furniture not cheap stuff came back 2 weeks after I put it all in there to find mice droppings in the bottom of my 1000$ refrigerator!! Report to manager jenn she seemed shocked was told there hadnt been a problem in 2 years but yet there were bait boxes outside units. I set traps came back and there were dead mice bodies all in there! Had trouble getting a refund had to contact corporate to get results. Guy Dave very impersonal and downright rude. Still waiting on insurance to pay for damages! Jenn always nice and down to earth. Too bad she has to work for a dump like this! MICE MICE MICE!! DONT PUT YOUR THINGS HERE!!

DONT GO HERE!! Never been treated so bad. Traveled 2,700 miles, took a taxi from airport, went in to get my reservation (truck and trailer). Guy working Dave or David, deletes my reservation and says its not available. Asked him what else he has, at this point Ill take anything... Literally tells me, and I quote, I dont trust you, I dont like you, Im not renting to you. Even though he had all my information and credit card. That left me stranded with all my luggage after 6:00pm when everywhere else was closed. EVERYONE BE WARNED. This is not how you do business, let alone treat a continued customer.

I have had a storage there for many years, the office management were very cordial.
We planned our move for mid August ran into a problem with our rental, stuff in storage here and in Depew. You cant pick your location. This one is crowded and always a lot of activity (hard when youre loading) but its secure and they are great! Had a problem with a lock and they replaced it.
Fantastic service! David Lewandowski went above and beyond the line of duty to make my experience great. I highly recommend this location.

I was over charged. I was charged for damage that has absolutely nothing to do with. I have requested documents from this location and have yet to receive them. GIVE ME MY REFUND.
Been a customer for 20 years. Was charged $80 in late fees after my auto pay bank card was reissued and numbers changed. The manager Jenn told me thats how they make money. Dont want to waive it fine but it was obvious she cared more about her revenue bonus then keeping a customer. She happily told me to just let them know when my stuff is out so they can inspect the unit. The fees they charge should be illegal.

One of the WORST Place i have ever seen. The store lead is utterly bad with his attitude. i have kept my household here for 2 months. Open storage units. dont keep any kind dry fruits or biscuits as it may target by RATS or Squirrels. The STORE MANAGER IS VERY RUDE, very arrogant with customers. i will launch complaint against him with U-HAUL. he never allowed me to throw peace of Tissue paper in the Garbage Box. He irritated, Hurried me to vacate the place. he yelling while i am reorganizing my house holds from storage unit to my mini van. DONT DONT go to this place as You find STORE MANAGER as big SCRAPPY.
The lady helping us was great she gave us no problems whatsoever but when we return it to the guy he was so grumpy and wouldnt let me pull it through the gate and got mad at me and had me pull it out onto the road and its not a small truck the rear door froze its just a bad place to have such a business no parking whatsoever
I strongly recommend this uhaul location over others. Arcade is terrible. The man here tried to right the other locations wrongs so I appreciated that.

Dont rely on what the callcenters tell you, talk directly to the site staff. Call center will tell you anything to get you out to a location.
Rushing to get a truck that you had already reserve to come to the situation that I come in to pick it up and the truck is no longer available just wow really?

Confusion , l reserved a 26 truck all they had was a 20 truck. All they did was blame there answering service. If l had more time would of went elsewhere.
